I had the pleasure of working with Jay from Allstate Landscape Services, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. They built a slumpstone wall, a planter, and did some concrete work for me. The quality of the work was excellent, and Jay was always responsive and reasonable throughout the process. I highly recommend their services!

We had our backyard renovated by Allstate Landscaping and we were pleased with the finished project. An old pergola was torn down and replaced with a covered patio. Our lawn was replaced with turf and a putting green. We also had a gas bbq built. The yard was also beautified with rose bushes, a new tree, plants and walkway lights. We ran into a small issue with our permit process but Allstate Landscaping handled it. This renovation has given us such a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy all year round. I just want to add that Courtney, in the office is friendly and professional. She worked with us to set up dates, payments, and made sure things moved smoothly. The crew was very attentive and always was friendly and would listen to our concerns. Thank you to Jay, the crew and Courtney for their attention on this project.

Two years ago Allstate installed my putting green. This was something I have wanted to have for a while. Jay came out and designed it to exactly what I wanted. It ended up turning out great! When I wanted another area of my backyard to be covered with artificial turf I only called Allstate to have them install it. The turf I wanted matched the grass around my putting green so it looks like I did both projects at the same time! It goes without saying that it was also done great! They also installed it much quicker than they proposed which was a plus as well. I would recommend Allstate for any backyard project. Jay and his team were extremely professional and knowledgeable during the entire process and were very easy to work with.

Allstate Landscape Services did an excellent job replaced our grass field with a perfectly contoured putting green with the Golden Bear Putting Green turf. The field is prepped with gopher wire, followed by a layer of top soil, then decomposed granite, the custom pad and then the turf. The turf is covered with 4 lbs per sq ft of silver sand and green sand. The team of Salvador, Porfilio and Luis did an excellent job in preparing the field, create the contour as agreed and laying the turf. Jay, the owner, came and validate the contour of the turf, and Miguel, the supervisor came and validate the smoothness of the turf. I highly recommend the Allstate Landscape Services team if you are ready to build a backyard putting green. The pictures showed the different steps from start to end of project.

I was so happy with the job that Jay did in my backyard in 2006 that I didn’t hesitate calling him again in 2023 for my front yard. His choice of drought resistant plants are beautiful. His crew also installed ground cover on my hillside. The work was done, timely, and professionally. I would recommend Allstate landscaping to anyone looking for competitive, quality landscaping.

We found the most amazing landscaping company, Allstate Landscape Services! Our backyard needed a “scape lift”. Jay came out and we pitched ideas. He gave us his suggestions and we now have our forever backyard. Allstate removed our old crushed granite and replaced it with concrete. Our hillside was all dirt and had washed away during the recent rain. Jay’s crew retrofitted our existing irrigation system with new water lines and better drainage. It is now covered in decorative gravel. They also suggested a Crape Myrtle in the corner of our yard, which will give us a bit of color. Allstate’s crew was punctual, courteous and very professional. We highly recommend Allstate Landscape Services.

We did a project around a pool over the existing concrete slab and also over a wood deck. Allstate helped design and instal the synthetic lawn over a plastic underlayment to allow for better drainage and to flush out with the pool tile coping. They did an amazing Job and the finish is beautiful. We would definitely recommend.
