First we need another star because this company gets 6 from me and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Ethan, their estimator met with me and my wife about giving our yard a major make over. He helped by giving us ideas and we excepted his bid. Ryan one of the owners called and we started the job. Jake the lead Jason and Tanner were always on time and very professional at all times. The important thing is as a senior citizen if I had a question or I didn t quite understand something they took the time to make sure I did. That s important to me. I will definitely use their services again!

We had a flooding issue in front of a mother-in-law unit after adding a raised garden area. After someome else tried but failed to fix the flooding issue by digging a little 8 inch ditch that was an ankle-breaker, Yard Crafters suggested a swail and a build up of soil along the alleyway/driveway where a river occurs when we get a decent amount of rain in the desert. In order to do it, they had to move two large compost piles. I wanted the top layer of the ground removed from the swail to be added to the compost pile since it had a lot of clover to add nitrogen to my compost, and I was a bit particular about where what dirt ended up. 2 people came out and knocked out the job so incredibly fast and didnt bat an eye about special requests. The previous person built up the area along the alleyway a bit, but it looked ugly. When Yard Crafters was done, it looked so good that weve decided to have Yard Crafters do a complete landscaping of the front half of the property where the main house is. We waited quite a while because they are so busy, but Id hold out a YEAR to have them come back and do it again. Theyre definitely worth the wait for quality work with great owners and staff.

Yardcrafters far exceeded our expectations. They provide the quality and experience to turn your landscape into a beautiful breathtaking masterpiece like they did ours. I noticed that one review from last year indicated they called and were informed they were full for the season. This is a compliment to their quality and demand. That also happened to us last year. We had to wait but it was every bit worth the wait. If this happens I urge you to call back in the future. Our experience was magnificent. Ryan and his crew worked diligently and turned our yard into something that could have been shown in Better Home and Garden. We are thrilled to have such a paradise to live in. We are eternally thankful.

Yard Crafters did a very excellent job of cleaning up my yard and cleaning out my gutters this week. I have used them for the past couple years. I have always been well satisfied with their service.

We hired Yardcrafters to convert a old pond into a tranquile seating area with new fence and create a mountain waterfall in our backyard. Shane and the guys came through in a big way ! Don t bother calling, they re apparently full for the season , or at least that s what I was told..perhaps because they didn t want to mess with my smaller yard.

On time with the right equipment, accurate estimate for materials and good planning. Ryans skilled team scoured and rebuilt a tumbling down berm-wall along our driveway with 60 tons of rip-rap, and placed rock for erosion control next to our water cisterns. It was very apparent the crew wanted to do outstanding work - they took real care to set drainage catchments and slopes to please the eye and move the water properly. The crew was experienced, friendly, and a pleasure to have here. YC is expensive, but is worth the clean, no hassle experience. Will have them back and would recommend them to anyone with high standards!

The worse customer service ever. Didnt do service as promised the season before. Was not notified on canceling of that sevice that was promised. Yard became in bad shape do to the improper business ethics. After I made a review the first time they called me on the phone and harassed me to remove the review. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
