This service was hired to cut back trees overhanging current property line by an Apartment Complex. I reside on the property these trees were hanging over. Without prior notice by either party, these arbors came in to cut back branches which ultimately damaged personal property. The owner Joel, who took no responsibility, till this day has avoid any liability for what happened. The principal behind any business is to do right by your services, which in this case it s been far from that. What ethics are running this company. I encourage anyone who s had a fall out or outing to voice your concerns

Joel, the arborist, was great! However, the guys that fertilized the trees left a bit of a mess under each tree. I would give a 9 of 10 (4.5 stars) but the rating doesn t allow that.

Very on time, careful and mindful of all my concerns. Had three tall palms close to the house and pool equipment. Nothing damage and no close calls. Highly recommend them. The price was competitive with others who are insured and licensed. Trust only with licensed and insurance. They are trust worthy!!

They submitted a proposal after reviewing the work they fulfilled arriving on time and were very responsive during the process of preparation and they took care the items that were fragile like lights and sprinklers while, dismantling the disrupt of trees that we had therefore I recommend from our personal standpoint this company

On May 16th and 17th 2024 Joel and his crew worked at our residence in Camarillo trimming several of our Eucalyptus trees. This is second time in 5 months we have had Joel and his crew working at our house. We have over 50 trees. Joel and his crew worked quickly and cleanly. ALL of the trimming was excellent and exactly what I requested. Joel was on site answering my questions and supervising his crew. I highly recommend Joel and his crew. Because of all our trees I will have him back in six months for more work and six months after. I trust him and his estimates are what he chargers. He is very attentive in listening to what the customer wants and expects. He never suggests work that is not need keeping his cost at minimum. He has my highest recommendation Joel s son Cody helps in the business and Cody is certified Arborist. These guy were excellent from start to finish. They removed 4 very large trees and some smaller ones all in one day. The owner Joel was great and was nice to talk to. His employees even helped me load some deliveries into the garage and cleaned up the side of my yard without me asking. Would use again and recommend to everyone.

Spent a fair amount of time researching arborists and tree services. Decided on Joel and Arborist Crew Services. He gave us very good information on what the trees needed and how they should be trimmed. Joel and the crew arrived right on time, and proceeded to convert our over-grown forest into very well shaped, open to airflow, and beautiful manicured trees. He even made both me and my husband happy with the results - very hard task to achieve. They completed the job in one day. Left everything neat and clean - great job for a reasonable price. I want to give a huge shout out to Arboristcrew tree trimming company. They arrived on time and clearly understood what they were to do and started in a timely manner. I have artificial turf which they protected using plywood over the turf. They were courteous, efficient, and worked with my requests during the job. I would highly recommend this responsible company. Joel and Arborist Crew Services have earned my business for life. We found Arborist Crew Services when a downed tree lomb blocked our private drive and needed emergency removal. The crew cleared the drive within 3 hours of us calling and had the 3 Chinese Elms trimmed and the site cleaned up by noon the following day. Joel and his crew took what was looking like a nightmare of a day and made it really easy. Hes been maintaining those same trees for several years now and we are very happy.

We hired Joel and his team at Camarillo Tree Service to remove a queen palm and Australian laurel from our front yard and a tangerine stump from our backyard. We also have an apple that needed some professional help with shaping and thinning. Joel was quick to respond from beginning to end. He and his crew were punctual, friendly and professional. The trees came down efficiently and when they were done, there was no evidence they were even there - cleanup was that good. I will have no hesitation about calling Camarillo Tree the next time we need work like this taken care of.

We havent had any trees trimmed yet, but 2 of our neighbors have. I was standing on the corner with my dogs, talking to my friend, and one of the employees let us know that hed be using the chopper and he didnt want it to scare my dogs. I thought that was so considerate. So, in the future, Ill be calling them. Cant beat kindness these days!

This crew is amazing! They pruned two pepper trees and a coral tree last year and sent a reminder this year. They were here a week ago and pruned both pepper trees and cabled the large pepper tree. They cleaned up all the mess and even put tarps down on my deck to protect it. They carry out all the limbs and don t drag them. I highly recommend Joel and his Arborist Crew

The latest rain storms wreaked havoc on a couple of my older trees which had to be removed safely. Joel and his crew were outstanding and priced very fair. Joel never ignored any concerns or questions I had about the job which took 2 days to complete. Thanks again Joel and Crew for a great job.

Our citrus were NEVER trimmed. They must be about 50 yrs old (weve been here about 10) & I saw a rat in the canopy of one of em. The CTS crew brought the trees to a manageable size. The crew seemed big for the job but, boy, they were done so quick it made my head spin. They did a real nice clean-up. They even sided back the small bit of the neighbors hedge as a throw-in. Theres no place for pests to hide now & were glad to be rid of them & the trees will refoliate nicely.
