From start to finish Emerald Landscapes offered a very professional service. Adam visited us and discussed our options that were within our budget. Nicola was always at the end of an email with answers to our various questions. Lawrence completed our project in 4 days and the results are nothing short of amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he really went out of his way to ensure we were happy at all times. I cant recommend Emerald Landscapes highly enough.

We were delighted with Emeralds prompt and efficient service in building a retaining fence to a raised border along our boundary. The work was completed without any delays, and the work force were helpful and pleasant to have around.

We had a very good experience with Emerald. Their quote was significantly lower than other companies, and they knocked a large amount off the price when we needed to downscale the size of the project a few weeks before we were due to begin. They did push the project start date back a couple of times, but once on site were easy to work with. Whenever decisions needed to be made, they explained everything in full and offered good solutions. Great attention to detail, and the work was completed to a high standard. I would recommend Emerald and would use them again.

Once started the team always had a minute to explain what they were doing and kept things organised and tidy on site.

Adam delivered a professional service from the start, offering a detailed, competitive quotation and excellent advice at the throughout the project. I was able to message him at any point with questions or concerns, and I always heard back in a timely fashion. His team completed all tasks (clearance, groundwork, hot tarmacking, paving, artificial lawn and joinery) with great efficiency and flexibility, and to an extremely high standard. They were happy to accommodate my various extras and ideas as the job progressed, and were even able to start and finish the job earlier than they had promised! Ive ended up with exactly the result I had envisioned, if not better! Id have no problem in using Emerald Landscapes again, or recommending them to anyone else.

We were very pleased we appointed Emerald Landscapes. From the initial appointment right through to the end of the project they listened to what we wanted to achieve and they delivered, as well as providing helpful advice and suggestions along the way. We changed our minds on a couple of areas midway through the project and they were very quick and willing to adapt. The guys on site day to day were great and were always willing to discuss what and how they were doing things. Everything was cleared up and cleaned away at the end and they have been helpful providing post project advice on appropriate care and just answering any questions. Couldnt be happier with the service from Emerald Landscapes. They replaced several of my fences and improved my driveway area giving it a wonderful modern feel with batten fencing and clean and tidy look. The whole process was extremely easy and efficient, great advice during planning and outstanding workmanship. Emerald landscaping did a good job and we are happy with the end result. There were some challenges in the project which led to some delays. But Greg and co went the extra mile to make sure it was all completed on time and to spec. Would use them again!

After moving into our home in 2021, we were distraught with the state the developers had left our garden in (steep incline, minimal slabs and little privacy). After contacting Emerald, they visited our property and took onboard all of our feedback and concerns with its current state. Within 2 weeks, Emeralds landscape designer came back with a full 3D render of our dream garden! It featured everything we wanted, from trees to provide more privacy, yet not block out sunlight, to a dedicated play area for our children. It had everything we had hoped for in a garden. Emerald were quick to schedule in the work, and it was immediately clear that the team they assigned to our project were incredibly skilled and dedicated. Adam and his groundwork team completed the job within the 3-week timeline they had proposed, and even supported with additional asks we had of them throughout. Adam and his team have done a great job on our garden. We were originally recommended Emerald through a local garden designer and we are pleased to have received this introduction. The team worked hard and were receptive to our ideas (and changes). Despite the incredibly hot weather experienced during our garden build, the work was completed to a high standard, with care and attention given to all aspects. Recommend!

Brilliant! Came out within days of contact to give a second opinion on new build garden that had been laid to the wrong levels. Very professional! The advice they gave was spot on and even wrote out the remedial work required which the developer then had to adhere to. Whilst on site, they then also quoted for laying a patio and mulch kids area . The quote was very competitive and we have pre-booked them to go ahead with the work later in the year.

Great bit of ground work with challenging fragile stone work, and nice fencing work. I contacted a few landscapers around Cambridge for our project and very few seemed bothered to come back to me. It was a totally different experience with Emerald - they arranged to visit to discuss the project further and promptly quoted. We had our front drive levelled and gravelled, and the back of house had a patio installed and some turf laid. We were very pleased with the end result. The team were friendly and professional throughout. Would happily use them again.

These guys are very professional. They work really hard throughout the day without taking many breaks. They clean up any mess after each day and communicate regularly about progress of the project. We had a new patio, wooden sleepers and artificial turf laid.
