Have used them for years. My lawns always look great. If I have an issue they are responsive and take care of it.

Fraudulently Billed for extra services after contract ended, will not speak with us about the issues with this and have threatened collections if we dont pay their extortionist bill. Our contracted had ended and they did not have approval to continue service since they couldnt be bothered to reach out about renewing contract. Cant talk to anyone at the office as keep being transferred from person to person. The woman claiming to be the office manager has been rude and wont even try to address issues. Beware of this sketchy unethical business.

This is by far the worst service I have had by a lawn company. I have called and left at lease 5-6 messages for their manager/owner to call me about the issues and not one person called me back in 3 months time. Every time I called they could see my complaints but never did they call back. It is sad when you are a long standing customer and they cannot follow up to solve your problems. As long as they hey could keep billing me that is all I hey were worried about. I was even told that the reason the owner will not call me is because he hired someone else to do that. What??? Worst customer service ever.

Brian was a great help and solved my problem right away.

Only 4 visits to my house since mid February. Dr Green has been to my house on 2/28, 4/2, 6/5 and 7/17. Twice I had to call them to ask when they were coming. Still waiting on my next visit; its been over two months. I would not recommend Dr Green to anyone and dont pay for the year up front to save a few bucks if you do use them.

Dr Green service is great. The technician lets you know when they are coming and leaves a text message telling you what was done and what you need to do to get a beautiful lawn.

Dr. Green has been awesome in helping me get my lawn in shape, after another service had pretty much decimated it. Dr Green came out, took pictures of all of my lawn, and put together a treatment plan that is getting things back in shape. There s still a bit to go, but they ve done a tremendous job. And their rates are pretty reasonable compared to my last lawn care company. I would highly recommend them!

The company applied fertilizer in August on a day of 100 + degrees and some of the grass has turned brown. I sent pictures to the company who promised to contact me but no one has to date. I dont know if the brown grass has anything to do with the fertilizer or the time of application but the company has not responded.

James Tatum came out to review status of yard and treatment program. Very knowledgeable and professional. Great representative for company. Excellent customer service.
