Joel is great. Punctual, communicates clearly on things he recommends, helps with introductions to other contractors if there’s a need (he aided me to get my palm trees trimmed and also helped connect me for some small paint jobs). He takes super care of the yard with a good eye for things that need attention. Great service and super guy. Highly recommend!

The owner of the company has been professional and very responsive. Initially when setting up lawn care services, he was out within 24 hours to do an assessment. The many services offered are affordable, and the owner is willing to work with you to ensure your lawn care needs are met. In addition, there is excellent customer service! It's been fantastic working with this company, and would recommend them & their services to anyone requiring them.

After Hurricane Sally, my previous lawn company stopped answering my texts/calls. I was referred to Joel through a friend and he answered right away and was able to come out within a few days. He and his crew came to work the day after I received his (reasonable) quote. My front and backyard are transformed! They cleaned up the hurricane debris, trimmed all the trees, and even laid new pine straw out front. I am thrilled with the results, responsiveness, and professionalism of Joel and his team.

Joel did a great job taking care of our lawn maintenance, he also gave helpful tips and advise. My neighbor saw him working at our home, and inquired about service for her home. The same day, Joel completed her request as well, and she was very satisfied. We will request service from Fain Property Maintenance again.
