Contacted Zeth for their help getting a drought tolerant yard set up. He came out the next day to do a survey and give me a quote based on what he thought it would cost. Once the order was placed he was out the next week with his crew and finished all the work in a day! Ill be attaching pictures in a few months once everything has filled in.

I was looking for someone to partner with me in transforming both my front and back yards from shabby and ill-executed to something more. At the highest level, I wanted to remove some horrible lawns and solve a drainage problem in my sloped front yard. Zeth took the time to understand what I was looking for and then suggested several ways to resolve some issues while making sure that the work we did added to the beauty of the surrounding neighborhood. Living Systems says it right on their website: I don t do cheap. Well, I didn t want cheap. Fair pricing for excellent work is what it takes to engage excellent workers, and that s what I got. Everyone that worked on my projects actually *cared* about what they were doing and how things would work and look when the jobs were complete. That was so wonderful to experience. Super-professional the whole way, too. They showed up on time. Things were cleaned up at the end of every day. They were respectful to my neighbors, and to me, and asked for my opinion and offered options all along the way. I m looking forward to working on the next phases of my projects, and I have zero doubt that Zeth and his team will be the keys to a beautiful transformation of my landscape from gross and weedy to eclectic and eloquent; put differently, not just another fake stream-bed with agapanthus and privets. And Zeth? Solid integrity all along the way. Remember trustworthy? Yeah, like that. Good stuff.

I would give this contractor zero stars if I could. Zeth either smoked himself retarded or has a sixth-grade reading level. His writing skills should have been my first indication to look elsewhere. The concept of work hours seems to have escaped him. For example, he called and texted me multiple times in a row after 5 PM, as if I dont have a life outside of work. He also added additional expenses to the bill without a change order, and he used broad terms in the quote that he didnt fully explain, such as prep the site, which did not include leveling the surface?!? This contractor seems like an amateur, and I would not recommend him to anyone. And I want to be specific here: After the job was completed, additional costs were added to the original invoice without my approval! When I asked about why the scope of the work changed after I had already signed the contract, he gave me some lame excuse that I plan to take to mediation. This caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience, and it ultimately led to me regretting the decision to use him. I would advise anyone who is considering hiring this contractor to be very careful. He is not reliable or trustworthy, and he is likely to cause you a lot of headaches.

Zeth and his crew just finished a major landscaping project - replaced the walkways, a very long driveway, a stucco retaining wall, added a patio, and landscaped the front yard. Now when it rains I dont have to wade through water to get to the garage! I really like the plant selection in the front yard - cant wait for them to get bigger!
