Erin and Ralph are always there to help and over the last few years have learned, part numbers how to diagnose most issues, and are always friendly. They are there to help and what they dont know, they arent afraid to ask about. Im usually in and out with the parts I need, very rarely have to order anything because of their stock. Ive bought well over 100k in parts and equipment In the last 10 years from Wayne lawn. Yes, even when they were on Wayne rd and I delt with Jenni.

Had my push mower serviced for a tune up and fixing my self propel. First cut after, the mower went thru the first cut of the year on mulch, my normal height with no stalls on my very thick lawn. Last year I would stall all of the time, even running a bag. Great improvement and definitely recommend their service!

I first came to the store, six years ago to buy a chainsaw. The elderly man who sells the equipment was so friendly and told me exactly the product that would benefit me Let me tell you my chainsaw is fantastic. Then I started going back to the store for parts for my lawn tractor snowblower, and other power equipment I have. Each and every time I go there I m greeted and treated with respect. I dropped my lawn tractor off for repair, the people that were helping me couldn t be nicer. They were smiling and kidding around and just the best atmosphere. This place is awesome.

If you must go to a physical store to get parts, Waynes is OK. They may have the part, they may not, they may not be able to find it. You can order a part, they might call you when it comes in. When you go to pick it up, they may not find it. One sure thing, the place is dirty, not well kept, and if your not one of the regulars, you wait, and wait and ....

I can always count on Wayne Lawn to have or get anything I need, even for the older machines.

My wife and I took our riding Husqvarna mower there to get a mower deck belt replaced along with a deck wheel. While it was there we had them service it with an oil change and sharpened our blades while it there. We were told it could take two to three weeks we had it back within a week. Great customer service and very friendly. Will recommend everybody to come here for their service needs. Thanks again! Bruce and Diane

We absolutely love Wayne Lawn & Garden. They have a variety of everything you need. It s a one stop shop. They re very understanding the work with you in anyway they can and they make you feel like family we wouldn t shop anywhere else.

Our zero turn lawn mower was brought in for service. One of the techs installed a belt incorrectly (twisted to be exact) according to the employee who called to inform us that our mower was ready to be picked up! This mistake in turn caused damage to the spindle. The service manager offered 10% off of a new spindle, plus labor! Customers beware .this company wants customers to pay for any mistakes/damage caused by their service techs!

So far so good. Ralph took care of everything. Price ended up being decent and now it s time to go cut grass. I ll definitely refer anyone to come down here to get their equipment worked on.

I m a single lady with 3 kids & need help with my lawn.. if anyone knows someone else to use in the canton area, please let me know. 0/10 service, don t use it in canton area.

Used them before with no issues. Just recently had them pick up my zero turn only to find out it will be four to six weeks before they even look at it. No one told me this when I arranged the $100 pick up fee.

Rude, inconsiderate, impatient, nasty people. The old bat that running the place looks like she down approx 900 cigarettes a day and smells like it also. The owners have zero desire to help anyone that may need even a fraction of help. Products there are completely overpriced. I have had more than one bad experience with this place, but held off from sending out a negative review until today when I had no choice but to make a stop in there which of course was again a waste of my time. Needless to say, it ll never happen again.

Charged me 400 dollars for over 3 months of waiting and a replaced electrical harness which is no more than 100 dollars worth of parts. Also I told them in advance that I had bought a brand new battery and not to replace my battery but they also charged me for that as well. Very unprofessional and rude service. Didn t tell me the price before hand and up charged me.

I purchased my first Stihl blower, my first Gravely zero turn and my first Snowblower from Wayne Lawn and garden. I have now purchased my 4th Gravely zero turn and other equipment from Wayne Lawn. I had MANY questions when I started my business, Dennis Senior and Dennis Jr helped me with my questions, concerns and their knowledge. I have had a couple of emergency repairs over the years and have always been accommodated. You would never get that level of service from a big box store ! A small business that I feel spend it s time supporting other small businesses. I can t thank this place enough from helping our company with equipment and services to taken care of my in-laws and my self a true thumbs up to this place.

I took my mower in to get the pull string fixed. I was told it would cost 90 dollars. Great. Gave them a 50 dollar deposit and was told 40 dollars is all is needed when you pick it up. A few days later I get a call saying my mower is fixed and it is 180 dollars. I asked, why the price go up. He said because additional services were completed. I explained that I didnt authorize any additional repairs. When I got to the store I told to the rep what happened. He explained they didnt even charge me for anything additional. That is great, but that doesnt explan the change in price, dramatic change at that. If I am not being charged for additional repair than what am I being charged for. He couldnt explan the increase. Maybe a miss communication between coworkers, but that shouldnt be put on the the customer. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldnt go back as a result.

Ralph helps me and guide me on lawnmober and snow blower that i bring to get fixed. He is very knowledgeable and know what he is doing. Will definitely goes back and recommend these folks.

Doing business with them for over 30 years took my zero turn in to have it worked on today and was told if it wasnt something to do with snow blowing or removal or I didnt have a commercial account they would not see it or work on it now then to tell me delete my name and phone number and they would charge me to come pick it up and take and look at it when I had it sitting right in front of them then will not be back no more thats the way you do customers thats been doing business with you for so long I dont need that no more thank you

If I could give less than zero stars I would!! They fixed my less than 1yr Toro Blower WITHOUT EVEN SPEAKING TO ME!! CLAIM THAT WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF WE SAID IT WAS THE BELT(WHICH IS WAS) but I did not find out until AFTER they fixed it. They never contacted me except to tell me it was ready! When I questioned their practice/protocol they said we didnt ask them to call and since we said it was the belt it was treated as a repair. Smdh..NEVER AGAIN

Worst most unprofessional company my family and I have EVER dealt with! Took our lawn mower to be fixed a year ago. After countless times of calling and wondering when it will be dropped off after they picked it up we find out we will have to now figure it out ourselves because they don t have drivers. We dropped this mower off a year ago and had to pay for a lawn service, now we will have to pay for a Uhaul to get our mower back. I understand the staffing shortages but that excuse can only go on for so long. All of this time and extra expense. It does not take a year to fix a mower staffing shortage or not! Also I am sure you will reply back rudely like you do with every other person who leaves a bad review which is unsurprising from a company who lacks customer service skills and class like yours does.

Place is the best came in at 330 to just drop my chainsaw off because couldnt get the blade to stay on . Figured Id have to wait a wk or 2 to get it back. They opened it up to look at it realized I had a damage blade , grabbed one of new ones I had showed me how to get it on and sent me on my way 20 mins later. Talk about service.

worst customer service. went in and waited an hour to buy a blower and no one would even talk to me. they also told me a price over the phone and when I walked in they added 60$. when I told them they didnt admit to it but took only 20 off.. very dishonest

Im a master auto technician to start. They said it would be 2 weeks before they can look at my Lt2000 for a stalling issue. They tried to do what we call throw parts at & after that didnt work or in my case parts not available. This was over 5 weeks of 0 communication. I pick it up & its disassembled, battery missing & key. They assumed it will be tossed. The battery was bought the day I brought it up there & they said it was bad. So they gave me some junk battery. No key either, so they gave me some off brand key. They treated me like asking for the stuff I paid for rightfully mine, I was wrong & bothering them. Now yes they do have a sign that said it would be returned as is. The problem is it was running & they practically totaled it out by disassembling it & missing hardware & wires. Give the customer the verbal warning aswell so they can be aware of this. Most ppl who use this service are not aware of that or understand what parts are missing. The service department needs a better system of organization. Just charge accordingly to give it back the why you received it. Instead of something that use to resemble what it once was. Once they feel the cash cow is dead they truly dont care about you. Your tech said, we tried tossing a new ignition switch & that didnt fix it. Thats tossing parts. The battery was brand new & it ran when I dropped it off, the engine is new, idc about the price, if I cared I would have fixed it myself. They couldnt explain why it needed a new harness. It was deemed a no fix simply because your staff couldnt fix it. If you brought your car in for service & I couldnt fix it so I gave it back to you in a million pieces, battery missing, your keys missing etc & say... well your car is old & they discontinued the parts, I would be seeing your lawyer. Instead of taking in the criticism that is just, you would rather double down. The thing is, I was willing to pay or buy whatever because my other equipment was just stolen. I have my own shop & real estate... I wasnt short on money but yall definitely talked yall self right out that.

They always have the party s you need, but they are not the cheapest in town.

In response to your concerns, perhaps you need to discuss what, or how your services/packages are offered with your team member(s), as NONE of what youve mentioned was explained/or offered. I was told that my purchase was THE LAST ONE; No other explanations were giving EXCEPT how to start, reverse, fold & store. (Which was not needed, but appreciated) With that being said ( If you were in my shoes, what would you think?). As I stated before, I made no fuss because 1.The gentlemen was older , 2.There was no point in calling if my situation appeared/seemed to be a misleading or dishonest transaction.

Wayne Lawn and Garden took great care of me. I recently had some warranty work done on my Echo chainsaw and they took care of it in a timely fashion. So i bought a new Stihl weed whip from them. I was in search of a new trimmer I have 5 lawns I cut 1 is an over an acre lots of trimming the other over a half acre lots of trimming . My Ryobi trimmer the heads kept breaking. Jenna help me decide on a new Stihl FS 91 R she was very helpful I didnt want another 1 season wonder , I could have went many other places Im glad I went with a locally owned business.

I have been going here for years. I have sent several customers here to purchase lawnmowers and other equipment from here. The owner is awesome and most of the workers in the front and the repair guys are great. BUT that Jenna lady (parts manager) is terrible, with a nasty attitude. The way she talked to me today was so disrespectful!!!! She wouldn t even listen to what I had to say. She said I didn t purchase the blade I had at their store. They don t sell that type of blade. I went and talked to the owner and he agreed, that he sold me the blade I had in my hand. He showed me the same blade on their rack and he sold me the wrong blade. All she had to do is stop and listen to what I had to say.

Friendly, always helpful, knowledgable, they repair and/or sell parts. Easy drop off and pickup, quick and helpful. Special orders for items related but not in stock. Worth the slightly farther drive from my area. Repairs and parts on all makes and models, as far as I can tell.

Stopped in after the big November storm, they stayed open later than normal Im assuming to meet the demand. Salespeople were a big help and had me out the door with my first brand new snowblower ever in less than 20 minutes. On top of great service I enjoyed the pride of shopping local verses a big chain store.

That definitely wasnt the case on that visit, you had a new employee that asked for help right away. I didnt leave the store until the 2nd time and after approximately 15 minutes total of no help and being the only person in the store. I tried to just delete this review it wouldnt let me, being a business owner myself I feel for the fact others impact your business and reputation which is why I have revised this and removed the reviews i could.

Love my new Scag 61, 31 Kawasaki engine. All the staff were so helpful and patient with the purchase. Junior was awesome with custom fitting a new seat !!! Called to see if they had a oil drain hose for a older Dixie Chopper gave them the part number and was told the part wasn t made any longer but they had after market ones so I drove forty five minutes there then was told they didn t have those. Won t be getting my parts there anymore

What an amazing experience. The tire on my wagon went flat and needed to be repaired immediately. I took it here and they were so helpful and set time aside to fix it immediately. I would 100% recommend going here and I will be returning myself with more business.

Wayne Lawn & Garden are absolutely great. My husband and I had a weed wacker/trimmer the housing broke and the internal parts fused together. We went to a number of Harware Stores and no one could or would help us. In the end, we went to Wayne Lawn & Garden and they assisted us right away and solved the problem. Great Company, the gentleman that helped us, said he had his Wheaties today. Kudos!!!! We are truly grateful....

Purchased a Stihl trimmer very friendly sales person and knowledgeable did not try to sell me something I didn t need. I have to update this to a 1 Star I did buy the trimmer then took it home it was missing part to install the handle. I then found out that the promotion that I was told was over would be honored by another Stihl dealer. Then the salesman asked if I promised to not buy anything there again and I will gladly keep that promise.

the thing is when I went there first time ever going I noticed the cashier behind didnt have a mask on or the guy that was he was helping he didnt have one on. There was no distancing inside the building. and the price was high just to have them just check out the lawn mower for something really simple if I had the tools I do it myself. The guy that assisted me was nice.the thing is $30 to hold your item and then $90 an hour for repairs to work on it. Thats too steep of a price.

Great experience. I called looking for a generator and they told me they were having an event that day with reps from multiple companies there and that if I could come that day it would help me. I ended up going in right away and talked to someone very knowledgeable there as well as a rep from Echo. I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for in 15 minutes. Great staff, great selection, and because of the event I even got free pizza!
