Greenridge Landscaping Inc. in Carbondale

This business (as others have posted) doesn't have the common courtesy to return calls for prospective new customers. Left several messages and none returned. If this is how they would treat new customers i can only imagine trying to get support if something was not right. I am ok if the answer is "we are not taking on new customers", but ignoring the call completely is discourteous and unprofessional.

Called .. Left messages... Never a call back... Never had to hound someone to give my business to before...

Greenridge sends an experienced crew who do an excellent job. After a few times they know what I like and know what to do, so I don't have any worries about what happens. When I have some concern, they return and fix things to my satisfaction. Can't ask for anything more. Good service. -Jerry-

I'm a very loyal customer -- I just had them do a lot of work, and I'm having them do even more. Greenridge provides excellent service. They've proven to be great at meeting my diverse needs and wants for my very extensive landscaping beds surrounding the house, as well as my large island out front and large berm out back. They are great with my seasonal clean-up and preparation, new plants and plant changes, and pruning and trimming, as well as repairs and expansions to my extensive drip irrigation system. In visits I've had with the owner, Andrew, and his employees at my home and at their office, they've always been very pleasant and helpful. As both a consumer and a marketing professor, I greatly appreciate them, and I strongly recommend them.
