Steven and his team were very professional and helpful with getting our sprinkler system installed. Very helpful with helping to get it all figured out and even came to show us how to keep the pipes from freezing on a Sunday afternoon. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a landscaping job well done!

Let me start out saying this company is top notch. They came out and did a fantastic job and were very reasonably priced. I am beyond satisfied and my new lawn looks spectacular. I highly recommend them if you want a professional job done by a great team of landscapers.
I had called Bates Lawn Care & Landscape to get a quote on grading my backyard and sodding my entire property. The gentleman came out and was polite and professional and was also the person that would be my main point of contact for everything else going forward. From that day on until the job was finished, communication was never an issue, always answered my phone calls and texts or promptly got back with me. During sod installation he would periodically ask me to check and see how the progress was going and to ensure that my water sprinklers were able to do it's job. In the event they accidentally break the water sprinklers (they did break one at some point and replaced it) they ensured me they would repair/replace the sprinklers. Once the job was done, the sod looked amazing. In conclusion, your money will be well worth it when getting your yard work done with Bates Lawn Care & Landscape.

10/10 will recommend to everybody. My husband and I had a mess of a backyard after having sod laid last year, the last company we used rushed and did not take time to actually prep the ground for anything leaving our yard a mess within months of having the new sod. We called Steven and he hopped right on getting us a a very reasonable quote and started quickly. Him and his helper took their time prepping, and doing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Steven kept us informed of everything through the whole process as well, top notch customer service. We will be using them again for any lawn care or landscaping in the future.

Steven and his crew did an amazing job on our yard. They had a very difficult task of removing 30 year old landscaping and replacing and redesigning a much better layout. They arrived at my home everyday at the time that they should and always with a positive attitude. My neighbors also commented on how polite and professional they were. It was a pleasure to have them work on our Lawn. We now can sit and enjoy their hard work. I recommend them to anyone no matter how large or small of a job.
Steve and crew are awesome they installed some new sod for me and trimmed my shrubs. I liked them so much I asked them to do my yard maintenance. I will post photos as the sod takes.
The young men all worked very hard and did a wonderful job . I only needed a few feet of sod but they were quick and efficient. The price was very reasonable and a job well done!!

Steven his crew were professionals, customer service was excellent, Steve and his crew went beyond call of duty, had a pipe that was broken they stayed and fixed it, next day something else happened to my irrigation system they went beyond in call of duty, had a handyman come over thats associated with Steve. All in all and one word is great. If they had a more than a five I would give them a 10 Great service

Steve Bates is a find young Christian man with the best landscaping company in Northwest Florida! I wish I could give him six stars above if I could! He and his worker, Ethan, came to our home today and removed the largest oak tree in our backyard. I was amazed at his excellent work ethic and his delivery with a smile! Our huge backyard was totally covered with leaves dropped from nine large trees throughout the entire Winter. There was no possible way my wife and I could have taken care of this issue smothering our entire huge backyard lawn buried in these leaves. He and Ethan blew all the leaves over in an area which took up about a fifth of the area of our yard. Steve and Ethan filled thirty five of the largest leaf bags on the market. The bags were so full and heavy all of them where moved using a bobcat machine from the backyard to a huge dump truck which was also used to hold all of the limbs and trunk of the tree. All of this work required three trips to the Milton dump for disposal. Words cant describe what I witnessed being accomplished in 6 to 7 hours in our yard today. Steve absolutely guarantees total customer satisfaction and goes way above the call of duty. If youre needing any landscaping or yard work done at your home, make sure you call Steve Bates Landscaping first!
