I met with Angel and received an estimate for taking down a tree and fertilizing the rest of our landscaping. He was knowledgable and prompt and the pricing seems fair.

The team that cut down three trees were very good, polite and cleaned up. Safety first.

I have been using this service for the last 6 years to both save and remove trees. They are efficient, attentive and always to their best. Hats off to all the gang but especially Kelly!

Everyone was professional and did excellent work. We had a crabapple tree that was infested with carpenter ants and had a hornets nest! SavATree was able to remove the hornets nest, cut down the tree and grind the stump to our specifications. Great company to work with!

Alejandro, Tabitha, and Juan did a great job on our tree service. They came out to trim some branches away from our house . These are huge trees that grow over our house, and we needed some overhanging branches removed and also some dead branches removed. They were super we would use SavATree again.

The crew cut down a dead hawthorn tree in my yard. The tree was located in an area surrounded by lots of landscaping and they did an excellent job. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up. Would definitely use SavATree again!

Hugo, Ariel, and Oscar did a great job doing several different types of tree trimming. Now a few weeks after the trimming, the trees are doing great. They were polite, professional, kept me informed on what they needed to do, and cleaned everything up. I highly recommend them.

We had 3 small trees removed by SavATree. Matt was so helpful prior to the removal. We changed our plan after our initial consultation and he came to our house again to confirm the plan prior to sending the team for removal. Communication was easy and the process was seamless. We highly recommend the SavATree team and would use their services again in the future if needed!

The Sav-a-Tree crew did a great job in removing a tree and raising the under canopy on my back treeline. They even took away some fallen branches I had in a pile to be cut up. Great Service. Came back next day after I approved estimate to remove the top of our tree which had been broken off by a storm and was dangling by a small strip. The crew was very professional and took care not to damage any of the surrounding plants .

Highly recommend both in terms of skill / expertise as well as customer service focus. Crew (Alejandro, Tabitha, Juan) took great care to ensure lawn and surrounding trees / bushes (and even newly laid mulch) werent damaged and did a nice job with clean up. They treated my property like it was their own. Arborist (Matt Phillips), Tabitha, and I talked through which limbs to take down based upon my objectives (very collaborative / super polite) and team executed perfectly.

Alejandro, Tabitha, and Juan did an excellent and thorough job at removing our fallen Black Cherry tree and repairing the damage it did. They were mindful of our Trash Cans, and amazingly careful of our neighbors on both sides too. At the end of their work, they left things better than they found them, cleaned up and in good shape. We asked them to be mindful of our native honeysuckle and they successfully removed the tree it was leaning against without causing it any harm! We had them come out to look at the condition of a maple tree. Agreed to a one time fertilization but didnt want/nor agreed to any type of continuing service plan. After never responding to their barrage of mailings/phone calls they just showed up at our home to fertilize our tree without authorization. Apparently our lack of response meant that we had a service plan and we needed to cancel with them or they just show up. Great business plan: try to trick your customer into a plan they never agreed to!

We went with Sav A Tree for the removal of a 39 year old Bradford Pear that was located very close to our house. Alejandro, Tabitha and Storm were the crew that cut the tree down and they did a really great job. Very happy with the work they did. Came out on short notice as well.

We feel like our arborist, Erik, is a partner with our landscaping needs and not just a service provider - always willing to answer questions, explain things thoroughly, and offer realistic expectations. He is quite knowledgeable. The entire staff at Sav-A-Tree is professional, responsive, polite and prompt. The rates for what weve had done are extremely reasonable.

We have used SavATree to cut down 9 ash trees with stump removal and a summer schedule of spraying our fruit trees. My husband and I are very satisfied with their workmanship. I set up an appointment to have a dying ash tree looked at. Damian immediately identified the problem, was extremely friendly and professional, didnt push me into unnecessary services, discussed a plan, and got treatment done the next day. He genuinely cared about saving the tree and got it taken care of. Thank you, Damian!

Was working for a client near by and I saw angel setting his crew up and he followed it all by the Numbers creating a safe site doing a thorough job briefing with his crew and creating safe zones of work. Extremely professional and properly comported to the neighborhood in which they were working with proper apparel and physical representation. Although I didnt see an arborist creating a job plan with Angel. Good job Angel, keep bringing everyone home.

We called Vine and Branch to have a Colorado Spruce tree removed from our yard along with the stump. Kelly came out and gave us an estimate, but never put us on the schedule to have the work performed even after numerous attempts on our part set a date for the work. When I finally reached him, he said that they were busy (understood) and would look at the schedule that week and get back to us. He never did, and kept putting us off. During one email exchange, he mentioned that since ours was a small job, he would like to just show up whenever they had a crew in the area and seemed to not want to schedule a time and date. We got the distinct impression that our job just wasnt important enough to warrant his attention, and I felt he was avoiding us. After two weeks, we solicited quotes from 2 other companies (and both of these quotes were well under half the cost of what Vine & Branch wanted for the job). Ironically, when I emailed Kelly to inform him we would not be using the services of V&B, he replied immediately thanking me for letting him know. No inquiries as to why we were seeking another company for this service. Not very professional in regards to communication and making a customer feel as if their work is not worth the time.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Savatree. Theyve removed 7 colorado blue spruce trees and 11 stumps from my yard and each time have been timely, professional, and the fairly priced. The work is always done as agreed upon, my yard is left clean and free of damage, and theyve even gone above and beyond by grabbing extra branches from my own DIY tree work. I wont call anyone else for my tree work.

Terrible drivers! As I was driving down the road, one of your drivers made a right hand turn into my lane forcing me to slam on the brakes. I was annoyed but let it go considering he was distracted on the cellphone. A minute later, he almost caused an accident by swerving from the inside lane to the outside lane to make an exit around a roundabout. You need to put the phone down and focus on the road. If you can t do this, take the company name off the vehicle.

Never bothered to return my calls or follow up with me on anything- complete waste of time when I was trying to hand them money

We have used them twice at our house for preventative maintenance. They are the best in price, honesty, skill, and customer service. I have referred them to many people both clients and friends and they have all had the same experience.

A section of my red maple tree turned a purplish color in late June. I knew something was wrong, but didnt know what to do. I called the nursery that planted the tree 19 years prior, and the owner recommended that I call Vine and Branch and speak with Jud because He knows more about trees than anyone. The nursery owner was right! Jud is a wealth of knowledge and instantly found the cause (a girdling root) and because it was above ground, he cut it. I highly recommend Vine and Branch for anything tree related.
