They do a terrible job for residential properties. We have a number of issues and would never recommend them.

We dont use this company as we cut our own lawn and take care of our own landscaping. But when this company shows up next door to clean up the neighbors yard, their employees throw all the trash and tree limbs into our yard while we arent home. It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. we are fed up with it. Teach your employees to do better.

Called in to receive an estimate on a landscaping job and spoke with a woman named Jem. She was kind, professional, and receptive to my questions. One of the easiest estimate calls Ive ever had to make! Thank you!

I highly recommend JPJ Landscaping! John did a walk around and listened to our ideas. He had great suggestions for landscaping around our home. It looks amazing! We had two trees removed and had old mulch removed and large river rock placed around the home. Beautiful large pots were placed and hostas and ornamental grasses planted near the entrance. The clean up was meticulous. Thank you John and Blake and the whole team! We will use you guys for all of our future landscaping needs! We absolutely love our new landscaping!

When considering a new landscape for our yard, I dreaded the process. We were worried about cost, design and making sure that we could communicate our vision to someone else. *Enter JPJ Landscaping* Our project was seamless, from the very first call to the finished product. I reached out to the office last month to get a quote for weekly lawn mowing. The office lady Jem answered the phone immediately and was very helpful (and fast!!) with sending over an estimate. My services began earlier this month and I have never been so happy with my lawn- JPJ s crew did an amazing job. My lawn looks lush, healthy, and well maintained.

I met Ian and Kegan today while they were mowing my lawn. I wanted to point out exactly where my property line ends and they were so kind and receptive to it. Easy payment process and always professional. Theyre always good about cleaning up any dog toys and kids toys when rain days set them back and Im not there to clean them up myself. Well routed sidewalks and they do a good job with the tedious trimming around the swing-set and trampoline. Fair pricing and great communication.

Jpj Landscaping is highly recommended, they are professional and have some really hard working people on there team. Charles is one of there workers and he was very polite and professional and extremely hard working and reliable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. And Jackie the office manager is super respectful and quick with responses.

I wanted them service 2 homes for me. And it definitely seemed like from the start they were too busy to have a new customer or they did not prioritize me at all. Took 4 phone calls to even get a quote. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of one is because they actually did answer the phone. Every company I called did not. Once I finally got the quote For the mowing. Some of the staff at least did not know how to quote for the leaf removal. It took even longer to get that quote I would say 5 days to a week longer. Their excuse for my bad experience with the company was that they have a lot more customers than just me. I honestly do hope that is true. But it definitely seems like this is not the place to go if you want to be one of their new customers. I honestly dont mean any ill will towards the company. I think we learn from our failures more than our wins. So I hope JPJ landscaping can grow from this. I personally will be using a different landscaper who gave a better experience from the start.

We hired JPJ Landscaping to aerate our lawn. They offer over-seeding with the service, but only offer tall fescue grass seed. We have a bluegrass lawn so having tall fescue applied with the aeration is not what we wanted, so we choose to just have the aeration done. In getting our email notification of the day service would be rendered, I called to make sure that my lawn was to be aerated ONLY with no over-seeding. The operations manager Jackie assured me that was correct. I asked Jackie if I could be contacted by phone or text the day of service by the crew just to make sure that no over-seeding would be performed. I get a call from my wife on the day of service and tall fescue grass seed is being applied to our lawn. I dont know how I could have communicated any more than I did to get the service I desired. Jackie did work with me on applying a pre-emergent application to keep the applied grass seed from germinating, but that is hopeful thinking that the pre-emergent works and covers everywhere the grass seed was applied. I can only think of one word for this company and their services and thats incompetence.

I would not trust this company, very odd experience. Nice lady came out, made me very hopeful they re able to replace all the dead sod at my home and take over all lawn services we currently have with a lawn company. All these things cost good money too so profitable for her and her business! She said she would get back to me with estimates the next day and after three voicemails and one text over days, we have yet to hear back from her. If there was an emergency or situation why would you notify your customers and prospects in your office greeting (at the very least) that you will be back in service on X date? Or be honest and tell the prospects you cannot do new business at the moment. So unprofessional whatever the issue! I would be wary of this company for sure.

Cancel my aeration service that was scheduled 2 times this week (October 24th and 25th). Im utilizing Google Review because no one is answering the phone. No call, no show, not responsive, not professional, not on time. No one answers the phone or has the common courtesy to contact you when the company is overwhelmed or commit to services. This service was referred by previous customer in the neighborhood. Im having trouble finding an aeration service now due to the run around with this company. Delete my financial information, DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD and take me off your email list.

Called for an appointment, confirmed date and time then they no-showed. Called to reschedule no answer, left message and they did not call me back.

My yard desperately needed raking as i have some large trees in my yard and Im not physically able to do the yard work. Shayne, Dillon, and Joe did a fantastic job clearing away the leaves and I am relieved. THANKS GUYS.

Jpj came out and removed leaves for us! We live on several acres and there were a TON of leaves!!! They showed before there scheduled time and got started right away!! They did an amazing job!! Literally the cleanest I ve seen my yard in several months!! Will use them again for sure!!!

John and his crew have been helpful with all my landscaping need throughout the years. He takes care of my lawn as if it was his own. He also does annual aeration and seeding to keep my yard looking great. They also have done a good job of spring/fall cleanup as far as leaves and lawn care. I have had 6 landscaping companies since last summer. I have a difficult lawn, uneven and slopes in the backyard. I like my grass cut no less than 3 1/2 inches and trimming to be even with grass. Which I have explained to each of the landscapers I hired. My last one I texted last Friday and letting him know it was not going to work out. My yard was a mess. I was stressed to have to try to find a new landscaping. I sent a request to JPJ, I ended up calling Monday morning. I actually talked to John the owner, which is rare. I decided to try JPJ, WOW. John knows what he is doing, my lawn is in great hands and looked absolutely beautiful after they mowed. I cant say enough. Dont look any further, a true professional.

John was very easy to communicate with. His team was thorough and detailed cleaning out our mulch beds and putting down new chips. I expected a quick wheelbarrow and shovel job, but the team was out there moving mulch around by hand in many areas to get the look just right. I look forward to working with them again.

John and His crew are professional and timely. They take care of our company off Westfield Park Rd and we are always impressed and proud of the lawn appearance throughout the year. He changes things up and tries new patterns/designs. Always picks up trash and blows all clippings. Last year a string trimmer threw a rock at our window and cracked it. Was on camera and was a complete accident. One phone call to Jon and it was taken care of immediately. Not always the case with so many companies. He stands behind his work, accepts feedback positively and works very hard. He has our business. He has been a long time resident of this area and it is great to watch his business grow. Moved to Westfield, IN from Cincinnati, OH 2 years ago not knowing anyone. So I reached out to atleast 5 the local landscaping companies for a trim and cut. The second day after reaching out JPJ landscaping they showed up. I received services later that same week. He explained to me the areas of town he was in, what days would work best for the crews and myself to provide services needed. Super easy to communicate with on a personal level. They always gave me a heads up if the weather is going to be nasty and services my be delayed for a day or so. I will continue to use them at my new home for all my landscaping needs. A handshake goes along way in my book. There are few like John left as business owners and I highly recommend all your landscaping needs can be met and/or exceeded with JPJ Landscaping !!!!!!

John of JPJ Landscaping LLC reponded to my phone call during the COVID 19 lockdown time frame in April 2020. Once things were reopened, we wanted to have our beds edged and mulch layed. John came by and measured the beds for FREE and even came back again because our back beds were not included in the initial measuring. He sent a detailed estimate and followed up with an email checking to see if I received it. Once I read the estimate, I was able to easily approved and sign the document online which was a big plus especially with the virus issues and social distancing. John also kept me apprised of when he was able to fit us in the schedule as we had a particular date we wanted the job completed by. He kept in touch via email which was very helpful. Pricing for the mulch was very reasonable as were the labor cost. I had several other estimates that were easily $200-400 more. Johns pricing is realistic and he is knowledgeable about lawn care and landscaping care. In addition, he does a walk through after completeing the job so you can see what the final porduct is. To our great suprise and delight, he even uncovered some lawn stones that were in the mulch area, reset them and mulched around them! I highly recommed JPJ Landscaping and will definitely get on his list for next year! Thank you John!

Very satisfied with their work. They are very responsive to your requests (cut the front yard taller starting mid June for example). Love to see the different patterns they cut in the lawn each week, love the edging. I feel like I have a good team working with me.

He sent a design plan with contract before services started. I first used JPJ this summer for mowing and edging. I was very satisfied with the crew that I would describe as friendly, responsible, attentive to details, and displayed a strong work ethic. The yard looked great after each visit. Just recently they did a fall mulching of the flower beds and edged and mulched around 15 trees. In addition, earlier in the fall, they aerated and seeded the lawn. The property looks great for the winter and the flower beds will be ready to go at the first sign of spring. The owner John is great to work with and I appreciated very much his timely communications. I highly recommend JPJ Landscaping and I look forward to continuing their services next spring.
