Used the service for the first time. Leo listened to our concerns and addressed each one. He even found an issue we werent aware of. Time will tell if the treatment is effective but we are off to a good start.

Damon is very thorough and careful. Making the experience even better is that he is very friendly, polite and professional.

I have had service with them for a year now. The Technicians that have been to my home have been great to work with. When my contract and inspections were coming due, got a call to set things up. The day of the inspection, the Tech was running ahead of time so they called and asked if they could come early. I like early! Found a few unexpected things that were looking to take care of... now that we know. Give these folks a try. I think youll like them.

Only our front yard was sprayed. We were home, but no one rang the bell, or knocked on the door, so we could unlock our back gate. Not a happy customer.

Had noticed a lot of spiders around my property last week when I was cutting the lawn. Also noticed a black widow which was very concerning since I have younger kids. Contacted Sureguard. Johnny arrived today. Gave him a quick rundown of the situation and he took it from there. He all informed me that he found a black widow egg sack to took care if it. Completely satisfied with the service and recommend them for pest control.

The Sureguard Addison team is always great and very responsive. If I have a problem in-between my quarterly treatments they schedule someone right away to come out and see to any concerns. I believe the technician was thorough, but his inside equipment dripped badly. I had to mop floors after he left before I could let the cats back in the house. Im accustomed to having the liquid around the baseboards, but not the middle of the rooms and hallways. Otherwise, I have been very satisfied with Sureguard. The only bugs I see in the house are dead or dying -- just the way I like it!

Venture pest control in Dallas, TX is very unprofessional, does not offer the service as promised, and most importantly it is a scam. Kent Walker (supposedly the sales manager) was marketing to our area and claimed Venture offered more services at lower rates than their competitors. He also mentioned the rates were based off single services and pay as you go without a binding contract and no cancellation fees. Stated the service can be terminated at anytime. After signing up and them doing the first service there was white staining left all throughout our home, on the baseboards, wood floors, cabinets, etc. They stated this does not typically happen. Stating the service tech apparently did not stir the mixture well leaving the stains. They attempted to clean the stains, however we still see them throughout the house. About 4 weeks later they called to set up a second service, which supposedly is required with additional cost that was not mentioned during the initial consultation. Since we were not satisfied with their service, we proceeded to cancel their services altogether. Venture pest claimed there would be a $150 cancellation fee, which they denied when I specifically asked them. They lied to us and used all the scam sales tactics to lure buyers of their services. Their office manager, Catie Pearson harassingly calls and mails letter for the pending $150 cancellation fee. I have asked on multiple occasions to speak to Kent directly, however the manager always gave excuses that he is not available and very busy with sales (probably scamming other people). Buyers please we aware of their services. We have currently signed up with another pest control company, which is only slightly more expensive, however they are very professional and provide services as guaranteed. We would rather pay the extra money in order to avoid such hassles, especially from Venture pest control. It is unfair when they threaten to turn you over to a collection agency, when they blatantly lie to you. They claim to be in business for 10 years, however are not accredited by BBB, which tells you a lot about them.

I have used other pest contol services before finding Sureguard. I will never use another company! They are professional, clean cut and dressed in uniforms. The tech asked what kind of issues I was seeing, told me what he would do and thwn showed me where he had treated. He also told me to contact the office if issues persisted.

This company bought another one we were getting service from. Wasnt sure how that would work for us, but they have been pretty good. The only thing I dont like as compared to the other company is the scheduling. Seems that rather than coming in 1-2 days after I call, then its more like 1-2 weeks. That would be my only issue. Otherwise the pest control has been good and kept away all the critters.

After relocating to Texas, I wanted to find a reputable Termite and Pest control company to protect my home investment. I first focused on several national named companies, until research showed me that I could get the same services from several local companies at a much lower cost. I decided to take a chance on Sureguard (primarily because of the great reviews). Not only did I save money, but they were a lot more friendly and provided me with outstanding customer service (and satisfaction).

They are not only a great company but a great family. When I had issues at my house they came to take care of the problem ASAP. Not a one time fix, but continued treatment to make sure the problem doesnt return.

The one thing that matters to me is the scheduling of my service. I have left countless pest control companies, including the large ones, because the technician would show up unannounced. I told the Venture salesperson this and he assured me that I would get a phone call, text, and email notifying me that the technician would be at my house on a specific day. Both my wife and I work at home and disturbances cause a tremendous disruption. Venture is no different from the other companies. It is very disappointing and when the technician showed up this morning unannounced, I was let down once again. I canceled service before the tech drove off. I know this may be only my pet peeve, but I wanted to caution anyone considering this company before they sign up for service.

Horrible Company! We purchased a home and the agreement was for the sellers to treat for termites. This is the company they used. About 11 months later they show up while Im at work unannounced and remove their bait stations. I call and ask them what and why and they came on my property and started removing the termite bait stations. They claim the termite bait traps are rented and the previous owner only paid for one year. Why was I not told of this or given the opportunity to pay for another year I ask? They claim they mailed a letter that I obviously never received. What other attempts were made to contact me? None. They claim they will reinstall the traps they removed if I pay for the additional year. No thanks, why would I pay someone that runs a business like this. Not going to happen.

Most hopeless Pest Control service. They dilute their chemicals, I have noticed spiders, ants, millipedes on the first floor of my house just days after the service is performed. Worst is when there was a 1ft rat snake in my living room. I called them for a service visit to inspect if there are any rats in attic or anymore snakes they said they do not have enough Technicians to provide same day service. In my community there are 17 families using their service and they are all equally unhappy.

Sureguard has done a wonderful job for the last two years managing our property and keeping pests out of our yard and home.
