Appalachian Landscape And Lawn Care INC in Cartersville

We had this company come out to do a patio paver for my yard in March. The area to be paved was not massive, but I was not comfortable building a retaining wall. I had several companies come out and chose Appalachian because I felt comfortable right away that the job would be done right. Billy came out and I immediately felt better with his suggestions on the space. For our project, there may not have been a need to do a sketch plan, but there was some misunderstanding on my expectations, which as one would expect, caused a couple of tiny hiccups that were easily corrected with no issue, causing no delays on completion. Billy and his team were great. I am someone who stresses when things look totally different than I imagined, but the team did everything they could to ensure that I was pleased with the design outcome. For me, this is exactly what a good company does, and for that, I will turn to and highly recommend them. Thank you so much! Update 7/24/2024 Paver patio was installed the first week of March. To date, we've had them come out about a month following the initial install, due to the polymer sand disappearing. They came back out to add more, but since then, I've had to add more just about every month, as the sand continues to disappear, and of lately, have been seeing ants, that are likely digging through. I've never had this happen before, but I'm curious as to why this continues to happen.

Bill and his team went above and beyond for us! We had to get our yard done before family visited from out of town and they were booked 2-3 weeks, but they worked hard to squeeze my home in and get it done before family came in. This is the second time I’ve used Appalachian, and I think I’ve found my “go to” landscapers.

They do not follow up on what they promise they are going to do. They do not always show up for appointments or are late. They have scarred boards on my decks with their weed whacking. To top everything off, twice the owner has became very angry and told us to get another company. I guess when someone shows you who they are you should believe them. This company obviously does not care about its customers. This review will probably be deleted, but at least the owner will see it. And yes, I will be looking for another company.
