Have been with Naturescape for several years and have been very happy with them. In particular, the person that took care of the lawn application recently, Nicholas Morgan, was the friendliest and most helpful!

Weve had Naturescape Lawn Care for many years and have been very satisfied customers. Nicholas Morgan is our lawn specialist and he is always so pleasant and takes the time to answer any questions we have.

I do not recommend using this company. They have extremely poor service all around, and are not professional. Never showed up when they said they would, damaged my fence and left a mess almost every time.

I am very satisfied with Naturescapes services. My lawn has never looked better ever since they have been fertilizing and controlling weeds. Their prices are lower than some other services Ive investigated. They are dependable and professional. I highly recommend Naturescapes.

I worked with one of the managers Lou and I thought he was very helpful. This is our first house so I had a lot of questions. I ve also worked with Delilah; she always answers as quickly as possible, tries to get you the info right away if she doesn t know she asks someone and calls you back within the hour. Ive noticed a huge difference in the number of mosquitoes and gnats we had compared to our friends houses that didn t spray. So overall 5 stars.

Very poor! The company needs a overhaul! Especially management! They have managers that really don t have a good education when it comes to plant health care! And the equipment is terrible as well! There was a van that went a blaze ! The van was totaled! The man luckily was outside of the van when it went up in flames! They do not bolt down there tanks so it can just go back and forth, very dangerous! Don t take my word for it! If your a customer stop the guy and ask questions! Especially with plant health care! Lawn service is fair! But with guys coming and going you just don t know who is on your property!! And yes I did work there! So lawn service ok pending who comes out to do applications! Plant health care, someone should really look into it!!!! Poor

We tried out the lawn service and had the spring aereation from Carol Stream Naturescape. This is a great service, not only because our lawn is now immaculate, but because the specislists and administrators are also friendly and accommodating. I recommend this service for both quality and cost effectiveness.

I could not be any happier with Naturescape and especially 4 specific individuals who are EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, CORDIAL, COURTEOUS, CARING, & GO ABOVE & BEYOND TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. Those people are managers Zac & Lou, office rep Maria, and service tech Eric. Zac & Lou are extremely caring, respectful & professional and will do whatever it takes to please their customers. Maria answers the phone and is the SWEETEST person you will ever talk to. She is fantastic at her job and will treat you with nothing but RESPECT. Eric is the best service tech ever. Eric does an incredible job every time and cares about the customer. Very nice guy that I love doing my lawn. Zac is not only awesome at his job, but responds to your needs immediately!! Naturescape is very lucky to have these 4 individuals working there. They are as good as it gets when it comes to customer service. They are all awesome at their jobs. Trust me because I am very meticulous when it comes to customer service.

I spoke to the manager, Zac explained services company offers and scheduled me pretty quick to get them done. Job was done on time, very efficiently. Great people!

I have been using Naturescape for several years now and couldnt be happier. I was referred to a different company at one point and decided to try them just to see if they were any different (they were cheaper). However, you do get what you pay for, so after just one year, we got rid of them and came back to Naturescape. Theyre reasonably priced, they have always handled any questions I may have, theyre always on time, and they do a great job of getting rid of the weeds. Ive also used them for grub control and aeration and have been very happy with all of their services.

I am just so frustrated right now with this location. They did not reply to my email and the person answering the phones didnt forward my message to the manager. I usually mowed my lawn to mulch the leaves in the fall. I called them before Thanksgiving to have them come out one last time to mow. They said they would if I called after the holiday. I ended up raking my leaves when I called back and they knew nothing about my request. When I got to the point of having about 30 bags of leaves raked into piles, I called a manager to vent my anger. They decided they are going to mow the lawn but I have to put the leaves back down on the lawn to get them mulched. They dont pick up yard waste!
