We have been in our home for 30 years. We were in need of a makeover because of very mature vegetation causing damage to our property. We contacted Harlow, a family owned business, and were extremely happy with their service. They immediately sent someone out who helped us with the design of our front and backyards. We loved the design and started the project. The project was projected to take 5 weeks and it was completed within that timeframe. All the work was done by their employees. No subcontractors were used. The crew was outstanding! They were here everyday and we’ve never seen people work so hard! Communication with Burl was excellent. If we had any questions we received an answer immediately. We are thrilled with the results of our project. We couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend this 5 star company.

We couldn’t be happier with the backyard remodel led by Burl Jordan from Harlow! From start to finish, the team was professional, timely, attentive, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand our vision and offered creative suggestions that made the space even better than we could have imagined. The project included transforming our living room and backyard to create a beautiful space that seamlessly moves from indoor to outdoor living. This included, installing accordion doors, a patio with an aluminum patio cover that remotely opens and closes to create a watertight seal or to let sunlight in, beautiful built-in cabinets, fireplace, and BBQ area surrounded by new turf and a complete landscape renovation. Where do we start?! From the first day of meeting Harlow Landscape we knew they were different from other contractors. Their professionalism and patience stood out for us as we had many requests and specific ideas we wanted to create in our project. Fast forward 40 days later, our beautiful, very detailed and unique project is complete!! Yes, this would equate to about 30 work days including some Saturdays. What we got with Harlow Landscape was 10+ knowledgeable and experienced workers that were at our home 6:30am every work day and stayed until 5pm - 6pm most days!! After having a bad experience with our previous home project, we were shocked at the speed (without compromising accuracy) and passion the Harlow crew had throughout our job. To top things off, Burl, owner of Harlow Landscape, was on our job site every morning to ensure accuracy and conversation with us to make sure everything was meeting our expectations Not only did we love their professionalism and friendliness, but also these many things below that matter when you are spending several thousand dollars. Communication was spot on! Either through texting or phone calls, their team never missed a beat in responding to us on questions we had or needs that arose. Expectations were discussed throughout the project, and we were kept apprised of scheduling and process of construction throughout. Timeline was kept in our promised timeframe. Sales & Design Team: Cody and Joby were both very helpful in our project from the start with spot on communication prior to meeting with them (we had tons of questions) AND the design that matched our ideas. ( which is at no cost!) So if you are in the market for a landscape project or even a smaller project of remodel in your yard, whatever it might be… We give Harlow Landscape our HIGHEST MARKS!! Their non- push sale approach is comforting & informative. We are beyond happy and are excited to use our new spaces that were created in our beautiful yard.

Harlow Landscape just completed our dream backyard and we are so happy with how it turned out! The final product exceeded our expectations! We especially love the giant turf area - it’s the perfect play space and adds such a beautiful ambiance to our home. We’re blown away. Period. Burl, Joby & Coty turned our front and backyard dreams into a reality. What professionalism from start to finish. Our consultation was quick & easy. We were so impressed they didn’t even need a tape measure to get the dimensions of our yard - they’ve been doing it for that long. Joby listened to what I envisioned & made suggestions based on that. A week later, we had our plans beautifully drawn out for us. We were in love - he captured everything we ever wanted to a T & somehow managed to make it even better! We were delayed closing about 4 months. Coty kept in consistent communication & was always quick in his responses or getting us whatever we needed. Fast forward, our project began & we were just in awe from the jump. Burl’s guys are hands down the most respectful, hardworking & amazing team we’ve encountered. They went above & beyond where they could, without being asked to. Their attention to detail was INCREDIBLE. We’re just so speechless with the client service, quality & end result. They say you can have it good, fast or inexpensive. Pick 2. With Harlow Landscape, we got all 3. I highly recommend Burl and his entire crew. We like them so much, we’ve used them for landscape design and construction at two different homes - 10 years between jobs. Our last house was a brand new track home with a relatively small yard space. Burl designed the back, front & side yards from dirt and helped us to utilize & enjoy every precious square inch. Eight years later, we decided to go for the opposite and purchased a home built in 1930 on almost an acre. After tackling the necessary indoor projects, we contacted Harlow and two other landscape contractors for bids to turn our established courtyard into a great outdoor entertaining space with a bar and fireplace. Harlow Landscape’s estimate (which they stuck to in the end) was the least expensive but still the most in depth & thoughtful. We were working around some existing structures and mature landscaping this time, and Burl was very sensitive to retain our Mexican country vibe. Once we accepted the bid, he had a crew out to us the next day. They would work from 7am-6pm most days with either Timo or Lalo as foreman and some of the hardest working guys you’ve every seen. Burl would come by almost every morning to walk the job with us and we let the project evolve. There was always work being done and Burl has employees who knew enough about every aspect of our construction that he never needed to subcontract. And Burl is so knowledgeable about the soft scape - he listened to my wishlist & worked with our existing plants & trees to create a beautiful space. And they were done in about 6 weeks! We will be using Harlow Landscape again for future jobs and would recommend them for any medium to large sized residential landscape project.
