At least 5 times they didn’t come when scheduled. Literally “I’ll be there tonight”. No call no show. Specific details were discussed to be done, and they did the complete opposite. Finally after everything was said and done, it was a complete horrible job. Joy and her company will be the last company I ever call again to have work done.
