I shopped around looking for someone to do some work on my yard and prep it for laying sod. The owner of Hudson Landscape came out to my house and spent all the time needed to answer my questions and make sure I was happy with the services he was going to provide. He went above and beyond and I could not be happier with the end results. I will be using this company for all of my landscaping needs going forward and would highly recommend these guys. **UPDATE** Im almost 5 years in with these guys and still could not be happier. Cannot recommend them enough. From the people who answer the phones to the guys that come out to your yard, there are no weak links.

These lawn experts are truly terrific! My lawn was in horrible condition before Hudson began servicing my turf. Their treatments literally brought my Bermuda grass back from the dead in only four months, which surprised me. Stephen (owner) and all the technicians are very responsive, professional yet personable, and go above & beyond to help as well as answer all questions. We first met Stephen Hudson when we were searching for a lawn service as well as wanting to install trees in our backyard for privacy. We also had some concerns about the backyard which was very uneven and did not drain properly, so was constantly flooded. Stephen came by and walked the yard with us on multiple occasions, describing the services they offer and what he thought they could offer for our yard. We wanted a usable yard with some privacy for our daughter and our two yorkies. There are two separate but related components to his services, one is the lawn maintenance which is done at the highest level and the second is their creative genius to design yards. Stephen described his vision for our yard in great detail and answered all of our questions. The best part was of the whole process was he was not pushy, gave honest direct answers and always kept price in mind. He has a genuine passion and it s obvious when listening to him talk. Stephen had a design layout made for our yard and sent it to us. We went back and forth many times with many meetings walking the yard to get to a common vision for our yard. The design we ended with was a starting point because along the way things come up or sometimes what is on design is not the right fit. Stephen and every person who works for him kept us in the loop of what was going on so we could modify things and make sure everything was what we wanted. They started by transforming our front yard with beautiful lights, trees, plants and all other details. Our backyard was the big project, they built a beautiful waterfall and a patio with fire pit all surrounded by trees that made us feel like we were in paradise. After four months of work,as they were nearing completing the project, we found out we had more land than expected and would need to re do a lot of planning for the yard. Stepen and his entire team took it in stride and met with us several more times to include the new space into a design that fit with our whole yard. We ended up with a four section back yard each with its own personality but complementing each other. We have a waterfall section with turf at the bottom for sitting and relaxing. We have a beautiful patio with a fire pit and Pergola with swing. The third section was a playground with child safe mulch and a playset. Finally we have a large space for gardening and other recreation. In each section there are trees, plants and lights that we picked out together make it all work. We even ended up with fruit trees! Hudson Landscape is far and away the best company for your lawn and landscaping needs and wants. They will work with you to make sure your vision for your yard comes to reality. The customer service is outstanding, every single team member is personable, professional and passionate. We continue to use their lawn service and will continue to use them as we need to modify our yard.

The work for the most part was done well. After waiting awhile to see how the plants would do, I have one purple iris that looks to have died and grass coming up from under the mulch near the maple tree beside the driveway. The grass is an indication that the ground underneath was not prepped correctly to eliminate the grass before application.

Hudson has been servicing my lawn and overall yard for 10+ years now. They always do a great job and at a reasonable price. Thanks for all you do.

Excellent Customer Service! I contacted six different landscape companies and Hudson Landscape was the only one of the six to return my calls. With Hudson Landscape his business partner was so friendly and helpful in setting up a day to meet and give an estimate. She explained everything very clearly from the start. Then as promised, Stehen Hudson arrived to give an estimate. He spent one hour answering questions and reviewing options. I am very impressed with his patience and his business has fantastic customer service skills. That means a lot to me because he works in an industry that other companies didnt even respond to my calls. We are very impressed from the start.
