"I hired Spicy for monthly lawn service, but was very disappointed. After a poor initial service, they abruptly cancelled the next appointment due to equipment issues. There was no communication about rescheduling or the status of my account. To my surprise, I was then billed for a one-time service at the full rate, despite the ongoing monthly agreement. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessional service."

UPDATE! Boy I was so wrong about these guys. After I gave them a great review, directed people to them when they first began their business and now they've up and left and won't return any of my calls. So now, here I am, without any lawn service at the beginning of the rainy season. Just Sad. :'( I never would have expected them to do that. They didn't even call back to let me know why, after they said that they "appreciated" me so much. HA! What a laugh. Needless to say I'm not recommending them anymore. Now I have to begin all over again and hope to find someone that respects people enough to returns phone calls.
