Our yard looks the best it ever has after just a year of service. Even after the first treatment, I could see the weeds dying off. When I have questions, it is easy to get in touch with them and the communication I get is great.
I have used GrassRoots Turf for 4 years. They definitely keep the weeds and renegade grasses out of my lawn. They are on top of post-emergent and pre-emergent applications. Their fertilization applications keep my grass growing and thickening just the right amount.

When my very picky HOA started complaining of too many weeds, I called GrassRoots to take care of the problem. They were quick to respond and offered the perfect treatment plan for my budget. They started right away and I quickly noticed a change in my yard. Their staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. I have had only one treatment so far but my lawn looks better with one treatment than it did after two years with TruGreen. They are very thorough, friendly and use body cameras to send videos of what they did to the lawn. Very please so far.

I have been very impressed with the services provided by Grassroots. Neal, the Cartersville location owner, is very responsive and kind. The service email you receive is well organized and detailed, providing information about which chemicals they used, service(s) performed, notes and observations, etc. I needed turf maintenance at a reasonable cost (Im renting), and Grassroots has been perfect. My lawn was heavily weeded and after only 2 treatments, my actual grass (Bermuda) is lush and healthy with no weeds in sight. They even did a slight overspray since my lawn blends with the neighbors. I will definitely continue services with them when I move into a new home.

Very professional, you get more for your money compared to other companies, crew always gives details on services provided. Only issue is Im still dealing with some bare spots in my grass and after a few applications still dealing with some weeds. All in all I am very satisfied with this company and my lawn is looking much better than it was a few months ago.

We have a newly sodded lawn with all the expected weed and unwanted growth expected in new sod. GrassRoots has, in just a couple of treatments largely eliminated the unwanted and we are well on the way toward a (well, nearly) perfect, green lawn. Great service!
I was considering going back with the company I had previously used, but their price had went up so I called another company which would not return my calls. I happened to get a mailer from Grassroots so I have them a call. My questions were professionally answered and They even make personal calls to discuss the treatment they performed before they leave your property. I feel like I m doing business with long time friends. Most of all, I m seeing instant results in my yard.

Grass Roots Turf is a terrific company. I have used there service for the past 10 months. I have found them to always to be professional. When needed they have come out between normal treatments free of charge. They are always available via phone or email. Brittanie in customer service has been very responsive to any of my requests. Grass Roots uses a body cam to record all treatments. If you work away from home this will help if you need more information on your treatment. To see how this system worked I recently viewed the body cam worn by my technician, Emmanuel, treat every square foot of my lawn. He earned my respect and more after viewing his work. He deserves a bonus and a pay raise. Emmanuel s supervisor Neal has always been available as well. I give Grass Roots Turf Care 5 out of 5 stars!
