Chuck’s Landscaping in Canoga Park

Extremely satisfied of the service in the quality of materials. All came out just like I imagine the sound is so peaceful and beautiful to my ears. When I have company come over, they always tell me how they love my waterfall. It’s one of a kind.

Well, my plants are dying now, all because Charles kept saying he would come out to do regular maintenance on my yard and kept not showing up (forgetting). When I first contacted him I asked him if he had room in his schedule to take on my yard and he assured me he did. Just once a month since the place is mostly desert plants. Should be easy enough to fit in one single visit each month right? Each week I’d have to call him and ask “hey did you make it out this week?” and he’d say “no but I’ll be there next week I promise” and would never show up to do any work. For an entire month! I told him on the third week “if you don’t have room in your schedule that’s fine just please let me know so I can get a landscaper who has time to do the service they promised to do” and he assured me “don’t worry we’ll be there this thursday.” Well, thursday came and went and he never showed up. I called him and texted him after and got no response or call back. Extremely unprofessional. What’s so hard about just being honest and saying you don’t have the time/enough employees?? Meanwhile my plants are dying, a month has been wasted and now here I am writing this review. Just be honest!

Chuck was great and has always come quickly when we have needed him for our sprinkler system. I trust his expertise and plan to use him for other landscaping work in the future

Without exaggeration, Chuck built a Waterfall and Koi Pond on our property and it is simply amazing. We couldn't be happier. The sound, the beauty and the natural look is memorizing. It's the combination of his creativity, his hands on experience and his ability to incorporate what we wanted along with his ideas that separates him from anyone else that we could see... and he's affordable!
