Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service !

They were supposed to spray our neighbours lawn and instead did ours. We have outdoor animals who play and eat the grass which is now unsafe for them. Our addresses werent even close to the same (25 vs 33) and we have a good distance between the houses. Even if they did a good job, we have never wanted our lawn sprayed as were personally against it. Please double check the addresses

Service is great and polite and their suggestions are spot on too. Program was catered to my needs with some add-ons, which i appreciated. Will certainly continue with them.

Have been a customer for more than 20 years. As with every year, our lawn looks great with very few weeds and dead spots. Our backyard looks like an oasis amid all the weeds on both sides.

I just love their services at Nutri Lawn! They are the most professional, kind, and responsive lawn care company out there. I have tried weed man and tru green in the past and they pale in comparison! Do yourself a favour and choose these guys.

RIP OFF - I went out of my way to call this company to take of my lawn, and was told they are way too busy to come out and take a look at my lawn, but would be happy to sell me some full package over the phone. I told them Im not sure what the lawn needs, which is why I was calling a professional, but apparently they dont have any professionals either, just someone who will sell you something and keep your fingers crossed that a package the cost several hundred dollars does what is needed. Clearly a business that does not have the clients interest in mind. They called 3.5 months later to advise me that they are now not too busy and can properly quote me. I told them where they can stick their packages.

After a bad customer service experience, Chris did come to the house and offered to correct the situation.

This service was very disappointing, a complete waste of a lot of money. My lawn looks awful. To others reading this: save your money, there are far better services then Nutri-Lawn out there. The only time they will actually listen to you is when you give them your c/c number.

They left my gate open on a few of their visits, which ended up getting damaged from the wind. Also beware that their services carry over from season to season and you must cancel between season even though you have no verbal or written agreement, feels like a scam to be honest. Not recommended

Just a phenomenal service, and their technicians are amazing! Particularly that little one, short kid, great service.

The lawn is looking amazing after two treatments. We had significant thistle challenges and appreciated the non-toxic treatment approach. Communication, notification of treatments and staff are stellar.

More weeds now than when they started. Each visit seems shorter than the last, as if they were trying to break a record for least time spent applying application.

We just went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken and it was so juicy will get it there from now on

Everything has been smooth, and has required no extra time to coordinate. The lawn is well taken care of, and the workers are respectful of our bee hive and our gardens.

Unfortunately they never did the service I paid for. The core aeration was not done over the entire lawn and back area. The weed killer did not kill the weeds, in fact they seem to flourish. When I asked them to redo certain areas they asked me to wait another two weeks for the product to work when I was told it works in 48 hours. Then they promised to send someone stat. I am still waiting. Will NOT use this company again and not recommend to neighbours. Poor way to run a business.

Recently contracted Nutri-Lawn to take care of our damaged front lawn. We have significant recurring weeds and after careful consideration opted to retain their services. Having reviewed their information on treatments to be provided we look forward to better days ahead for our lawn. So far, the interaction with the companys representative has been very professional. The first application is to take place in a week.

Great communication (via text/email) of upcoming services. And they provide a very detailed evaluation of your lawn. Theyre a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Paid $300 in May just for front lawn only and have been visited for service appointments twice. Weeds including dandelions continue to appear and have to be pulled manually....not a lot of value for the money in my opinion.

Fertilizer and weed control products are very effective and costs of services are competitive and not inflated. Customer service is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always receive advance notice (day before) of technicians visits and services to be performed, which is considerate and appreciated. After visits, technicians prepare well-written reports of services performed noting progress of lawn care and suggestions for remedies if problems are noticed. This is a great lawn-care company.

I called Nutri Lawn two years ago for some cinch bug control (which by the way, didnt work at all but thats not my gripe). This year low and behold, I get a bill in the mail for $130 from them. I ask my wife if we requested service, I already knew her answer would be no as we didnt request any service. I call and talk to them and they say that the service re occurs until we cancel. This was never mentioned to me at all. The only evidence is a small section on the bill that also has typing written over it so its almost illegible. I tell them my frustration and pay the bill for this service and promptly tell them to cancel any future unrequested services. This was at a rental property we have. Then I get another bill for same services rendered at our primary residence. This one is less as the property is smaller, but now Im ticked off as its the principle behind it. I dont believe this business practice is fair as its never mentioned prior to booking any sort of service. Just an illegible tiny spot on the invoice. They never phoned my prior to service, or even left a lawn placard. How do I know they even came???? A bill just showed up. Ive asked for Managers to call me, but no response on their end. This was Nutri Lawn Cambridge.

While it has been a learning experience for me, they have helped me out along the way. They are professional and there to help, while this year for me has been a tough one on my lawn the have kept me on the right path. I recommend just giving then a call.

Have used this service for a year now and am happy with my choice. The weed control they do is excellent, dries up all the dandelions and other weeds completely. I also had them do the fertilizer as well which really helped thicken my grass. I have some trouble spots that they recommended I do an aeration and over seed on. I ordered the aeration (which was fast and done well) but did the seeding myself. Pricing it out against what they quoted was quite close to what I spent so going forward I would use their seeding. My only complaint is minor, sometimes it can be a bit of a wait to get a direct response from them but that wasnt every time and Im guilty of that at work myself! Overall very happy I called them last year and will continue to use their service going forward.

I do not recommend this company. They ruined my grandmothers entire front lawn and have not done anything to help her or fix it. She paid for multiple treatments but the company only performed one, keeping the remaining money. She trusted that the company could help her after contacting them about her concern, only to find out that she is to blame for her lawn being destroyed? We have tried phoning this company multiple times to resolve this but the manager never seems to be available or returns phone calls.

Took advantage of my elderly grandmother for many years who worked very hard to earn her money as an immigrant from Europe. Charging over $700 for the season on a 30x30 lot size. Buyer beware.

Nutri-lawn have been excellent right from the go. I particularly like their emails to remind you of the service appointments and the helpful website which provides your own account so you can track service appointments and get helpful hints and tips for caring for your lawn. Nutri-lawns customer service staff are both helpful and knowledgeable and our experience of dealing with their onsite technicians has been very positive. We are a loyal customer of 4 years. Last year we were told that we have white worms in our yard. I hope that this year they will be able to get rid of them for us.

Nutri lawn over fertilized my grass and we paid for weed control. They did 1 treatment and we paid for 3. After the 1st treatment we never heard from them again. Me and my wife called numerous amount of times and they kept putting it off week after week. Worst experience. Save your money.

Weve had lawn troubles for years and even completely re-sodded it five years ago. We were thinking we needed to resod again next year and as a last-ditch effort to save our lawn, we recently called Nutri-Lawn. Its only been about seven weeks since I contacted them yet my lawn looks so much better. The trouble spots are healing, the lawn is greener and the weeds are gone. After seeing the results, I wont hesitate to call them again in the spring. I just wish I took before and after pictures to post to highlight the changes...

In the past this company has been great, But last year was not the case, I had asked that they put weed killer down on both the back and front lawns, This was suppose to kill the weeds. After two weeks the weeds were still present, I had notified them regarding this, they came out again, to re spray, this still did not get rid of the weeds, neither did the third time out. my friend wanted to try this company, They went to the wrong address , not hers, and ended up charging her for the service they had completed at someone else,s home.Hmm . I will be going to another company as will my friend. If you hire these guys it is best to be home when they come out to make sure they are actually doing as you want.

Ive used four different lawn care companies in the past, and Nutri-Lawn is the first (and only) company Ive gone back to for a second year. They always call you ahead of time to let you know they are coming, and their staff are respectful and professional. Highly recommend.

Ive been using Nutri-lawn for the past few years. We went from weeds to dirt to grubs until we finally connected with Nutri-lawn. Despite the less than perfect soil we have; the chipmunk tunnels; grubs; thatch - we were able to create a lovely lawn, changing up our program with Nutri-lawns advice. Excellent customer service! Same technician the whole year which is great so you only have one person who can see how and what needs to be done to keep the yard in great condition all year. Technician made sure to get even in the hard to reach areas while taking care not to get lawn fertilizer in the garden.

The service providers at Nutrilawn have been thorough and communicated well with me about the state of my lawn, visits, promotions etc. They have been honest about the needs of my lawn, but they have also worked with me to create a plan that fits my budget. This is the first year I tried Nutrilawn. It was tricky contacting them at first to speak with someone in my area, but once I was able to speak with someone in my area, I received excellent service. My neighbour receives Service from Nutrilawn and after a year of using them most of the weeds on her lawn was gone. So when I asked her who she used, she told me only great things about this company. She also told me about the referral program. When she refers someone she gets a discount and if the person who is referred sign up, they also get a discount. I thought this was great. I have had one lawn treatment so far because I started my contract late into the Spring, but I have seen a difference in my lawn already. Overall, great service for the price.

It would probably be better if we always followed the instructions and guidance provided by those that come to service our lawn. We love Nutri-lawn. They spray our yard for mosquitos and it works. Touch wood we have not had a problem since they sprayed in early May. Give it a try and you will enjoy your yard day and evening.

Nutri-Lawn has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. They are always very friendly yet professional when they come to provide my service. Amazing to deal with and highly recommend them.

Pros: Fast response to calls and inquiries. E-mail and phone msgs letting you know when they will come out and service. Cons: I signed up for core aeration, overseeding, fertilizing and weed management. My lawn ended up in a worse state than not having a lawn care provider at all. The weed killers did not kill the weed and the only thing green in my yard are weed. My yard looks worse than all of my neighbours yards. Nutri-lawn did provide suggestions on how to make my yard better via kelp treatment to deal with the draught but I did not go for it because the weed killer that I paid for wasnt working. At least they were fast in cancellation / refund when I asked for it.

I could see that my lawn needed some attention so I called Nutri-Lawn of Kitchener. They were easy to deal with and took care of my situation relatively quickly.

Terrible experience. We hired them to handle weed control for one season in our new home. After their initial sales pitch and once we had signed on, it was very difficult to track someone down to actually have our lawn sprayed. Not to mention, their treatments did nothing. We were told that after 2-3 applications, most of our clover and thistles would be gone. Not so. After 3 applications and almost $300, our weeds are bigger and more widespread than ever. They even had the nerve to try to up-sell us on each visit when they werent even managing to provide the service we were already paying for! Finally, their customer service is horrendous. They claimed to have called and left me voice messages when I am certain they didnt (Ive checked all of my call logs). When I asked them to cancel my service (which is auto-renewed!), I was told that I would have to wait for them to process the request. Funny that it only took minutes to sign me up but to cancel takes days....and Im still waiting. Hiring Nutri-Lawn was a big waste of money.
