Just had knee surgery and couldn’t handle the big Jan. 6 snow. 5Star came to the rescue and did an excellent job clearing our drive and front entrance. A big thanks to Eric and his guys.

5 Star Mowing does a great job in performing all tasks and projects related to my lawn and shrubs. I highly recommend them and look forward to a long business relationship with this company.

TLDR- Expect extra fees with 5 Star Mowing unless you mow your grass a couple days before they come. My wife hired 5 Star Mowing to mow our lawn recently. We were given an estimate of $65 for biweekly mowing. On their first mow they charged an overgrown grass fee, so the total ended up being $90 instead of the $65 we were expecting. The lawn had been mowed TEN days prior. The grass was long but not excessive. When we asked 5 Star about the charge, they pointed toward a line on the estimate that stated they could charge an extra long grass fee. This felt like a bait-and-switch on the pricing. Needless to say, we’re one-and-done with “less than 5 Star.”

I’ve never hired a company for leaf removal until 5 Star, and must say, I was a bit skeptical at first. But 5 Star Mowing was worth every penny! Eric put in the work, paid attention to detail and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I hired them for leaf removal and am now getting quotes from them for additional services. 5 Star will be my go-to as long as the service and pricing remains solid moving forward. Highly recommend!

I can not say enough about the wonderful work Eric did for my father’s property. 5 Star was highly recommended by a friend. Being that I live in Florida I knew I needed someone I could trust. Eric went to the property and sent pictures so that we could discuss our needs. When finished he sent pictures again. He went above and beyond! Eric at 5 Star Mowing did a large leaf removal job on my property. He was incredibly responsive upon request for an estimate and scheduled one promptly. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the entire process. He arrived on time and got right to work. When he was done, we walked through the yard together.
