Sneaky company. I recommend avoiding. I paid last year for one year s service. Then they showed up this spring for service that I did not agree to while I was not home and mailed me an invoice. Then when I complained they said they sent a letter in the mail that I never received stating it was on me to cancel a service I didn t agree to. Avoid them.

I like the auto calls from Trudy a day or so before the application so that I can be sure that the back gate is open. I like the work that they do for application to my lawn. There is always a few weeds - especially near the sidewalk or edge of driveway that seem hardest to control. Thanks for your work.

UPDATED June 7 2023. Called for a quote and received a good one if I accepted it same day. Person said they d email it immediately. Didn t receive it. Hours later called back and another said the quote was a mistake and the new quote would be on its way. They wouldn t share what the quote price was and guess what? The quote never arrived. The company kept calling and we spoke with Steve who said they would uphold the quote. Scott Thompson the general manager approved it and sent it to us. We paid. The technician showed up and said they made a mistake on the size and we d get a call from sales. Didn t so I called the next day and they cancelled the service and will take over 7 days to refund. Why? They said because of their mistake they no longer want the contact again.

Many years using this company. Never had anything to complain about. Perfect service, excellent results.

This company leaves their trucks idling for 15 minutes while not using anything in the truck (ie the worker was fertilizing, checking his phone, etc). Clearly, they do not care about either the environment or the law.

Their customer service is good but I honestly did not see any noticeable difference in the health of my lawn after 5 visits. Core aeration must have been done with I have no clue what cuz the holes were only an inch deep instead of 3 to 4 inches. Weed control worked but not a super great. Trying out a different company this year.

Pretty sure a guy just came here, sprayed like a 1m x 1m part of my lawn and then billed me as if hed done the back and front. What a scam.

Lawn looks no better than any other lawn in the neighbourhood. Have a cinch bug problem, which they tell me that they cant help me with. Whats the purpose of a lawn care company if they cant help you when you need it. Service guy just knows how to spray, but knows nothing about lawns.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company provides the worst lawn care service I have ever experienced. I could have done a better job myself. Don t waste your money literally any other service would be better then TruGreen.

We love not having to worry about when and how to fertilize. Our lawn has never looked better! Love love love the mosquito spray. We can finally sit out in our yard in the evening. It`s wonderful!

We hired Trugreen to get our lawn taken care of for the season in matters of weed control and fertilization, started the contract on 27 May 2022, the contract was supposed to be for 6 interventions, ~$64 each through the season, as per the contract, additionally, they were supposed to have guaranteed repeated treatment anytime in case the treatment was done incorrectly or missing an area. On 3rd June 2022, first application was performed, we noticed the tech who came didnt apply the treatment fully to the our lawn (part of both the front lawn and the back lawn were missed), so per their terms, I called the customer service to get the service repeated, the agent on the call promised to have a note to the tech to repeat the service on the same day but that never happened. on 13th June 2022 a tech came to perform the treatment and he repeatedly didnt apply to the areas that were missed the first time. Seeing how this worked for the first 2 weeks, we didnt want to continue this hassle, so I called again to cancel the contract and get refunded. More interestingly, when they refunded us, they decided to refund only 4 treatments (the contract had 6 treatments) and they were supposed to repeat the initial because it was not done correctly, which was supposed to be the treatment done on the 13th June 2022 but somehow the administration and management of Trugreen considered that the treatment done on 13th June was a separate treatment not a repeat, so the repeat service that they committed to was never actually honored, they just threw some void promisses and never respected those promisses. I spoke with the customer service to explain that the 13th June treatment should be actually the repeated treatment and consequently I should be getting an additional refund, they confirmed that but still never refunded me, so again not honoring what they committed to. I followed up with repeat calls to customer services for 4 times for the past 6 weeks and still I got nothing from Trugreen. It was clearly a good decision to cancel the contract with that business, I wouldnt recommend Trugreen to anyone based on how their poor service with us.

Good experience with Trugreen all the way around. Ive tried other companies and I like Trugreen the best.

I woke up this morning to an invoice on my door of about $80 for services I never requested or even inquired about. The address is mine but name addressed is not. If they expect me to pay for this, youre sorely mistaken. Come on my property again and Ill call the cops.

This company sends students that dont know what they are doing. They ruined my lawn. Tracked Grubs from one lawn to another. I have to replace my entire lawn now and they keep coming to fertilizer even though there is no lawn to manage after I cancelled them twice.

I requested information for their services and received a quote... I did not pay...I did not sign any paper work nor did I formally agree to their services. I saw a TruGreen lawn sign and checked my cameras, and they laid fertilizer... problem is I signed up for another service who I paid for and they already dropped fertilizer. So now I have two layers of fertilizer within a week... When I called TruGreen customer service there was no understanding. He told me to water my lawn to saturate the fertilizer as I had a fear or burning. Folks please check their reviews on Google... that s the reason I did not commit but they arrived anyway without notice. I will be posting photos of my lawn is burned... again check their google reviews please.

I requested a quote from Trugreen and asked for the quote to be emailed to me and had not committed to anything. Next thing I know, I got a Trugreen bill on my door. They could not get into the back garden so dont know what Im being charged for as I did not commit to their quote. Have tried calling but cannot get anyone to answer. Will not be paying the bill that I did not sign up for. Trugreen, I would advise you to call me asap.

We used this company last year for mosquito control. Their product did not work at all and we had an issue where a technician showed up and did not do our entire yard stating our backyard (that has no lock) was locked, so we informed them that we would not be continuing with their service. This year, weve been contacted by them twice to provide service, and theyve also sent technicians to our home twice without our permission. This morning the tech informed me that her service order stated to call ahead before coming, but that her manager instructed her not to call and to just provide the service. Needless to say thats completely unacceptable and no reputable company would use tactics like this. Complaint filed with the company and BBB.

We used their service last year for a 3 time deal on mosquito spraying. We didnt sign up this year and they sent me a notification advising they were coming the next day. I called and the rep said its my responsibility to cancel. I said I have to cancel something I didnt request? How convenient if all business worked that way. Had they come I would have had to pay. How shady.

Terrible service! I hired this company to take care of the weeds on my property. They fertilized twice over a 2 month period and never once applied weed control. They left the bill at the door with lawn assessments. I found it amusing that they reported the lawn as being too short- we had not yet cut it and it was in dire need of a mow. I called 3 times to have them back out for the unlimited weed control and each time was told they had me scheduled for the following week. Nobody ever showed up. I did cancel the service after 2 months of constant calls to receive services I paid for that were not rendered. They refuse to refund even a portion. Expensive fertilizing service is all that they are. Save your money and apply your own fertilizer or try another company that actually shows up to treat weeds as promised.

I cannot emphasize this enough: find any other lawn care company and use them rather than deal with this extremely problematic company. My parents had TruGreen Lawn Care spray their lawn in the summer of 2020. An amateurish and clearly uninformed application of the spray resulted in large burned patches of lawn and showed the spray lines, so it was clearly the result of chemical burn. After several calls to TruGreen to complain about the poor quality, they said a manager would come to inspect the damage. The manager did not show up on the agreed upon date. My phone called again, and got the same promise. Again, no manager showed up, Finally, on the THIRD attempt to get results, a manager came and agreed that yes, TruGreen was responsible for the damage to the lawn. Some money was refunded. It should not have taken my mom following up that many times to have a pretty cut-and-dried situation resolved. Highly unprofessional. Very difficult to get hold of people, have phone calls returned, and get any sort of actual customer service. Cut to spring of this year and TruGreen contacts my parents to ask if they would like their services again this year. My parents very clearly said no. Despite this clear communication, a letter arrives informing my parents that TruGreen would be spraying. This time, my mom WROTE to TruGreen to clearly say she did NOT want their services and had hired a different lawn care company. Again, TruGreen contacts my parents to say they are coming the next day to spray, and again they are told clearly that my parents DO NOT want their services and DO NOT come. While my parents were at work, TruGreen sprayed their lawn. This is despite being told at least three different times and through two different mediums of communication that they were NOT to come and that my parents did NOT want their services at all this year (no contact was signed; no agreement of any sort was ever made). My parents have now called twice more to explain that they are NOT paying for these services since they did not sign up for them or request them or agree to them (and repeatedly refused them). Despite all of this, TruGreen is demanding payment and threatening creditors. I cannot emphasize enough how disgusting this company is. Low quality. Unprofessional. Con artists. Go with ANYONE ELSE.

I called to have my trees sprayed and was advised they would come in 5 business days. Appreciating they are very busy right now I waited 5 business days before I called back to find out that nothing has been even booked yet. I called again at 7 business days, nothing. Again at 8 business days and was advised I would be called back by the end of the day, nothing. I called at 9 business day and was advised they would be coming tomorrow in the RAIN. I cancelled my service and would not recommend a company that gives false expectations

True Green Cambridge did look after my lawn fertilizer and weed control.I would not renew or recommend to use there lawn service.They would call and leave voice mail that they would be out and not show .They called twice in one week and never showed even after two weeks later still no show.I cancelled the service this week and felt that the cost did not justify there poor service schedule. The call center was always polite and would go out of their way to satisfy me with my requests. It seemed I was requesting them to return to provide weed control between the visits that they scheduled. Thanks

My yard looks amazing after starting the contract with them. Very professional and effective service. No more weeds. We are in the 3rd year of contract with them and very happy with my choice.

Last year Ive ordered their service due to I saw their ads around my neighbourhood. But after a full year of service, I find its really awkward that they never be on site for the requested hours, sometimes I work from home and wouldnt hear that they came in my yard, but the next day I will find they sending me a bill. At the end of my last year service cycle I request not to continue, but now they kept sending me application forms at my door, Ive never replied, and today, they send me another bill saying they have services my yard. Absolutely ridiculous. Now calling on the phone waiting for 1.5hr and try to confirm that I have canceled my service, and wouldnt want to see them ever again!!!!

Reading through all the reviews in this company, I must say the were sorry we missed you is their business model to scam customer. This is our 2nd time with TruGreen, we were not happy last time but result seems working slowly in comparison to the previous lawn care service provider we had, so we decided to give them another chance this year. Not even once our backyard was serviced last time since they need access, so it was really bad. And it is because the sorry we missed you always happen each service time.. my husband works from home so no way well miss them. We cancel half way the service plan because we just cant get them correct their action... despite repeated instrucition to door bell since we are home... they never do that... They continue to charge us even after cancellation so we didnt choice but to pay... This year... we inquired and made specific instriuciotn to call as we are not sure if we are proceeding with the service due to financial reason... AGAIN they did the sorry we missed you.... Its so frustrating when this kind of people continue to do this kind POOR services.. and contacting them??? GOODLUCK!!! and yes... the product does NOT WORK! our front yard is horrible! THEY should be ashamed.

This is my first year using a lawn care provider. I gave in to their telemarketer and was convinced of several untrue claims. Im very disappointed with the poor quality of the services I have received so far and how it is impossible to get any response from trugreen by phone or email. Firstly I was told I would be advised when the service would be performed. That never happens. I have been working on several property improvements and need to make sure there are no obstructions for the technician. Of course they have shown up unannounced and have not serviced large areas of the lawn. Secondly the service performed is rushed and insufficient. Minimal product is used, and not spread properly. The weed control was applied just as torrential rain began - for three days. It doesnt take a professional lawn care specialist to know that the weed control isnt going to work. Third and worst of all is that I cannot reach anyone via phone or email. Multiple calls and 30 minute wait times have left me without ever reaching anyone. Emails arent responded to. My lawn has never looked worse. I would have fertilized and done weed control by now that would be showing results. Now the weeds are huge and spreading faster than any other year that I did my own maintenance. I feel like trugreen stole money from me. I prepaid for the season. They are unprofessional and provide very poor service. I would cancel but how would I ever be able to let them know. I want my money back so I can do the job they were apparently hired to do. The only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of one is because I think people often ignore one star reviews as unreasonable or angry and not often objective. You should save your money or hire another company.

I paid up front for the service. On their advertisement in the door it states the customer would get their last application refunded if they weren t satisfied. The first time they came the lawn was fertilized and sprayed. The odd dandelion died, but the creeping ivy, chickweed etc thrived. I gave it two weeks and phoned and told them the weeds were doing really well. So they sent another person out to spray, with the warning it wouldn t be done if it rained. Well doesn t the guy show up and spray the grass in the rain. I waited two weeks again, with even more weeds growing quickly. They said they d send someone out I get a phone call at the end of the week saying they would be there on Monday, no one showed up until a Thursday. They didn t spray because they said they couldn t get in the backyard. I spent all day in the back with the gate open and no one came. I cancelled the service. Truegreen refunded me some money but charged me for 2 applications. Their advertising is false, I demanded to get a full refund but the people who answer their line said they weren t authorized to do it. I ve complained twice to them and still have not received any response. It was the first time I ve used a lawn service. Save your money and do it yourself, anything is better then this company.

Useless service , their products are not effective at all, has the front and backyards full of weed after 3 months of their services , had to cancel. Very poor and unprofessional customer service, when I asked to cancel , they put me on hold for 17 minutes until I hang up. Never again and Do not recommend it at all.

Not recommend at all. Today the technician came and did nothing but still charge me for doing nothing, when I have already message them to cancel the service weeks ago. So frustrating and desapointing service when it was the first time I hired their services.

I rang the service centre and specifically told the lady ( Rose ) that the only weed I have is crab weed and that it has taken over my lawn. We arranged for my weed treatment to take pace. When the young lad came out to do the lawn I spoke to him and he said our treatment will not kill this crab weed as its part of the grass family. When I told him that I expressly said that this was why I needed weed treatment he did not seem suprised I had been deceived. He did not continue and I cancelled everything. Luckily I had not made any payments yet.

First time I have used trugreen and will be the last time. If I could give them a -5 I would. Lawn is infested with cinch bugs. I informed them early spring that there was signs of the bugs. No action taken until I called multiple times but by that time it was too late. I was then told I should purchase their aeration and over seeding program to get my dead grass back. Another money grab

I would not recommend - our lawn has been overtaken by crabgrass, worst front lawn in the neighborhood and others dont even have a company service them, also had to make numerous call backs as they kept missing areas to treat - Aug 26th update. so I get a Tru Green rep calling asking if Id like to add any services since I was a past customer, wondering why we stopped - Did you hire someone else? Fix our grass and then call us

Cannot in all honestly recommend this company anymore. I used this service for many years & referred this Truegreen to many people as well. It appears that the customer service has declined big time. In fact I thought they must be under new management. Poor communication which changes depending who you talk to & not as advertised. Very disappointed. Not reliable. They must be very busy & therefore no longer need the business. Will now use a customer friendly local business for the future

They dont listen to instructions. When you call to follow up, they dont even are aware we had an appointment booked! Technicians never called an hour before showing up ( which was our agreement before signing up with them) Had to call MULTIPLE TIMES to confirm we would get a phone call. They ALWAYS called the wrong number to tell when next appointment would be. TOLD THEM NUMEROUS TIMES, what number to call and they NEVER got it right!! They only sprayed only half my yard when I already prepaid for the whole season and yard Each time I called, it was a huge hassle explaining what happened and what we needed. Asked for a refund...hope they do refund me! Terrible company and experience! Never again! Dont recommend to anyone!!

They burnt our grass twice this season while applying the fertilizer. The major concern is their unprofessional and unresponsive atttitude . They will not response or fix the problem. I wrote an email to the branch manager with no response. The technician came to look, said someone will come fix it. No one ever came or replied to emails/ requests

Last fall I stopped a TruGreen truck because I was looking for a new lawn service. The service man explained their service and started writing me up. I told him not to bother because I was in the preliminary stages of looking for a service. Then I read their reviews and that cinched the fact that I would not be using the company. So the following spring I see theres an invoice from TruGreen in my mailbox. They had fertilized my lawns. I phoned and told them that I did not have a contract with them, didnt want to do business with them and had in fact gone with another company. I was told there had been a phone call in January. I checked my phone logs - missed call. Since then it has been non-stop phone calls and overdue notices. I have no intention of paying them as I never requested the treatment. But this goes to show what the other negative reviews have said, speaks to character - avoid this outfit. UPDATE: This outfit is persistent. After months and months of phone calls theyve turned this over to a collection agency. Good grief. Their mistake and Im supposed to pay for it? Not going to happen.

This is truly a disgusting company. Huge waste of my time. Tried to get aeration and overseeding done since May 02/2019. What a joke had to call back 4 times only to find out 12 days later that the service people cancelled the order because we have a slope in the front. We have a lane way so they could park their trucks there in the back of our house. They wouldnt even do all our flat surfaces. I wish I never contacted them. Now I have to start all over again. Thanks for nothing true pain in my butt. That should be the real name of their company.

My lawn before I had Tru Green was beautiful and green. Unfortunately after using them my lawn is now totally brown. They seeded and aerated the next spring and helped to restore the problem. I am so glad that they worked with me to rectify the problem.

Its been 3 years now we have been using TruGreen Lawn Care and our lawn is the greenest and weed free than it ever has been. I highly recommend using TruGreen for your lawn care.

Horrible customer service ... they advertise and their sales team will tell you that you have unlimited weed control sessions and you have x number of visits but reality is very different.. you can ask and they will not come... my last ask was two weeks ago and no one showed up up till now... I received a call to ask why there is no show and I was promised someone will come next day and no one showed up They never tell you when they are coming if you ask .. the response is it s going to be scheduled but no specific date My last interaction was yesterday ... I asked to speak to a mgr .. the lady went and asked for a mgr and she care back saying you will receive a call in 3 business days ... what a joke ... feel I was scammed so far And of course my lawn doesn t look as good as what they tell you .. in front of my door there is a 2 ft weed .. my question is ... in the last few sessions none has seen it and thought ... mmm I should spray that area too!! No one

I purchased the grub control service. Their technician came to work in the front of the house for around 10 -13 minutes then he left without performing the service in my backyard. The technician might guess that nobody was at home so he could cheat, but in fact my parents and I were at home. I was just in the bathroom for less that 10 minutes, while at the same time my parents were looking through the window and watching him doing the whole process. I got the invoice from my mailbox that charged me for the entire yard service but in fact they didn t finish the complete job. I don t think the company s culture will encourage this kind of cheating, but the fact is, they possibly can t control their technician s work attitude and work quality. And that will absolutely influence TruGreen s reputation. I have called their customer service team for a solution, still waiting.

If I could give less than one star I would. I prepaid for 4 visits, and the last two visits have been a nightmare. The technicians never showed up, no lawn sign, no invoice, and someone was home ALL DAY. They said they were refunding my first no-show visit, but that remains to be seen. The second no-show had to be reviewed by a manager, so Im still waiting to hear. Their services really didnt do much for my lawn either. Im appalled with this company and advise anyone considering them to stay far away. When a company lies about the service its provided a customer who has already paid, they have crossed an ethical line and do not deserve the trust of any new customers. They should be ashamed.

Lawn was looking great through July, however after one of their treatments it was clear there had been a large spill in the middle of our front yard as all the grass in a 8 sq ft area was completely burnt down to the roots. After speaking with various people at head office on 4 separate occasions, not a single representative has been willing to address the issue or even follow up with us. Since my original review I have been contacted by a TrueGreen Rep who visited and assessed my lawn, completed a over-seed treatment in the problem area and followed up with me by phone.

Under no circumstances should you call this company. I contacted them for a quote. Another company gave me a better quote so I told TruGreen no thanks. THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING ME ALMOST EVERYDAY ALL SUMMER, SOMETIMES 2-3 TIMES A DAY!!! They are solicitors at their worst. Do yourself a favour and skip this pushy company and go with someone else! You say you are sorry but you dont change your practices. Instead of apologizing, why dont you try and not call people every single day, multiple times a day? Trugreen is worse than any telemarketer I have encountered. BTW readers...these guys have an automated system when you call them. They destroyed and burnt my lawn last year by over fertilizing and chemical spraying weeds. They came to inspect and took complete reaponsablitiy for it and offered free aeration and complete service for the following year. they never aerated even though they left a bill saying they did. And now they won t honour the free service and say the manager will call (who s always busy.)I cancelled last year and they are sending me bills for 3 times the amount and won t stop coming to the house to service.

I had Trugreen recommended to me by a neighbour. Their work was alright, I had no complaints, but I did notice quite a few marketing calls looking to upsell me on services of things I had never heard of. The next year when I went to renew I noticed that their price was over twice that of their local competitor. If I thought that the marketing calls were bad before (5 or 6 last season), they are much worse after you cancel!!! Stop spending so much on your sales team bothering people on the phone and get serious about making people want to hire your services. I will be sticking with the new company that I hired.

The chemical works. You just need to make sure that the workers they send, they actually spray everything. For the first two months they kept sending kids who would spend 5 minutes to spray my lawn and then leave. Its not until i brought it to their attention that this issue was fixed...kind of. They completely forgot to spray my front lawn although i paid for the whole thing. I asked for a refund and to speak with a manager, that call has still yet to come. If you have the time, you have to make sure you watch the person spray everything. Otherwise youre wasting your money like i did.

Had my front garden landscaped late 2017. Used truegreen for spring summer and fall 2018. Best lawn on the street hands down. They are a very professional company and yield great results.

Very bad experience with this unprofessional company. Their lawn treatment did not work at all in my properties. In fact, new types of weeds grew in my lawn after this company worked on it. As other reviewers say, they do not seem to stay a long time doing the work they promise in the contract, but they do charge through the roof, though. If you call to complain, they will promise to investigate and fix the issues, and nothing happens at all . It is also very hard to get rid of them as they will have someone calling you to renew the contract, and even when you say you absolutely want to cancel, they will still insist aggressively. This company should not be dealt with.

These guys are Fraud. Sales guys said it would be $40 a month and once signed they started sending bills of $56 per visit. Even for those visits that never happened. They booked time to come and didnt show up, next day you find a sign sitting in your front yard without them actually doing anything

The first year I was a customer that was quite pleased with the service and response time. The 2nd year however has gone quite differently. The aeration was added and not performed fully, when I called to complain they sent the tech out to not complete it again a second time. When I called for a refund they sent someone out to perform it again and I happened to be home and watched him only do a small patch at the front and leave. It took multiple phone calls and was advise a manager would call me but no one ever did. 4 call later I finally got a credit for the service. No recommendation from me.

anyway to provide 0 star. The operation is questionable. I still have weeds in my back yard, clearly stated what I wanted and it didnt happen. Let me explain an incident. They called me and left a vm on a Saturday that they will come on Monday to service. I called on Monday early morning and told them to make sure no fertilizer is put in as I already put fertilizer. The rep told me she would reach out to the tech and let me know if they do put the fertilizer. So I dont get a call assuming no fertilizer was put. I called the following day just to confirm and I am told they put the fertilizer as per their note I asked them why was I not notified cause thats what they were suppose to do. they told me to look in the back yard to see if I can see the fertilizer. I repeatedly told the rep how would I know the difference between your fertilizer and mine as I put it on Saturday Morning before their call. She informed me she understands but I need to check. I just told her for sake of stopping this baseless argument that yes I see fertilizer. I am then told I have to use a lot of water., When I demanded to talk to a manager I was informed that will take 5 days. I got the call from the technician the following day to confirm he indeed put the fertilizer and double fertilizer was not good for the lawn and that I have to water it a lot. So now I have watering my lawn but the grass has started to burn. I called them again to inform that I need to cancel the service and talk to a manager. They stated certain service that were not done. When I demanded I have to talk to the manager I got a call in 10 minutes to inform a manager will call me in 45 minutes. That was 3 days ago and I have not received any calls from them. Please be aware of this company, they come door to door and send flyers. I would highly recommend to avoid them.

BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS IN THE HISTORY OF SERVICE. Completely destroyed my lawn last summer by fertilizing in a drought. After i complained about their practise of fertilizing when it hadnt rained in months . They Said no problem it well come back. It Never did . All they wanted was to get paid . I dont pay a company to kill my lawn which was freshly sodded a year earlier. No goodwill what so ever. Stay away as far as you can. Their Google rating says it all.

Technicians are very friendly and personable when they come to do the lawn service. Service is prompt and theres always follow up to see how your service was. Keep up the great work TruGreen!

My lawn was in sad shape by then end of 2016 - between the ravages of drought and grubs, it was mainly a showcase for weeds and dirt. I called Trugreen for a consultation. The Trugreen technician made his assessment and proposed a service plan to repair the lawn, which included aeration, weed control, fertilizer, and grub control, and thats exactly what it delivered. I appreciate the timely service, calling ahead to let me know when appointments are scheduled, notes left after each service explaining what has been done, periodic emails with maintenance tips, and my tech offering periodic comments on how we were doing. I found the service to be professional and effective.

Parents used tru green in burlington and had clover like me. Their tech killed all of it in one treatment. My experience was money wasted all weeds never killed clover kept bouncing back. Told my responsibility to call for extra treatments. Also wanted airation and overseed done, told it was scheduled and never showed. Called and told me I never asked for it. Im apparently a liar. Will not use this company any more.

Will Never recommend TruGreen to anyone unless they want to be taken advantage. I had weed control and a renovation done and it looks as if nothing happened. They over seed my lawn with wrong seed and my lawn has 2 types of grass. Worst part - i requested for manager it took me 1 month to get back to me. In mean while they call me every 2 days for money. I got the manager, i complained to the manager and nothing is being done. Manager told me their seed is the best, not sure what it is if I have to have 2 grass types on my lawn. He said i either pay or they keep calling for the money.

The back yard weeds are still happily growing after their weed control and overseeding. Like nothing ever happened. I called, they find all the excuses to tell me that they did what they need to do. Bad service

I have had nothing but good things to say about them. If I need them to come back to re apply for weeds they always come back and do the job. I have had them for three years now. No complaints

Easily the best lawn service that I have used so far. But they can do a better job of follow up regarding call backs.
