I had a leak in my front yard for 7 months. 2 plumbers and 3 leak detectors were not able to find the cause of the standing water. Nick came out and within 5 minutes was able to diagnose the problem. I did not know there was a city irrigation line running thru my property that was leaking. After a call to the water department and the city, the leak was fixed in 24 hours. I am so relieved and thankful to Nick for finally figuring out this frustrating problem. He didn’t even charge me for the consultation! This company is a rare find. I highly recommend them.

We thought part of our sprinkler system wasn't working so we called Irritech to come out and take a look at it for us. Nick arrived within the given time frame and were very friendly! A quick evaluation was done of the sprinklers and it turned out to be a setting problem on our timer which he explained and fixed for us. We had some other questions regarding irrigation in other areas of our house and nick took the time to give us estimates and an expert opinion. Even after taking 30 minutes out of his day to help us fix the timer and address other questions, he charged us nothing! Highly recommend for punctuality, friendliness, honesty and great customer service!
Irritech is the absolute best! Nick has helped/upgraded our old sprinkler system multiple times in the past four years. When I call in a panic because we have a water leak he always fits us into his busy schedule. The prices are more than fair and the service is unmatched. I am so glad we found Irritech.

The house I recently moved into had an old system that seemed not to have been maintained for years. Leaks in valve heads, a number of broken sprinkler heads, some damaged pipes and an old control box. Nick came out, took a look and within the next day had replaced everything that needed attention, and installed a new control box. I couldn't be happier. Nick is very knowledgeable. He does clean, quality work at a very reasonable price.

Reliable, trustworthy & reasonable price. Our gardener added 3 sprinklers & all the sudden our grass was dying with brown patches due to low water pressure. Nick separated the sprinklers into to valves, changed 3 valves & the sprinkler heads. Finally the water is hitting the entire lawn. Thank you for saving our grass Irritech!!

I manage a 17 unit complex built in 1961 by the beach in Oceanside and have used Nick on several occasions. He is always respectful and polite,the last time I called him we had an underground leak that he located,dug up and fixed very quickly! Ive found Irriteck to be prompt and reasonably priced. Nick is a super nice guy who works hard and doesnt mind getting his hands dirty! I would highly recommend to anyone who has irrigation issues.
Sleeping Easier These Days... Hard to believe 27 years have passed here in our new Oceanside home. Like many homebuyers I installed our sprinkler system pipes, heads, valves, manifold and controller myself back then to save money. Can t complain about the value we ve gotten over the years, with only a few leaks here and there. Still, it seemed about time to consider replacing the heart of the system (all but the pipe system and heads). Knowing all those glued joints and aging valves were not going to perform forever we decided a state-of-the-art valve/manifold and controller would be a worthwhile investment, especially when the time to sell the house comes around. There are lots of contractors wearing multiple hats in the landscaping, irrigation and gardening field, but I was pleased to find that Nick at Irritech has specialized in sprinkler system repair specifically in north county for some 8 years. He doesn t do full installations, but instead focuses on repairs and upgrades to existing systems. We met Nick on the appointed day and briefly went over the work area needing to be cleared of plants and ground cover for the work and heard Nick s preference for valves (20yr rated Rain Bird - fewer moving parts & bulletproof!), manifolds (builds them custom for the job) and 12 valve controller (Orbit) with remote control no less! More on that later. Nick emailed me my detailed bid within days, nicely laid out with multiple options that I either requested or he suggested. I opted to move and return plants and ground cover myself - an option you can consider. On the appointed day, Nick arrived and had the area cleared quickly and things ready to go. He happened to do the job over two days, but actual work time was hardly an 8 hour day for him which included a meticulous clean up. I hadn t thought of the need for a remote, but what a convenience when adjusting sprinkler heads or spot watering individual valve sections of the yard. Sprinkler head adjustments used to require 2-3 trips back to the valve for each head to check adjustment progress. Those trips are completely eliminated with a remote in hand! All of Nick s work was extremely neat and professionally completed as requested. Wiring is cleanly installed, bundled, mostly underground and all pipes and valves are straight as an arrow! One of the options I requested to be included was to provide fake rock covers, which I cut down to fit neatly over each of my two, 6-valve systems. Given the peace of mind this will provide for future potential home buyers, the investment in a state-of-the-art sprinkler system made sense - not to mention our own comfort, convenience and peace of mind in the meantime. Can t say enough about Nick and Irritech for your sprinkler needs. I ve alread had him back for one other non-related water line repair that was causing a constant pool of water on our patio. Excellent, professional work on both occasions. Nick and Irritech are your go-to team for sprinkler repairs and upgrades Here in North county. Our backyard irrigation needed some repairs and updating. Nick with Irritech was great. He was on time for our appointment, very knowledgeable, properly assessed our needs, and reviewed all work prior to starting. Having been burned before by underwhelming sprinkler techs, I cant overstate my satisfaction with Nicks work. He showed up when he said he would, his diagnosis was spot on and the repair was solid. With a hot summer coming early peace of mind has never been so important, and Nick delivered.

The grass on my lawn was dying in spots so I took a chance and called this company - I figured, free estimate, why not? Nick figured it out pretty quickly - apparently it was due to poor coverage, he gave me a quote and when I agreed he came back to work on it shortly thereafter. I was surprised it didnt cost more, but I didnt object! The lawn is growing back in nicely and I havent had any problems since. Nice guy. Will definitely call him again next time I need help.
This is one of the best companies that I have run across in a long time. Nick is the best there is and runs a fair and honest business (get some other landscape quotes and you will see what I mean). Prompt (early actually), very knowledgable, very reasonable, and a really nice guy. I just bought a house that had a leaky valve one one station and a waterfall leak on the back bank. Nick swapped the valve and fixed the leak super fast. He even ran all of the stations to make sure that everything looked good and was working correctly. He had a full schedule the day he came out, and he even worked me in his schedule and did the work on the spot! The entire time he was talking to me about what parts to use, what parts not to use - great advice and recommendations.
