Accell lawn and pool service in Cape Coral

Hired Ken to do weekly lawn care on my rental property in which I live 1700 miles away from. Ken took advantage of the fact that I didn't live in the area, so he stopped showing up. I decided not to tell him that I was coming to visit the property and I showed up to my lawn looking TERRIBLE, I waited almost two weeks and he never showed. I finally reached out to complain and he blamed it on his "team". I'm not sure he even has a team. He was doing my lawn himself the last that I knew. He didn't apologize but just made an excuse. I then asked for a refund of the weeks that service wasn't completed. He agreed, and multiple times told me the refund was still coming. To this day, I still have not received a refund for work not completed. He also told me immediately afterwards, that he was raising his prices. I decided to just fire him instead. Once I let him go, he just stopped responding to my calls and messages regarding a refund. So basically he just kept my money for work not completed. Very unprofessional and slimy. I don't recommend anyone working with him.

I called and made arrangements to have a technician come to my home the following Monday for an estimate for grass cutting and pool maintenance. I waited all day and he/she never showed up, or bothered to call.

I cannot say enough great things about Accell. They handled both our lawn service and our pool service. They were literally the only home service I could ever count on to do a good job and to do what I needed them to do. Our pool was always crystal clean and our lawn was beautiful. Love love love.

Were contracted to maintain our pool thru our property management. As much as they acted like they wanted to help, I felt like we were not only ignored, but actually led to believe that so many things were our fault for the pool going green. We moved in in late March, but the problem started in April. I started documenting with photos in June. I have proof of emails back and forth of the issues with the property management about this and a possible pool leak. (we've been lucky enough to have been in the pool 5....I repeat 5 times since our move in) We were told that we had multiple leaks and that a leak detector/diver would come....we were home and no diver ever was there. In the beginning, we asked that they not smoke on the property due to my daughter having an allergy to it. We have security cameras and they were directly caught doing just that, so another note was left and after that visit, there was 3....3 cigarettes' butts found on our lanai - what a smack in the face. My daughter is in virtural school...so someone is always home and time and time again, we were told that the pool didn't get treated because the lanai door was locked....hello????? there is a doorbell!!! This last week was absolutely the last straw....they are NEVER allowed on this property again. I called and texted multiple times to get the pool treated and they refused to come out....saying the skimmer leak made no sense to treat the pool at this point till the $6000 estimate was approved. We had a 26 person pool/costume party planned for weeks for my 19yro daughter for this Saturday and again....no response...no answer. I called Sink or Swim Pool Service and their response was not only fast but professional. Incredible service. The owner cleaned our filter that had so much sludge in it that it looked like a years worth of gunch. Accell had let the pool go so long that even when the new pump was installed....there was no water movement whatsoever. He also fixed a leak from the filter housing that earlier that week I had sent to Accell with concerns, but the response from them was that they seen that before... you have to be kidding me - after Sink or Swim cleaned the disgusting filter and the gasket around the housing, there was NO LEAK. We have also been informed that the $6000 estimate for a skimmer leak is about twice as high as the norm. I've had it with this company and I'm willing to pay for a decent and professional company to treat our pool than to go thru 6 MONTHS of GREEN POOL. Horrible experience. Pool went green 3 times in less than 6 months. They haven't cut the bushes in forever and when I called them out on it... where no longer gonna service your property. GOOD LUCK!!!! Just a text, and it really left us in a horrible position. Of course they road us through the easy winter months and then when it came time to actually work.... they hosted us.

Was charged for a month of service but they never came that month. WE agreed I would pay half since they couldn't tell me if they came the month of December even though they were not on my camera's. The owner said that would be fine. I paid my half and asked when we could start service, they messaged back saying due to policy they will not resume service after they already received my money!! HORRIBLE COMPANY. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Their work isn't that great anyway.

What a fabulous company, run by wonderful people who truly care about the work that they do and about their customers. They make life easy by servicing both your lawn and pool at the same time, and it is much more economical that way too! Highly recommended!

You guys do an amazing job and I am so happy that after living in Cape Coral for 16 years I finally found a lawn service I can be proud of. Happy Holidays to all of you.
