We get a lot of praises on our lawn. We've used for years and so pleased with the service.
I used this company to take care of my lawn. The day after it was treated my entire back yard grass died. They claimed it was army worms. But every lawn I saw (literally next door) was green and happy. My grass turned to dust upon picking it. They killed my lawn. Then they said "we will give you a discount on reseeding it" $300 they are a scam and will kill your lawn just to reseed it. Horrible company. They are currently under investigation. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Couldn't be happier using Peach State. My yard has looked better than it ever has and their customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend them.
Peach State Turf Care has excellent machinery. My lawn looked amazing shortly after their service a few months ago.
Wow, called to schedule an estimate, and was treated with: “Yeah, I’m Brandie: why are you calling and bothering me?l not a good start for a local company. I should add that if you leave a review the owners (wife and husband) will call you to intimidate you. Husband also refers to them as being , “His office girls”.Their rebuttal didn’t include all the details. I get it, you have this semblance of a reputation to keep, but I don’t. After my review I received many home calls. Update: At first it was stated as the company owner. We agreed I would take down my review after acceptance of service. We squashed that from someone claiming to be the owner have me another call . It didn’t stop there. I received several phone calls . I told OWNER 1 I would remove my review after I talked to Curtis(wow, how did I know that name). Once you CALL me.. that is on you. I have to call logs if wish to go further. I get it, you’re a local company, but you cannot bully someone to your service. One of my neighbors said, yeah, they do okay as long as you stay on top of them. Nice rebuttal.
I’m incredibly impressed with Peach State Turf Care. Not only is my lawn healthier, but I have also become more educated about my lawn. The whole team is professional and friendly. No regrets choosing Peach State over its competitors.
My mom's been paying these people for some years now, our grass doesn't grow like our neighbors. 253 Ivey lake parkway He came by And promised to fix things over time. Doesn't fix all the money we spent to have this trashy lawn.
My lawn has not ever looked better. It was more weeds than grass when I started treatments in February and full of bare spots but now it’s weed free and almost all the bare spots are fully repaired without any additional work. I did have some billing issues a couple of times which was easily repaired by speaking with the office by email and phone call. They have been quick to respond which I appreciate.
Great company. Good service and ever any issues they will re-treat the lawn right away. Also, very affordable compared to other companies.
I have had Peach state for 2 years and they have completely ruined my grass and killed 3 trees. I asked for the manager to come out and he said he would fix it, but after the next treatment my grass was worse.
My lawn never looked better, good service and keeps us informed when they are coming to service our lawn.
Wesley is always available to help and answer questions, and he strives to make customers happy.
Called for estimate for future lawn care never got any information about the services.
They always let me know they are coming by text or phone call. They genuinely make sure they do a good job and keep track of my services and supply me with a synopsis of what theyre doing. Plus, their professional service and chemicals cost less than what I could buy the chemicals for! Cant go wrong - good folks.
My yard is the prettiest one in our neighborhood! Dependable, reasonably priced.
Absolute professionals. Very knowledgeable and helped me g err t Yard of the Month
Great service - Glad I switched from TruGreen to Peach State Turf Care.
There the best
Initial review: Heavily damaged my lawn by carelessly applying a weed killer, and not offering acceptable customer care when the issue was raised. Heres the sequence of events that led to destruction of approximately 35% of my Bermudagrass lawn. Technician Jeremy applies a slow release fertilizer on 5/6 and my lawn looks great for an entire week. On 5/12 I receive a text from Jeremy/PSTC saying that someone would be out on 5/13 to treat weeds. 5/13 comes and goes, weeds are treated and note left. The note states that some yellowing may be observed, but the lawn will recover. No significant changes in the lawn are observed on 5/14, however the following day (temps in the upper 80s and humid) SIGNIFICANT yellowing is observed in multiple areas of the yard. With this being my first time using a lawn care service I attributed the yellowing as normal, but expected it to improve. Two days later (5/16) after arriving home from work - shocked and very concerned about the yellowing/dying area douvling in size in two days I send Brandie a note with pics sharing my concerns. The next day she responds saying the pics indicated fertilizer burn due to a granular fertilizer being applied but not receiving adequate water, and stated that heavy watering would help green things back up. I dont have an inground sprinkler system and a very large lot so I spent many ensuing nights hand-wartering the areas destroyed by PSTC, missing out on some very important events in my life The grass that was impacted in these areas died, leaving my yard ugly for weeks. Calling this experience disappointing is a huge understatement. Particularly disappointing was the lack of urgency or sense of impact on the customer. I expected far better given the online reviews and neighbors in my community who use them. The fact that NONE of neighbors have had to water their fertilizer in and dont have the bad/dead areas that I do basically proves negligence . In fact the other PTSC-treated lawns in our neighborhood look immaculate- again, all but proving negligence on their part. UPDATE: 7/10/2019 Its been a couple of months since the mishap, and my lawn has recovered. The yellowed Bermudagrass died (did not recover), but a combination of rain, hot summer sunshine, and nature of the grass (spreads laterally) filled in the dead areas over time. The owner (Wesley Wilborn) reached out to me after reading my review, and has been very resilient in making things right. He acknowledged the issue was what I said it was (over-use of weed killer), said it wasnt handled to his companys standards, and extended some generous treatment offers to make up for the it. I shared with Mr. Wilborn that companies are measured by three things: 1) the quality of their product(s)/service(s), 2) pricing, and 3) customer care. The first two attracts customers; over time the third retains them. Through our conversations hes shown the level of customer care that meets my expectations. So, Im revising my review and raising it a couple of stars (to three stars ***) because of his response and generous offers. With a promise by PTSC to be more cautious in the future, and for the unfortunate outcome in May to NEVER happen again, Ive resumed service with PTSC to see if they can keep my lawn in the fantastic condition it now is in. Because prior to the week killer fiasco my lawn was stellar. Im nervously optimistic, and will provide another update in a couple of months. 12/23/19 season-end follow-up PSTC eventually regained my confidence as a customer through Wesley s persistence in righting a bad situation to the best of his ability, extending a generous offer of follow-up treatments at no-cost. I realize that my experience is the exception with these guys, however that doesn t discount the fact that it did happen. But rest assured that you ll be taken care of if you do. I believe they ve adjusted internal protocols to improve response in cases like min. Reach out to the owner if needed and he ll make things right
Great service and support
Prompt service and they always call before coming so I can put my dogs inside
