Killed our grass and stained our pavers. Paid for this service for years and now have to replace sod and have only lived here a couple years… new home. Couldn’t figure out what was wrong, said he sent samples off, we never heard anything more. Another company came and identified cinch bugs immediately. Scott should have known this… he didn’t care. Stained our pavers with fertilizer and never bothered to blow it off or clean it. Will not respond after several attempts to correct this. Beware!
