I cannot fully express my extreme gratitude for both Melissa Bedingfield and Pam Reilly. I called this morning due to an urgent pest concern. Out of 15 companies that I contacted Arrow was the only one that was able to do a same day appointment. I initially met Melissa whom was very friendly, understanding of my stress level surrounding my situation, professional, and knowledgeable. She did a thorough review of my home to assess the situation. Then Pam joined and also analyzed the critter and did a thorough assessment and was able to identify the issue. Both Melissa and Pam offered solutions to my issue for immediate rectification. I would 1000% recommend Arrow and both of these professionals. In such a stressful situation they were able to calm and comfort me knowing that a resolution was possible. I am so grateful!!!!

Unprofessional job, my lawn looks way worse than before I contacted thus company, called them to see what had been the issue why my lawn looks so burnt and dry they said that my lawn service had vern cancelled, never once did i called about my lawn service wanting to be cancelled, called 5 times to get a supervisor in my lawn to ser what id going on and not a single time they came out there, got in touch with the manager and said he will be out there and solve my issues, he also did not come out to my lawn and check to see what has been going on, honestly very upset, been a year with this company and throughout the year my lawn has look from ok to worst and all of their excuse has been is takes its time for the products to improve the look of the lawn i have been waiting over a year and my grass still looks horrible went from looking ok to looking worst, definitely do not recommend thus company for taking care of your lawn.

So far their service has been better than expected. I know its hard to find a truly professional, and educated exterminator in SW Florida... however, Arrow has Been more than that, and they are always available when needed. For their services we are paying monthly. The only downside weve seen is they are a tad expensive in comparison. Should we ever decide to leave Arrow, Im sure it would be solely based upon that. Aside from the price, I would recommend them to others.

Mark was great.I had several questions and he carefully explained everything to me. I wanted to get rid of the rat traps but he convinced me I needed them. He also told us about pure citrus air freshener to get rid of spiders.

We used to have really great service from Arrow. We restarted our service after we moved back in to our renovated home post Ian. We have scheduled service that doesnt show up until we call & tell them to come. Our lawn looks terrible. We were expecting an analysis of our lawn and lawn care tailored to our needs. This did not happen. We get various technicians that come and hand spread something on the lawn, without proper analysis beforehand. When asked about the hand spreading, one technician said that hand spreading was all that he could do because he didnt have any other equipment. The service schedule isnt followed (although we pay a monthly fee for lawn service). We had another new technician today. He was polite & responsive. I hope he stays. Call backs from the main office or contact via the website is spotty at best. So disappointed. We are not getting what we paid for.

I had issues with Rodents, so I called Arrow Environmental Services and the tech, Mark Reed came to my home, I must say, I have never had a more friendly,professional and experience then I did with this gentleman. I will always think of him as the rat whisperer, because of his knowledge and skills, I no longer have a rodent issue. This company is lucky to have Mark on their staff. The termite service technician Pam was very knowledgeable professional and thorough I can easily rate her 5 stars. I hope Im able to request her if I require further visits. I can say the same thing about our regular pest service technician Brian this is a well-trained customer service oriented group of field technicians. The only downside is occasionally the scheduling department does not tell me the accurate time of arrival and sometimes does not relay information to the technicians. Overall however, Im highly satisfied.

We have been customers since June 2022. The first year was not as we wished. The lawn struggled without the proper combination of chemicals. It took quite an effort to get a manager to meet with us at the property. In that first year magnesium was spread and got all over our driveway pavers. It stained them severely and they still are stained to a degree. In the last year the lawn has improved greatly and our technicians has done a good job of communicating the process of maintaining the lawn.

Our technician Mark was excellent! Arrow communicated timing and Mark not only treated for ants, he followed up the following week and spent several minutes educating us. I highly recommend Mark and Arrow.

Extremely Dissatisfied!! I paid $150 up front plus $55 a month for care of a new lawn from a new house construction. Each time we came down (every few months) from Wisconsin to Cape Coral, FL to the house, the St. Augustine grass was light green to yellow and brown and full of weeds like nothing had been done. I received nothing but excuses from the tech when he came out to talk We cant fertilize with nitrogen, its against regulations this time of year and Your weed control that works on northern lawns does not work here, and it will take three years to get your lawn in good shape. Well, I put down one $40 bag of new lawn starter fertilizer from Lowes and my lawn is as dark green as the neighbors in ONE APPLICATION. In the mean time, my wife and are hand pulling weeds for hours and hours and hours on our own because Arrow apparently DID NOT DO ANYTHING FOR MY LAWN. NO WEED CONTROL, NO FERTILIZER. There were never any signs posted that the lawn was treated accordining to my neighbors. A complete waste of money. MY ADVICE, WEED AND FEED YOURSELF FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST AND ACTUAL RESULTS. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE ARROW IN CAPE CORAL!!

They get the job done with professionalism.

My stepfather has been in hospital. The weeds are rampant (a service he pays for). Since phoning to complain+ a visit & promise to follow up every 2 weeks until corrected ) 1st week phoned to be sure, no record of this promise, scheduled appointment, 2nd visit they came, 3rd visit & a recording confirming date/time, no one came, no record of appointment, had to reschedule. So unacceptable..I am a relative out of state, or I would be looking for an alternative

One of their trucks just flew through my neighborhood way too fast! There are lots of people that walk their dogs and children here and we have a very low speed limit as it is a dead end street and Im glad nobody got in their way very unprofessional

Weve had Arrow for years and their service continues to decline. I was laying around $200/month for multiple services. You would think theyd appreciate my business, but instead, I spent countless hours attempting to get someone to actually deliver the service. Every time someone was scheduled to visit, they wouldnt show up OR theyd show up and not do the service. I have one of the technicians on camera pulling into my driveway, taking a nap in his truck, and then leaving. Of course, I was still charged for the service even though it was not rendered. I do not recommend ever signing a contract with this company. They are a sham and a waste of time and money.

Service tech efficient, professional and very helpful.

This driver came tearing through my 17 MPH senior citizen neighborhood today on 11/25/23 at 11:45 am, tailgating my bumper until I moved out of his way and then he proceeded to nearly triple the speed limit catching the attention of many of my neighbors in their yards. Unacceptable behavior from a professional company

I am trying to reach your billing department since several months. We paid our bill for a year in advance in December but somehow you must have booked it under a different customers account. Instead of contacting us, as we asked for several times, you are blaming us for late payment through a billing company. Do I really have to blow the nearly $400 into the wind? You bought our former pest control company where we were customers for over 15 years. You should not have done that, when you wont be able to handle some customer support.

We signed up for service with Melissa Weber in November, 2020. They were to provide lawn, shrub and palm fertilization, along with external rodent control. They bill each month on the 15th, in advance, and during the past year they were a no-show several times to our property. I had to make a phone call to Customer Care each time to get the payment refunded. After they skipped our February service, I decided that I d had enough. I contacted Customer Care to get the $130 charge for the February lawn refunded. I was told by the representative that there were three occasions that they did not do my scheduled palm tree fertilization, for which I had paid $50.00 for each treatment, and two occasions where they did not do the scheduled shrub fertilization, for which I had paid $25.00 for each treatment. I ve been waiting for six weeks to get my $330.00 refunded and no one will return my phone calls. Avoid the headache and don t do business with these people.

They have a definite communication problem. Came to my house without an appointment for an inside pest treatment, then didnt show up when they had an appt. Gave them several chances to reschedule. We finally ended up cancelling their services. Will find another company.

Awful customer service

Services are good but, they never answer their phone and never check messages in portal. As a former business owner, I would fire all the inside support staff and start over.

For years we tried True Green and then switched to our lawn guy for fertilizing, weed and bug control and our yard was a HOT MESS! After only 8 months with Arrow it looks SO much better! The tech always knocks on our door and explains what they did and what to expect and we love that. Highly recommend! (I found Arrow by knocking on the door of the best looking yard in our neighborhood and asking them who they used!)

After 4 visits, still have bees. Geo was out every time and the last time he had a very large bee hive. Which means the first 3 times he didn t do his job. Very poor communication from the office. However John whom i spoke to a couple times offered to come out on his personal time to take care of the issue. Unfortunately i am requesting my money back as this issue should have been resolved the first time to the second. I definitely do not recommend this company!! Still have a ton of bees!! So when will someone get back to me? Are you waiting till the bees attack my kids or when they get into the house? Haven t heard or seen anyone!! Kind of like your office!! How about a refund so i can hire a company to actually do the job?

The attention of this business is fast and profesional, the people that do the inspección and c the work are profesionals and are with the disposition to all your questions. Recommended.

We employed the services of Arrow Environmental in Cape Coral in March 2019 with their sales representative Melissa Weber. She was very quick in setting up our accounts for 3 homes in Cape Coral. All were set to auto payment by debit card. The technicians were always friendly and responsive, very professional people. The reason why we cancelled all 3 of our accounts is due to the absolutely terrible unorganised and chaotic administration at this branch. After 6 months into their service chaos came upon us. Either they deducted the wrong amount from the wrong debit card, or double the amount was deducted from one debit card with no refund issued, etc. etc. When problems occur, do not count on the support of your sales representative, in our case Melissa Weber. She has no interest in any after sales problem solving, nor does anyone else at this branch. Still today, 6 weeks after we cancelled our service with them, they ow us $150 because they simply continued charging our accounts after we cancelled them. We have not yet received our refund and we will continue calling the Arrow customer service until we have our money back. If you wish to safe yourself headaches, stay away from Arrow, Cape Coral.

Angel came out. Was on time. Called prior to arriving to let us know the eta of his arrival. When he got here he was super professional and friendly. He did very thorough work. Looking forward to angel coming out again.

My representative Melissa Weber was here in time frame she said. She was very helpful and told us our tech would be here the next day to spray our yard, that was yesterday Friday the 13th. Now its Saturday and no call no show. Now im left to wonder if i choose the wrong pest control company???

We discovered that we had an issue with rats getting into the facility. We called our local branch in Cape Coral and Melissa came right over. She performed her inspections and confirmed that we had a problem. She scheduled a technician for the following day. He did a very good job blocking holes and then setting traps. However, that very night, new holes were made and more rats entered the building. We called to ask for more assistance. I know that the business had a full day scheduled already and it would be very difficult to fit us in. This company truly understand the urgent nature of our issue. This afternoon, the technician arrived to block more holes, inspect the status of holes that were blocked yesterday and set more traps. What a response! I highly recommend this company and specifically the Cape Coral branch. Thank you!

I had called last week. I was looking for someone to come out and do a pest inspection for a VA refi. They told me it would cost $250. I told him that the lender said it should only cost @$130. I was then given a ridiculous excuse why they charge $250. Very shady! Called another company and was charged $120.

Thieves! I have a contract that clearly states that I have coverage for mice and rats, and theyve now told me that they wont honor it because the rodents got into my attic. (I guess they dont consider that a part of the house?) They did tell me that for $850.00 they could fix the problem. Ill get a more reputable pest controller to remedy the problem and will collect my that expense back in small claims court. Awful way to do business, but thats not uncommon in todays world.........

After having a rat and dealing with this company, I realized having the rat was better than dealing with this company. They charged us $1300 after coming out saying we had more than one rat and explained they had to do an exclusion sealing up the roof, any entry points and placing traps. They wouldnt show up when promised, they wouldnt show up at all, and when they did, they couldnt wait to do what they had to and get the heck out of here. It turns out, we had one isolated incident with a rat getting in, not a nest and we DID NOT NEED TO get the exclusion. The only employee who was at all pleasant to deal with was a former worker from BugFree who is working for the company. Deplorable experience and I pray each night our association changes companies.

Herman our technician went above and beyond for our office At Trademark Restoration Inc. He was so thorough and made sure he informed me of his findings and explained the products to me. He informed me of what he found and what he did to help the issue. He is well educated in his field and I couldnt be more appreciative to have him as our tech. Professional, friendly and definitely a pleasant man to work with. I would recommend him highly.

Called and spoke with Jared, first question that was asked, do you do lawn mowing Jared replied yes and he will go over all of the details of the services, but first i need all of your information. Once he had all of my information he proceeded to try to sell me on bug suppression services, i said jared no no, i am looking for mowing service, he replied oh, we dont do that... What? It took him 5 min collecting all of my info to tell me that the 1 service i needed and stated in the first 30 sec of the conversation, the company doesnt do....Extremely unprofessional! Better communication skills Jared! Wow...

Arrow personnel responded promptly to my phone request for help with my lawn. The sales representative was out measuring my yard and identifying problems. A couple days later she joined the technician when the first application was made. They both contacted me to see if I could be present for the primary effort.
