I have been a Lush Lawn customer for several years and have had consistently excellent service and results each season. The customer service I have received thru these years has also been very good. All my questions have been answered and I always appreciated their attitude of customer satisfaction. Their technicians are very nice and conscientious. I appreciate all who have attended to my yard setvices. Lush Lawn has been a true blessing!

Initially our grass looked great. As months passed the grass began to look very brown even though it received ample water consistently. To cure the problem we had to pay over $200 for a fungus treatment that NEVER resolved our issue and instead the brown areas spread and got worse. We expressed our dissatisfaction with spending extra money with no results. We are very unhappy with wasting money for 7 treatments plus an extra $200 for fungus and our grass looks awful. Using them for our lawn treatments was a financial loss for us, and our lawn now looks worse than when they began treatments.

Showed up when they said they would and emailed a clear explanation of what wok was done.

The service I received this year was not great. There were times when I would not be notified that anybody was coming. On three different occasions, I received a text saying they could not service my home because I had an invisible fence that was not marked. I do not have an invisible fence, I do not have a dog, and this is the fourth year they ve serviced my house and they should have that in their files. I signed up for mole, extractions, and once again I didn t receive any notification when they were coming, but I did receive a text telling me they could not service my lawn because I did not have my electric fence marked. This was the last service they were due to perform for the year, and this happened after complaining three times about all the scheduling issues and the electric fence issue.

Lush Lawn has been nothing but professional in the two years Ive used them. My salesman, Jerry, is the best. Every Tech that has come out has been courteous and friendly. I recommend them highly !

My lawn service was sold to Lush Lawn. I was upset at first because my previous service was very good. However, Lush Lawn service have proven to be even better. They let you know when they are coming before they come and the customer service is very pleasant and willing to work with you. I will definitely recommend this service to others in my area

They communicate well about upcoming visits and they are flexible to reschedule if needed. The cost for their basic fertilizer service is competitive. I can t speak to the cost of add ons like grub control and other extras.

I have been a customer of Lush Lawn for several years now and am very satisfied. Each year my lawn has improved greatly, the type of grass that I now have is greener and healthier. Anytime Ive had a problem or question, they have responed very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

The first year they did a great job. This year they have fallen off, quite a bit. They burned my lawn. They did respond immediately by coming out to repair those spots. The front was fine. The repairs in the back didnt take. I have been over taken by weeds. I paid for extra insect treatment and still got grubs, after they told me I had a lawn disease. These folks are nice people who try hard, I guess. I have to think long and hard about giving them another year.

This company aerated my lawn, and overseeded it. This was the first time Ive used them. They showed up when they said they would, and the technician did a good job, although he did not get as close to the edge of the lawn as I would have liked. Otherwise, I was happy with the job.

I have them for 2 of my houses and they are great. We the gentlemen first came out he introduced himself and asked me if I had any special requests on my property. He listened and did as I requested. They send a email and text a day or two before they come. This is great because it gives me time to cut my lawn before they come. We were diligent and patient, and today we have a beautiful, thick, green lawn! My husband worked on our lawn for many years with little progress. We trusted Lush Lawn and they delivered what they promised! Would highly recommend!

Very good customer service. I had my first application 2 weeks ago. Grass is already thickening up. I had an issue and they were all over it. That what customer service is all about. Highly recommend them!

Used them a few years back and was unhappy with them not calling before 2nd grub treatment application (i wasn t there to unlock my gate for the backyard portion I had paid for.) They played back a recording of me authorizing it months before so I let it go (I assumed that they would call first but they did not.) As I was dissatisfied over this, I decided never to use them again. They have called me no less than 6 times in the two years (twice in 2 days) and I have repeatedly and politely asked them to remove me from their call list as I would never again use their services. they have recently started calling and I m no longer polite. I m considering legal action against them for harassment. 0/10 would never use for any reason.

Ok I subbed this company out to do a customer of mine and they claim their gps says they were there and by looking at the lawn they obviously were not or did a really bad job if they were, I called them and told them and they didn t do anything about it and sent a bill and will be going to court to fight it out there. Also I hired them to do my personal lawn which they actually killed the whole lawn, so I called them about how they killed the lawn and said they would come Look at it, weeks later Kevin came out and looked and weeks later he finally sent an email basically saying they weren t going to do anything about that either. STAY away from this company they say they do the work and do not do it or they will kill your whole lawn. Their salesman Alex was great though. He kept trying to help but couldn t because their managers are bad.

They are not worth the price!

I have been promised three times that someone would be out to aerate my lawn. I prepaid for the service, too. No one calls when they do not show up. I tried calling today and no one answers the phone. I called yesterday and she told me he would be at my house before 5pm. No one showed up. Again. Do not recommend using this place. American Express can deal with these people now cause I cannot recommend using them.

So our yard was so horrible. We had another service and it was a waste due to the type of grass we had. But Lush Lawn knocked it out of the park! We had two big holes that we tried so hard to fill in and get grass to grow with no luck! Until Lush Lawn got a hold of it. Today we are down to one spot but the quality and texture of our grass is so wonderful!! I would recommend Lush Lawn over any other!

We have them take care of a tree that ran into some issues a couple of years ago. Their treatments are expensive, but the results have been really good. We will continue to use them.

Lush Lawn have turned a couple of our trees around! The weeping crabs and Oak are fungus free. I am very happy with the services provided.

Up until recently we haven t had any major issues. This month they hit our mailbox while aerating. They didn t even leave us a note letting us know. Came home to a leaning mailbox. When inspecting we discovered the mailbox pole was broke all the way thru. We contacted Lush Lawn right away. The person who called is back didn t seem to believe us but said he would send someone out the next day. We have ring video of what happened. The person that was out the next day said they were busy and couldn t get to it til the following week. So I can t get my mail?? We told him to just go get the pole and we would install it! Mailbox was hit this past Wednesday and I m still waiting for a pole(it currently Saturday). Huge inconvenience. Not real happy with this incident.

I actually thought i would have a rep. Come out and evaluate my needs. Never seen or talked too any one after i signed on. Yard still looked ok, probably the same as the last several lawn fertilizer companys nothing special.

You didnt show up on the date promised in your email or the day after. I didnt get any information as to why or when you would show up. When I called, your rep said I would be rescheduled instead of being first to be serviced since it is now 4 days after promised date. Aeration not yet performed, so I cant answer the last question of the survey.

Difficult to get advice regarding leaf curl infection on pear tree that can spread to magnolia.

Lush Lawn was receptive when I had concerns about the color of my lawn and suggested a different more expensive natural treatment formula and worked with me to keep the price the same.

Showed up at my house four times to perform aeration. Each time they did not have the right size aerator. On the third time they showed up they opened my gate and left it open. Subsequently my dog got out of the backyard. I will not be attempting to hire this company again.

I contacted Aaron and set to have them aerate my lawn. He set the appointment and put notes in the system because I have dogs that need to be put up for my service then the day of service they never showed up ,claimed a tech came out and my gate was locked which I told them it would be they needed to call on their way no one ever knocked on my door or called me . (which no one EVER came out ) after I stayed home all day .Amanda text me at 8 am the next day and claimed they put me at the top of the list for the day half hour later she text me and told me that it would not be today that it would be within the next couple of days before someone can get out to my residence. this is very unprofessional and I asked them to remove me from their computer.

We had the service for about 5 years. Ended the service 3 or 4 years ago. While having the service the technician many times would show up during the week and had to be told not to spray because we had a child care in our home. Weekends only. LL did over seeding, like so many of us that have flowers or gardens around our house the tech would over seed the flowers/ gardens. After canceling the service we have notified the wildlife has returned to our yard. The sales team and manager does not understand DO NOT CALL!!! Many times we have told them DO NOT CALL , they continue. I called them and told them DO NOT CALL. The sales manager called me back. What is it that a sales manager does not understand. DO NOT CALL!!!

This company is terrible. They applied the wrong chemical to my lawn all year, even after repeated requests for service calls and to rectify the issue. Once they admitted they had been using wrong chemical they still would not come back with the correct treatment unless I paid double. Do not use this company!

Great work and very professional techs.

DO NOT hire this company for your lawn care needs. They came to my house and proceeded to aerate my lawn WITHOUT my permission. I did not purchase this service after I received a cold call from them, but they arrived at my house regardless. I was not home at the time to tell them I did not agree to this service. They inevitably punctured my sprinkler line and refused to fix it. Poor customer service and poor management.

Lush Lawn techs are proficient and professional. Two monthly treatments and I can already see the difference! :-) Im having them come back next month to treat the grub worms (bald spots) in my lawn.

Jay from the sales staff was to call me September 12th-15th to set up a face to face in home meeting to go over some of his suggestions and concerns of mine. Today is the 18th and l am still waiting for the call. I am out of town until September 24th, better yet l ll call him. You folks have been very responsive til now.

This will be my second year using this service for grass and tree/ bush fertilizer, weed control. My yard looked so nice. Lush lawn arrives in a timely manner and goes over the lawn throughout. Great job. Reasonable price.

Service has been excellent and professional. We have had Lush Lawn service for a few years. Sales team has been responsive and good for prepayments. While a service technician was visiting for a tree service, he made note of grubs and had service sent to address the issue.

I used - and liked - another service for a few years, but the office operations always seemed clueless & invoices were a mystery. With LushLawn, our yard has never looked better, services are applied when scheduled on the times promised. We re so pleased, we subscribed to their Defender program.

So far, so good. Trying Lush Lawn this year after using Tru-Green last year. The lawn looks good at this point, but the real test will be later when the nutsedge and a few other later summer weeds tend to show up. The work so far has been on time with at least a days notice when theyre coming out. Liked the fact that they had one extra application of fertilizer and weed control during the season.

After 2 applications my lawn Ive lawn bloomed with weed flowers flowers I called and they had someone out the very next day.. My lawn is beautiful Thank you for your quick response.

What service they provided was fine, but I called twice to have someone come out and look at lawn and twice the manager said hed be out and never showed. Apparently the manager only cares about services paid for.

I would recommend Lush Lawn to anyone who wants there lawn to look spectacular. They let you know when they will service your lawn. They even give you a summary on the service they provided. I say try them.

I tried Lush Lawn for 2022, however, my lawn was one of the worst lawns on the block for the entire spring and summer. It was absolutely embarrassing to see a lawn full of crab grass, at times dandelions and other weeds, while yet having and paying for a weed control service. Im not one who normally leaves negative online comments as Im an optimistic, easy going person, but honestly I feel that I received such a poor product/service that it warrants this review. I was very dissatisfied with this service and cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone.

I used this service for the 1st time this year and it did not meet my expectations at all. I have had others in the last that were pretty pricey so I went with the less expensive choice and boy oh boy did I get exactly what I paid for. My lawn looked worst than it ever has since I had the lawn laid. I will never use them again. Weeds weeds weeds. My lawn was never weed free the entire season. I took these pictures today with the intention of sending them to the company as I noticed this today walking from the mailbox. But then I saw a survey in my E mail so here ya go. Very sad.

This was my first experience with this company. This is also the first time I ve ever had such heavy weeds in my lawn. I made the mistake of paying for the full season up front for a minor discount. I also made an early mistake of service referrals. Myself and my two referrals were very disappointed with this company. I m so sorry that their mailer was dropped in my mailbox. The product used on my lawn and others may as well have been gasoline! I feel that our many calls to complain about the lawns with photos sent were a waste of time. I have more weeds now than when I was taking care of my lawn.

I only needed weed control and was able to prepay for the whole season of weed control only at a reasonable rate. All the other companies wanted to sell me season packages with other services I did not need at a much higher price. They also provide hard copy and email receipts for services rendered which helps with my record keeping.

It was quick and easy to sign up. I initially signed up for another national lawn care service for weed control and had a bad experience with them keeping their scheduled appointments. I contacted lush lawn the registration was easy and great customer service. They keep their appointment and I have started to notice positive improvements in my lawn in the last month.

Very good product, 3 years of true green lawn looked mediocre at best. After 1st season with lush lawn yard never looked better! Fuller and greener then ever! Fair price in comparison to costs of Scotts products when you chose to do it yourself.

When we bought our home, our lawn was completely overgrown with dandelions and weeds. In the 2 years since we started using Lush Lawn, our yard has completely transformed. We no longer have dandelion/weed issues and our grass is much fuller and greener. In addition, the staff at Lush Lawn is a pleasure to work with and the customer service is excellent. I ve used different companies for weed control in the past. This season I tried Lush Lawn, and by far the worst season I had with weeds , not sure about there products. Will likely not renew the service for next season

I had grubs really bad and patches of grass were missing. I called Lush Lawn and my grass is alive again. They have stayed in touch with me. If fungus is growing they have called immediately to address it. Im very happy with the service.

I like that they use a slow release grandular product and not the liquid spray. My lawn has looked great and no weeds. Very reliable service with reminders before they arrive.

Used Lush lawn for a out 5 years. They do a fair job bet not outstanding. I have lots of ground Ivy they say they can control but havent done so yet. They come back when I. Call but I am not satisfied with this issue. If they could handle this I would give a better rateing

Do yourself a favor and don t use them. I paid them all summer and my lawn has never looked so bad! Weeds everywhere! I ve been in my home 30 years and it has never looked this bad with so many weeds. Grubs also. I am on a quarter acre. Their employee came out and did 2 swipes around my yard in the rain. They tried to bill me over 130.00 for that application. I was home watching the whole thing. I sent pictures of the weeds and bare spots in my yard, so they forgave the bill. I sent pictures to them in July. They sent someone out but nothing was done. I have spent hundreds on my own, in addition to paying them all summer. I want a refund for the whole summer! My yard is trashed!!

I called in September 2021 and was supposed to get aeration and overseed service for my front and back yard. I was told that I was going to receive a call back to schedule a date an time for the service. I received an invoice via email the same day, but never did I receive a call to schedule the appointment. Two weeks went by with no call so I called to follow up. I was to be patient, that they were having problems with being understaffed, and was promised another call. Another week went by with no call. So I called again and was promised yet another call. No call. It is now November 2021 and I called to have my invoice canceled. I missed the time frame for the aeration and overseed and now have to wait a year to start the process of fixing my lawn. I couldve went thru another company and had it done on time. I was holding on because the price was reasonable. Lesson learned. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend this company. I dont want this to happen to anyone else. I hope my review helps prevent that.

I would not recommend this company to do anyones lawn. They did my neighbors lawn across the street numerous times ,instead of mine .My address is clearly displayed on the curb in front of my house .and did this at least 5 times in the period I was with them.and then refused to refund my money. Go with another company.

Lush lawn has done an exceptional job with treating our grass. It has never looked better. The cost is not really too much more than buying the chemicals and applying them myself.

The service was terrible. They burned and killed my grass with to much chemical. Spent all summer trying to get them to make me whole. My gathering was cancelled because my grass looked like hay. My water bill went up from watering a small front yard. I got more weeds and hay for grass. Management is not concern about the problem only excuses it was not their fault. Not concern there is a video of the before and after effects. It still the customers fault. They threw down some grass seeds on top of hay now summer season is over. They took all my advance payments. If I wanted to kill my grass, I didnt need to pay for them to kill it. I could have done it myself.

This is my first year with Lush Lawn and, so far, they have been applying weed control, sod web worm control and fertilizer. My lawn is darker green and has far less weeds them many of my neighbors. The real test will come next spring after they have aerated and over seeded the lawn this fall. I am looking forward to seeing the brown patches disappear!

We have used Lush Lawn for two years and our yard looks good except for the large areas where they spilled fertilizer and have burned out the grass. Customer service has been lousy responding to our complaints with promises of calls and visits which never happen. They tried a simple over seeding but that was not enough to counteract the amount of fertilizer. I will be switching to a new service for next year.

The team was great to work with. Every service person that came to my home was very nice, respectful and answered all my questions. I will be using Lush Lawn next season, you will see results.

Switch from Tru-Green to Lawn Lush in spring of 2020, WOW, what a difference!!! My grass is the best it s ever been! Very Green and full. Lush Lawns formulas are specifically designed for Michigan/Mid-West weather, which obviously shows! Customer service is outstanding! Highly recommended for anyone in Michigan or Mid-West states! They did not treat the crabgrass I specifically asked the guy to do. They are impossible to reach by phone. I finally cancelled the service via a letter and they continued to come and service my lawn. I spoke to different people and they clearly didnt speak each other. I refused to pay and they called me persistently for the amount they felt they were owed. Horrible business communication. Do not use this company.

awful. awful. awful. I was wanting to fix up my lawn and get ready to put in a garden and asked for no weedkiller, just fertilizer and grass seeds. They did end up putting weed killer on my lawn and at that point I had found a cheaper way to make my grass look nice and grow. I discontinued service and THEY NEVER STOP CALLING. They keep wanting me to come back and I have requested numerous times to please stop calling me and they cant seem to respect that. I had to block the number after asking them to stop AT LEAST a dozen times. Not a good way to treat customers that you are trying to win back..

Do not use this company . They destroyed parts of my lawn with their lawn machines. I called to complain. They came out threw some seed on the bare areas and left. They did not call and let me know they were coming by . Never bothered to knock on my door and go over the damaged areas of the grass with me that needed repaired. Very unsatisfied.

The office staff is very polite but there are problems somewhere in the company. I am trying to oversees my lawn but to do that I need to have enough time for the seeds to grow prior to blowing out my sprinklers. I prepaid for lunch lawn to aerate to help me with overseeing. I called them a month ago and asked if they could put a rush order so I could start my process. The response was absolutely and well be out within 5 business days. 14 days later I called and asked if they could come out as they havent yet. The response, Im sorry we havent made it, yes within 3-5 business days. Several days later I called and asked to speak to management as this was my 3rd attempt at getting someone out. They sent an email for me. I called a week later since nothing was even scheduled and another email was sent. I also requested a call back. Day 31... Nothing yet... So now my story becomes permanent on Yelp, google, Facebook, yellow pages. And Im going to dispute the charge with the credit card as this could very easily be a deceptive and fraudulent business practice. I strongly dont recommend this company. They advertise decent prices but dont deliver on any front except being polite every time I spoke on the phone. I will give them credit for that.

This company is just horrible. They make promises that they don t intend on keeping. They ll charge you for services and never show up. Not to mention it auto renews every year. If you cancel services, they call you NONSTOP to try to get you back. They tear up the lawn by using their heavy machines after it rains. I told the guy that they should probably not work in such heavy rain, considering it tears up peoples lawns with the tires. He told me that he agrees, but the CEO and owner are only out for a profit and makes them do stuff in the rain that isn t even supposed to be done in the rain. He told me since I said something, he would come back and service my lawn at a later date when it wasn t raining. Their service guys are friendly and proficient, but from the sounds of it, the management or CEO or whoever is in charge, needs to back off these guys a little bit and let them do things correctly instead of being so worried about taking peoples money for services that everyone knows isn t going to work. I have noticed that there seems to be a different person every time, probably a high turnover rate. I had one guy last year (after specifically requesting not to have another guy that completely burned my lawn, and was told it was put in my notes that I wanted this new guy only) that always did an excellent job, but when I requested for him again this year, I was told that he was working in their safari tree department now and doesn t do lawns. Bummer. Ever since I haven t had that one guy, it s been inconsistent and they barely show up. I won t be renewing for next year, that s forsure.

Called to get lawn aerated, was told it would be done in 7-10 days. I called after 2 weeks to see what is going on. I was put on an emergency list with a wait time of 3-5 business days. Called a week later when nothing had happened and was promised they would be out that day or next. Called toward the end of promised day to say I did not want service. They were very sorry and wanted one more chance. I foolishly accepted with the ultimatum that they be at my house by 9:30 am Monday (I called on Friday). I called them at 9:40 to cancel services. Their word means nothing, promises are worth even less. I was never contacted when services were not going to happen on promised days, often only got though to voice mail. 2 weeks after the cancellation, i received a letter stating I was auto renewed for services for next year. I have not had ANY services this year, did not ask to be in an auto renewal program, and had cancelled services. Do not use this company, they are shady and do not do any work. Thankfully I did not prepay, I will not be paying for the auto renewal services. I would give zero stars if I could.

Waiting for 6-8 weeks for our aeration and overseeding. Many commitments to complete the work tomorrow but they dont show. Now, the lawn is covered in snow, temp is below freezing.... they are still committing, not showing up and still apologizing. Ive probably called 10 times. FYI, if you want them to answer the phone, select sales and not customer service.

Lush Lawns has horrible customer service. They came and aerated our lawn without our consent and are now hounding us with bills. Have been trying to speak with a manager for two months but they are never available when we call and have never returned our messages.

Ive had bad experiences in the past with lawn care companies because they seem to treat you like a number, but Lush Lawn has been a completely different experience. I always have a dedicated lawn consultant when I call in and theyre always prompt in answering my questions. The lawn doesnt look half bad either! Looking forward to spring!

I had an amazing experience with Lush Lawn of Plymouth. I received the best treatment for my lawn. No other company was able to accommodate my needs.

After years of neglect between the prior homeowners, and embarrassingly, us, we gave Lush Lawn a call in the spring of 2018 to get our lawn in shape. I knew they were a great company from the first phone call; the gentleman was professional, explained my options, and wasnt pushy about services I may or may not need. They began service last spring and finished recently in the fall. I cannot believe the difference in my lawn since starting service with them, I literally have a lush lawn!!! I always receive a phone call the day before since I have dogs, and the guys are always sure to lock my gate and keep the bricks surrounding it intact (I have 3 chihuahuas, one of which is an escape artist). I believe the cost is fair for the services we receive and the results we see, and bill payment is easy online. Now, not everything can be perfect. We had a new fence installed in early spring and one of Lush Lawns equipment snagged it, causing it to twist and pull away from the gate. I was put in touch with the service manager at the time, who came to view the damage and made plans to fix it. Weeks went by with promises of returning to correct it never happening. I contacted Lush Lawn again and was connected with their new service manager, Christian, who quickly came over to assess and fixed the fence within 1.5 weeks. He was extremely apologetic and embarrassed about my experience with the prior service manager, and assured me such a situation will never happen again :)
