We had a sprinkler system installed and sod replaced by Evergreen several years ago. The transformation was amazing! We went from having one of the worst lawns in our neighborhood to one that, when we are trying to describe to people we encounter on our walks where we live, they brighten up and say oh, the one with the beautiful lawn! People have even commented that they watched them during installation and they were so impressed with the quality and care they took in the work. Sean and Melissa have been a pleasure to work with: professional, knowledgeable, and (especially) patient! I tended to ask a million questions, both when I was trying to decide on a contractor as well as during and after the process. Both have gone the extra mile to make me comfortable with my initial decision and, just as important, in working with me since to keep things operating smoothly. Sean and his crew did an amazing job transforming our entire yard. He designed and built a retaining wall and patio by the canal as well as installing all new paver driveway! I had a significant drainage issue in the backyard. Also, after 20 years and a hurricane the whole yard was in a sorry state. Sean was able to address my drainage problem. And he also landscaped the whole yard and redid the irrigation and put in lighting. And all easily approved through my HOA. The place looks beautiful; pictures don t do it justice. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his company.

This companies customer service over the phone was absolutely amazing. She answered all my questions and concerns and actually gave me some great advice about what my issue may actually be. Expert design services. Gave budget on time for presentation and performed as promised. Reasonable in price, not cheapest but I have found you get what you pay for and we received great value for our money. We were kept up to date on delivery of plants and removal of old plants and shrubs. Were clean and respectful of the site and neighbors. Had one neighbor wanting to give input and handled that situation well. Employees were knowledgeable and professional in their work. Had an issue with a piece of uplighting and it was replaced without question. I would use them again.

My fiancé and I moved into our house a few months ago, and we wanted some privacy hedges put in our back yard. I met with a couple different landscaping companies before Sean came out, and I wasnt thrilled with their ideas. Most recommended clusias for privacy, but Sean recommended mast trees, which would give us privacy, but not box us in. Id never heard of them before, but they are beautiful! Sean and his team installed 14 of these trees, already 12 ft tall. They also installed some new sprinkler heads to make sure the trees would get enough water without impacting my yard, and they did a great job on that too. That very weekend a wind storm came through and actually blew two of the trees over. I gave Sean a call right away, and he came over that same day and made it right, no charge. A couple days later he called me and told me that there was a tropical storm developing and that it would likely be coming through in a few days. He said the trees would not likely be able to withstand the winds (Im not from Florida, so Ive never experienced a tropical storm and wasnt looking out for them since I thought hurricane season had passed), and he recommended that they be staked down to avoid any damage. Him and his team came over the next day, staked them down, and all is well. What I appreciate about Sean the most is that hes available, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He took the time and walked me through how to set up and use my irrigation system, and even to this day I can give him a call and ask a question about my trees, yard, or sprinkler system, and he takes the time to thoroughly explain things to me. If you need any landscaping or irrigation work done, Evergreen is the way to go! I know who Ill be going to in the future.

We built our home three years ago and were not happy with the Landscaping Company our Builder used. We let him go after a few months. After three years and several Landscaping Companys promising to improve our lawn there was NO improvement. It was NEVER grated or installed properly at the time of the built. We called Sean and he was promptly here to give us an estimate A fair and professional estimate. Sean was on site for 2 days killing our lawn to prep it for the installation. He arrived early and so did his workers they worked aggressively for 3 days. His workers were courteous, kind, professional and answered all our questions and did quality work. Sean was here two or three times a day to check on the work and to do the work himself. His wife Melissa took care of all the permitting. Not only was a sod improperly installed at built so was the irrigation system. Sean took care of that for us as well. Four of our neighbors have complimented and approach Sean for estimates and his beautiful quality work. We never thought our lawn would come back or look as good as it does. It looks beautiful! All of the rain was backing up on my lanai. It would come all the way up to my house. They came right away and gave me a reasonable estimate. Just a couple of days later they came and put in a new drainage system to divert the water from the lanai. Prompt, polite and did a great job cleaning up. I will be using them again for any future projects.

Sean and his crew were fantastic. I had rain water ponds in my yard and coming into my lanai. I was manually pumping and getting totally frustrated. I had interviewed 4 other companies and didn t feel that they understood the issues, nor had a solution. Evergreen presented an emergency plan to implement before Hurricane Irma came through and then an overall plan for going forward. The crew are hard workers, there are no holes in their day. They were respectful of our property and very polite. They left the property in much better condition than they found it. Their clean up was terrific. Evergreen has lots of experience, can handle drainage, hardscape, irrigation and landscaping. I already have them on my list for future paver work. They are my go to company and I highly recommend them.

I have tried calling, texting and filled out the consultation form on their website and nobody has responded. I m not sure if they are out of business or not.

I recently purchased a house in Cape Coral and was looking to redo the entire lawn, since it was brown, full of weeds and a hot mess. Evergreen was recommended to me by my neighbor and I made the call. Not only are Sean and Melissa the nicest people, they will work with you to make sure you are happy. They resodded my entire lawn and revamped my entire sprinkler system for a very reasonable price. I got quotes from another company that was much higher for the same work, so it was a no brainer to go with Evergreen. The workers were efficient and lawn was done in a very short period of time. I know that if I ever have any issues with it, they will stand behind their work and down here that seems to be a rare trait. I would use them again in the future if and when the need arises. VERY HAPPY WITH MY LAWN!!!!

We had a drainage issue where the water coming off our roof was backing up and flooding our lanai. Evergreen installed a 65 drain pipe that now takes the water back to our pond. When I called them they were on time and gave me an estimate the next day. The work was performed ahead of schedule and they didN t make a mess of my yard with all the digging. As far as price goes I would say they are very fair. They even came down a few bucks to work with my budget. In the future I would use them again for any drain or irrigation issues.

Evergreen Outdoor Services created a wonderful backyard, park like setting for us! What was once unusable space has know become a landscape dream which compliments our new patio area. Sean helped us choose the right trees and plants and created a lovely setting with color and texture. His crew was very efficient and hard working! When I moved into my house several years ago I developed in my mind a vision for how I wanted my back pool area to be landscaped. Evergreen listened to what my vision was, designed it and then installed it. Making my vision come true. In fact they upscaled my vision to another whole level. I have enjoyed many hours looking at my beautiful yard. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Evergreen to anybody looking to fix up their yard. I did some shopping around and met with a few different contractors and I have to say that Melissa set up an appointment quickly, Sean was out and listened to what we wanted to do with our yard, made some suggestions and worked with us to plan out a new beds and sod. Evergreen was responsive to emails, always professional, and maybe most important (at least down here) stuck to the schedule they laid out for us and were on time. We had our walkway torn out and redone with pavers, new beds, new sod, and fixed the irrigation heads. I also appreciated that this was a one stop shop for us and we didnt have to deal with multiple contractors to complete our yard. Sean was great about answering questions about the different plants, what would work, where it would work, and why. Again, I was worried about finding a reputable contractor down here and am super pleased with the quality of work, timeliness, personal attention I got from Evergreen. Give them a call if you need something done.

Shawn and crew installed new drainage and graded our backyard. It is such a relief for the back patio to no longer flood! They dd a great job. We first used Evergreen to fix and maintain our irrigation system and were very happy with the people and quality of the work performed. Based upon that great experience, we contracted Evergreen to design and redo our landscaping, including the addition of landscape lighting, extending drainage away from our house, adding curbing around planting beds, changing mulch to crimson stone and replacing many plants and trees. They did an amazing job with everything! The quality of the work performed was again excellent, and they stood behind their work, replacing a couple of plants that didnt take. Weve been asked by many of our neighbors who did our landscaping work and I proudly tell them Evergreen and refer them to Sean and Melissa!

The name of the company creates a wrong impression; Evergreen leads you to think at a ever green lawn. That is the way it should be but it is totally wrong! The better choice is thinking at something else green and the better name of this company should be EVERDOLLARS!!! In order to get a job they give you a very fair price but be careful with the very next jobs. I had this: at second job a crew of two guys effectively took a cruise to our address and did nothing. Two days later the second two man crew came. They worked less than two hours and changed two sprinklers( took no more than five minutes) and changed some pipes at a distribution valve. The labor charge was $125 and $135, for a total of $260. I know that one work hour is $65(industry standard) and I get to conclusion that $125 I have paid for the cruise of the first two. Think at that before you hire this people!

We had some drainage improvements done along with installation of new pavers. A good job was done and I am happy with the results. I would recommend.

I had a whole system installed in March 2015. They did a great job. In December we had a line break at the box which, upon closer examination, was caused by the mowers hitting and moving the box. Evergreen came and fixed fast and did not charge.

Great timely service, answered all of my questions, will continue to call them any time my sprinkler system is malfunctioning!
