Customer service left a lot to be desired. Our work was pushed back and we were not informed. Worksmen turned up and, as the gate was just closed and not bolted, walked straight into the garden without announcing their arrival. When we went outside to greet them, it was apparent that they had not been told what they were meant to be doing at all, so we had to inform them. The second day, after bolting the gate, the worksmen still tried to go straight into the garden by forcibly trying to open the gate from the other side before relenting and knocking to be let in. Items were left on our property for over a week without collection despite sending multiple emails and leaving a voicemail. Even though the work seems good at the moment (only two weeks in), I would have liked more organisation and courtesy. ETA (as requested by Summit Landscapes): Came to update my review as the company has asked me to. Unfortunately, I obviously can t change anything about what I wrote as those are the facts so hopefully they have done what they say and taken my feedback seriously (rather than just asking me to lie about it). In terms of the work, our decking is now lopsided and our lawn ended up very uneven, so I ve taken an extra star off (originally I left 3). Hope this helps the small company so they can work on the issues I ve raised and, more importantly, I hope this helps potential customers (which is obviously the entire point of a review).

I employed Summit Landscapes for a complete garden renovation - including fencing, patio, raised beds, lawn and driveway. I am delighted with the result - I found the workmanship to be excellent, the people were friendly and professional, the communication was good. Theyre probably not the cheapest, but I found the quality to be first class, and in a world where you generally get what you pay for, they offer excellent value for money. I would recommend their services wholeheartedly.

Iain and the team were great from the off. The design team really understood our requirements and were happy to change them accordingly as and when. Late review but Summit Landscaping did an incredible job on our front garden. We had it turfed with new flower beds put in and planted. They consulted us on the details along the way and checked in with us to make sure that we were happy. The guys were lovely to deal with and very conscientious. I had a great experience with Summit. The job turned out to be far, far larger than I had anticipated, and meant carrying (at least) ten tons of earth and gravel through a narrow hallway. Amazing work from Summit Landscapes, with a new build home I needed a reliable company to give my garden the home feeling it needs and so Summit gave me new decking, patio and a small pond. No more just grass! 5* I m over the moon and can t wait for the weather to return so I can enjoy it. Amazing customer service and speedy work to a great standard.

I needed to give my garden a brighter and more lively look so after discussing with Summit Landscapes we decided on a water feature and some artificial grass to keep maintenance low. Summit carried out our landscaping works including the removal of existing paving, concrete paths and soil to adjust levels. They then laid Indian sandstone paving, border setts and a brick retaining wall to the reduced lawn area and two sets of steps. In addition, some fencing was replaced with close board fencing panels, concrete posts and gravel boards and a new set of double gates. Adam (the site surveyor), Rob, Mike and Liam worked extremely hard over a three week period in May (two weeks in very wet conditions) to complete the project. At all stages the team were responsive to our requirements and made suggestions as the project progressed. The finished project has been admired by friends, family and numerous neighbours. We have no hesitation in recommending Summit for the quality of their workmanship and their courteous team.

We are hugely grateful to Iain and the team for helping us solve our shed problems within a very tight timeframe. Lawrence and his colleagues were a pleasure to have around and everyone worked positively to resolve the issues that arose. I would be happy to recommend Summit landscapes and we have already gone back to them for quotes for future projects.

Summit came and created my new garden from a very plain blank space. I had a wish list and a budget for the project and between us we worked out what would work best to incorporate my wants and needs into the space available. When work began last autumn the boys turned up every day, worked well and were very considerate, - in particular with regard to having to manage their vehicles, digger and skip and yet still give me access to manoeuvre my own car in and out of the property. It was winter, we had some wet days, and yet they always left the site as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day. All the guys were very polite, and it was a pleasure to have them working on the job. Now it is spring, - the plants have settled in well and are flourishing, and the end result, - I am absolutely delighted with it.

Summit Landscape were professional from the start. We employed them to transform the garden and lay a new step following building work at the back of the garden (of a new shed) and an extension to the rear of the house, which had destroyed the lawn. Communication and invoicing was prompt and clear, the workmen on site were punctual, polite, tidy and hard-working, and they finished the job earlier than forecast. They werent the cheapest, but we wanted peace of mind and a high-quality finished product. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Summit Landscapes to friends and others.

THE Company was very easy to deal with and extremely adaptable when we altered some of the designs and also added extra jobs that we had thought about along the way. We were on a bit of a time scale and even after our alterations they still assured us that they would finish on time for us, and they did exactly that.The workmen were very quick each day completing the task even in the pouring rain on two days. Very nice group of workmen polite and did not stop work all day. The finished job and the resin drive, front and the side of the bungalow really looks fantastic. With the brick edging stones giving it a truly professional finish. I would certainly recommend Summit Landscapes without hesitation.

Summit did quite a major project for us, and took responsibility for the end to end management from planning, project management, all excavations works, and installation of new deck, ballastrade, lighting, vegetable beds, pathways, flowerbeds, turfing and planting. While the project took a little longer than originally anticipated, once all works were complete, it was to the highest standard. Overall I was very happy with the service, and would certainly recommend the Summit Landscapes team to prospective customers.

We used Summit to install a block paved driveway. We were extremely happy with the block work paving carried out by Rolandas, Evaldas, Tom and Aistis. Their approach was extremely professional and they all worked extremely hard to get the project completed as quickly as possible (even working through a day of really heavy rain). The team were also really personable and made sure that the site was neat and tidy at the end of each working day. We are very happy with the finished result. This was the final piece of the jigsaw after building a house. If only Summit did plumbing too.

From the minute we contacted Summit Landscapes we were impressed. Iain came out to see out garden very quickly and was full of ideas and suggestions on the plan we had in mind. The quote was sent through quickly, and was thorough and easy to understand. Once we confirmed we wanted them to do the work we were lucky that they could fit our job in the following week, and were given a completion date of a week and a half after that which was achieved, and to a very high standard with good quality products. I hired Summit landscapes to tidy my garden getting everything ready to sell the house. They made some great suggestions and did a lot of work included :block paving,fencing and some ground works. Highly recommended!!!

fantastic. we had 280 m2 of very old broken concrete drive, part an old builders yard. It was cracked, with grass growing, and puddles forming in the rain. we have had the long arm of the L laid to paving blocks with kerb edging, and the shorter side arm of the L to resin/gravel. The final appearance is beyond our expectations. The work was meticulous - the levels, the placement of the blocks, the clearing up afterwards. The team worked really long hours, and worked really hard. But, it isnt just that we had a new surface to a battered old drive. The team also landscaped the area to deal with sudden changes in level, drainage issues, flower beds whose edges didnt match. We now have an excellent front drive, with well formed borders, gate and flower beds. absolutely excellent.

Our clients have been extremely happy with the works done for them by Summit Landscapes. All their work is carried out to a high standard and is all good quality work. We are astonished at how well the water drains away on their resin bound gravel and any minor issues that we had were rectified straight away. The area covered was a large and challenging area but the works completed were extremely good. Wonderful! The fence looks just like it used to!

Too busy to be bother for a simple quote apparently! Called the first time for a quote and agreed to meet at midday, following their call 15 mins before showing up, but they never called. Second call and they said I didnt turn up for the appointment and was asked what was the work to be carried out (remove hedge + putting a new fence on for about 2.5k). For some reason they werent interested anymore!
