Hone was excellent at setting expectations and committing to meeting expectations. All of the staff we worked with were excellent. The job included block wall, river rock, gravel walkways and lots of new planted beds. The result is fabulous.
They did an outstanding job on our back yard. About 150 feet of retaining wall double terraced with integrated steps. Very easy company to deal with. Professional and personable from top to bottom. On time and on budget, no surprises. Will use them again and NO hesitation recommending them for your project. I am retired and worked construction all my life. Hone Landscape is top notch. BTY not the cheapest or the most expensive of the quotes we recieved. Certainly the most personable and communicative of all the people we contacted.
We had such a wonderful experience with Hone Landscaping. All phases of the project went as promised and communication was stellar from our initial planning meeting with Jeremy and Kate to the execution of our dream backyard, which included the construction of a beautiful rock wall, by the hardworking Oscar and his team. Hone did a large retaining wall and landscaping project for us in our backyard recently. I'm a commercial general contractor, so I am very particular about who I hire to work on my house. I did not have a detailed design, I just talked through what I wanted with each bidder. I received about 6-8 quotes for the work, and ultimately chose Hone because I was the most comfortable with their understanding of what I wanted to achieve, their quality and overall approach to service. Price was a factor, but not the most important consideration to me, because the project was fairly complex. The scope that was included in the bid was very clear and easy to understand. Hone executed the project flawlessly. They started when they said they were going to start and were done when they said they were going to be done, and they came to work every day. The end result was exactly what I had envisioned. Change orders were minimal and priced fairly, and were for things that I asked to be added to the project. This was hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor on my home. On top of that, Jeremy from Hone recommended a decking contractor that I ended up hiring to do a new deck that was equally awesome to work with. I would recommend Hone to anyone for any landcaping or retaining wall project without hesitation.
I needed a retaining wall adjustment and contacted Hone landscaping for an estimate. Jason (the owner) was very through with his plans for the project and walked me through the whole process. He was very friendly and the price was fair and reviews were good so I pulled the trigger. The team came and completed the job in 3 days. There were no surprise bills and the estimate was spot on. The project was done professionally and turned out better than I thought. I was really impressed by Jason, Oscar, and the rest of his team and would hire Hone again in the future in a heartbeat.
Hone Landscape completely transformed the curb appeal of our house from dated and worn to new and clean. We have received so many compliments - often from strangers just passing by. Great experience with Hone Landscape. I am sure mine was a very small and simple project for them. It did take about 4 days. The workers were all on time and very nice. They knew their "stuff". Cleaned up at the end and made sure all was cleared. After they were done I had an even smaller job and asked if they could do that. No issues and they had 1 worker come back later to do it. Again, no issues and everyone was willing to work with me. Would hire them again. The attached pictures got out of order but you can see the work.
Hone did a complete backyard landscape overhaul for us! We now have beautiful trees, plants, a paver patio and fire pit area. They did an outstanding job and were so nice to work with. Our backyard feels like it was transformed into a garden paradise!
Ive hired Hone Landscaping at two different houses for two different landscaping projects. One was a complete renovation of the backyard and, more recently, for a drainage solution and lawn replacement. In both cases, they were professional, timely and the results were incredible. I highly recommend them.
We had one of those back yards that brought our property value down. We finally decided to tear out all the old plantings and gardens, none of which made any design sense at all. We reached out to Hone and scheduled a consultation. After some follow up discussions, we decided on a design plan that was drawn up. The details included everything from the number of large rocks to bring in, the number and type of every tree, bush, flowers and grasses. They completed the project in the time estimated and followed up when a few of the plants needed to be replaced, not surviving the hot August heat. Yes, we would highly recommend Hone landscaping. We are very pleased with the end product and feel like the cost of our project directly added to the value of our property.
Hone recently landscaped our front yard. It went from weeds to lawn and more. They worked with me to fulfill my vision, they made suggestions and guided me through the process. Jason, their lead for the project, was always there to take my calls and answer questions. I wanted large quarry rock scattered along a bank intermixed with shrubs and ground cover. The installers were very artful with the placement of each rock. The crew were all very nice to work with. Thank you Hone for a job well done.

Jason and his team were great! They were always on time and kept us informed of any time changes or details related to our projects, they have done two at our place. The team was always respectful and took the time to ensure everything was as tidy as possible during each build. If we have any other projects we will think of Hone first.
Hone worked with us on an extensive backyard landscaping project including multiple tiers of retaining walls, tree/ plant replacement and a sprinkler/irrigation system. Work was done to a high standard and the team was very courteous and responsive. We have followed up several times with questions over the last could have years as our backyard has evolved and they have been very prompt in replying and offering advice and even on site visits free of charge. Highly recommend.

Hone Landscape provides wonderful ideas for your outside enjoyment. In our case it was a three step retaining wall, each over 100 feet long. Detailed explanation was provided. We were included in understanding construction as it took place. Employees were always on-time, polite and kept the rest of our property clean. Hone Landscape provides a great value for your investment.
I hired this company to do a small brick wall around a garden area. Jason, came out to give an estimate. He was clear, professional and his crew did an excellent job. He answered all my questions, quickly. I will consider hiring his company again for another outdoor project.

Great job with stone pathway in our back yard--quick cleanup, nice guys. I would say not AS good with the gardening bits...better with the stone work. But the yard looks good too. (I would hire them again.)
They raised and leveled my back yard with a retaining wall after some extensive septic work wrecked the whole yard. Now, when people have come over, they say that my yard looks like a golf course! It s so level with a beautiful wall and the hyrdoseed was just the finishing touch. 10/10 have and will continue to recommend Hone s services.
We hired Hone to regrade a gravel pathway and install border blocks as the first step of a bigger wall replacement project. We were impressed with their level of professionalism and responsiveness. They will will definitely be our first choice when were ready to tackle the wall.
Jason and crew helped regrade and re-gravel our driveway as well as install massive concrete pad for our RV. The work they did was great. Look forward to working with them again on some landscaping and building a deck.

From the very first call I made to Hone Landscape, everything was professional. We needed our front lawn removed and converted into a planting bed with river stone edging. Signed the contract on January 4, 2021 with a start date of April 12. On 12 April we were introduced with two men team Damien and Osmond by Jeremy the project manager. I have nothing but good things to say about project management of Jeremy, imagination and hard work of Damien and Osmand. Never had such a pleasent experience with any contractor. The team came every day on time and left every thing clean. My backyard is transformed to a resort. In last two weeks we have spent so much time there than all of our 30 years in the house. I hired Hone Landscaping and its hard to find a perfect company to work with. With two little kids, I didnt have time to fix a deteriorating wall from the pervious owners. Level out some areas on the property, build an area for swing set, and haul way debris, and much more. Jeremy took his time with me and we exchanged multiple phone calls and emails until I had the contract down perfect. The crew was outstanding. They communicated every step through the project. We ran into issues with things, and we were all able to work through the project together. I really appreciate their outstanding work ethic, communication, integrity, and hard work.
