I scheduled an aeration on Oct 7th. On Oct. 30th I cancelled after 2 phone calls because they never showed up. I got a call from their Quality Control person and reschedule again. On Nov. 11th I got a text that they would be out but never showed. I cancelled the aeration again on Nov. 18th because they never called our showed up.

Absolute thieves! I had them do my yard for a whole year, front and back. Front yard looked really nice but the back yard kept getting crabgrass and other weeds. So they sent someone out multiple times. Still had the same issues. And after reviewing my neighbors security cameras they didnt go in my back yard once all year. So i called and they said there must have been a miscommunication.So i asked if i could get refunded for half of the the money i paid all year since they didnt do my back yard. They said there is nothing we can do about that. But if you purchase a plan next year we will give you 50% off yourfirst treatment. ABSOLUTE TRASH COMPANY! STAY AWAY!

Today, Trey from Weedman came to service our lawn. I asked him if I could ask a few questions and he said yes. He listened to my questions and responded in a knowledge, professional way. He was kind and polite. It was a pleasure meeting him.

Initially really enjoyed the service. Over time my front yard started to become nice. Was with them for 1 year+. I should have known from the first service that the techs were sketchy and wouldn t service the backyard. I had to call and have them come back out because they skipped the backyard. After a while I ended up putting a camera in the back. Took a while to find out they were not coming in the back because almost every service got rescheduled. Pretty much dog water customer service until you ask to cancel. Then they want to try everything. Unfortunately, they can t be trusted so I cancelled.

Weed Man has gotten my yard looking great and their prices are very competitive for the service they offer! Having someone take care of my lawn issues has been stress free and is a service I m glad I pay for instead of trying to guess what I should do for any weeds. I feel that I get my moneys worth from their services, and they are always timely and professional in their application! 10/10 would recommend!

Weed Mans service has been excellent. When I have a question it gets answered immediately. When I have a concern, regarding my lawn, it is addressed in a timely manner. For year round service, Weed Man cost less than 10 percent more than I was spending on lawn supplements. And I dont have to lift a finger. I could not be happier with the services provided by Weed Man.

I switched lawn service this year to Weedman from one of the big brands (3 years of service). From getting the quote to all the services throughout the year, everything has been smooth. Our lawn looks better than ever. They come when they are supposed to, and so do what they re supposed to, which unfortunately as I found out before with the other company isn t something that is a given. I also have roughly 3 acres that is treated, and comparing aerating to quotes in the past, the price was unbeatable with Weedman, as I typically rent one and do it myself, but not this year which saved me a ton of time. If there was any small critique; I would like less sales calls trying to sell other services. Understandably this next statement contradicts what I just said, but I wouldn t have probably known about the aeration cost had I not taken the call. I guess what I m asking for is less of them and not for them to stop completely.

Work always completed professionally and quickly

Weed Man did exactly what they said they would do at a good price point. Our yard was in need of some healing and they got the job done. Looking forward to another year to get our yard into tip top shape!

We moved into a new build so we were very nervous about having them put anything on our new sod. They explained our options to us regarding how to treat the sod without damaging it and did exactly what they said they would do with no damage. We will continue to use in the future and highly recommend them.

Weedman is a great lawn care service. We hired them after a different company had severely damaged our lawn. They took our distressed lawn and completely turn it around. I had friends over recently and they could not believe how good the lawn looked. Weedman also texts me the day before a treatment and they are very responsive for all communication.

The communication is outstanding with Weedman. I used another company for the past 12 years and was totally frustrated with the results. In one year with Weedman I can tell the difference in the quality of the yard. Looking forward to making much larger strides in the 2nd year.

Would not recommend. Staff was always very nice when dealing with them. Not impressed with product or guarantee . Every time I d call to say the weeds were not dying off they would offer to spray again but it always just so happened to be when the next service was due anyway. So another $210 bill. Finally called to halt all service until they satisfied their guarantee. They came out and serviced again and billed me saying they couldn t cancel in time. Due to the mix up they agreed that I could pay in my own time . Then, they turned me over to a collection agency with no warning. Thanks for that, Weedman.

I would never recommend this company to anyone the staff has no idea what they are doing on top of being lied to i was pressured into paying for my service first after being told i only had to pay once the order was complete. So i pay up front and when the day came for my service it was a no call no show. So i call back for a refund and i was told someone was going to get back to me. I received a message from a person not even introducing themselves Saying Hello Marcus we refunded your money. But sorry to say my name is Malcolm. They really seem to cared. My house was a new build when I started with weedman. They added grass seed after it was built but i m pretty sure they put more weeds in my lawn other than grass!! Don t even get me started with the clay soil as well! It was too hard to do on my own so I let the professionals take care of it. I have been with Weedman for three years and I couldn t ask for a better lawncare company. It was definitely a trust the process type of thing but now my grass is looking greener than ever and weed free!! I LOVE THEM! Also shoutout to my technicians who I have met multiple times I think it was Corey and Aaron? Not too sure on that but all of them have been pretty great and professional!

Great price and nice staff but did not come through on times. Because of this I missed the opportunity to seed my lawn this fall. I called about getting my lawn aerated in early Sept. Was quoted a good price and was told about 1 week. That was ok. That gave time to get me lawn ready to overseed myself. I asked for a time frame and they said they would call and message the day before. Understandable it is lawn care and weather comes into factor. I was scheduled about 5 days later (mid September). I waited all day and was no-showed and finally a text at 6:30pm saying I would be rescheduled. I waited a week with no news or call and so I called. Nice staff said they would put be back on the schedule . I am thinking I wasn t I put back on the scheduled from 1 week ago due to their stated unforeseen delay . I was told it would be another 1 to 2 weeks. No call after 2 weeks so I called again and left a message that I was not happy because I had not received the service. The general manager called me herself discounted the service $50. My lawn was aerated on 10/10/2022 but after the 1st frost so no overseeding this fall. I should have just said forget it. If I would have know they would have dropped the ball I could had someone else aerate my law. I feel like I had to pay $70 for the aeration without completing the overseeding process because now the seed won t take. I am very disappointed. Yes they tried to make it right but to late to overseed and probably money wasted.

Their customer service is superb!!! Any time I have called in Ive had a great interaction and the reps always have an answer to whatever question I throw their way and I never have to worry about if something will be handled properly. When someone comes out whether I m home or not they are always so courteous and I love that they leave their little flag so if I ve missed them I know they came and did what was asked as soon as I pull in my driveway! Good work goes a long way but good customer service always seals the deal for me

I usually don t do reviews but I had to for weedman. This is my first year using weedman I was with another company but my lawn still didn t look anything like my neighbors. I reached out to weedman and I have to say they completely turned my lawn around now my neighbors ask me who does my lawn.

My first treatment was last week and Austin let me know he was there and asked about my preference as far as which gate to use to get to the backyard. I told him which was easiest and he knew that I also wanted to make sure the gate was closed when he left as I have dogs. He then came back after the treatment to discuss seeding the bald spots in the front yard. He quoted me a price and told me he d let the office know. I just want to commend his initiative to let me know what was needed to both allow me to choose what I wanted but to also have the proper expectation from the service I had. I ve had the larger companies tell me each year that my bald spots will be taken care of but they never have been and I was never given an explanation. I feel Austin had the right attitude working in a service field and showed me he also takes pride in his work and is not simply collecting a paycheck.

So far we are very happy with the results. Weeds are gone and the grass looks very healthy. Services

My yard was looking pretty bad. Weedman came out and after only 3 applications on my yard I can see a noticeable difference. When I would mow my back yard I would only have to mow about half of it because the other half wasnt growing. Now I half to mow the intire thing. Thank you weedman.

The service from Weed Man this season so far has been great. Weeds are substantially gone and grass growth is strong. This has not always been the case, and this seasons weather has certainly helped so far, but I cannot say enough positive things about the technician who services our lawn, Corey. Corey takes the time to walk the property and make note of any issues, and speaks with us about what he has seen, what he plans to do, and asks if there is anything we would like done. Truly superb customer support - glad you are our technician, Corey!

I am 100% satisfied with the work Weedman Lawncare does. I moved into my newly built house that had terrible sod. I tried to maintain it myself for a year. Bad idea. I gave up and a friend of mine recommended Weedman. I m glad he did. They ve been treating my lawn for about a month now and it looks great!! It s fuller and a nice green color. The weeds are almost all gone. I ve only had to call twice. Once was to start the service the next call was to add a service. They send a text before they come. They don t bother you while they are treating your lawn. They leave a flag showing it s been treated and they send an email advising what services/treatments were done and why. They also advise how to care for lawn. I definitely recommend them. Thanks Weedman!

Well I normally take care of my own grass so this year I didnt have time so I tried this place out and Im pretty impressed...the only thing I had a problem with is no matter what I still had weeds...... Hopefully we can figure that part out...it might be my neglect to.... But I recommend them theyre awesome!!

Great customer service

Wish I could write a good review, but this company hasnt, or wont, reimburse me for having to repair my neighbors electric pet fence which was damaged while my yard was aerated. Weed Man eventually said they would reimburse, but then stopped communicating with me.
