His crew are hardworking, skilled, and polite. Jay and his on-site supervisor made sure that the work progressed on schedule and his choice of sub-contractors were equally responsive. I was always able to reach Jay when I had a question and his advice about how to best provide what we wanted was always spot on. His project cost estimate and charges were fair and reasonable. We feel we received excellent value for the money we spent on this project. My husband and I give Jay Ratto Landscaping our absolute highest recommendation.

Can't say enough about these guys! They did a spectacular job on our driveway and patio. The crew we had advised us it would be best to pour new slabs to prevent any settling and shifting of the pavers over the next 20-30+ years instead of crushed concrete.They're very maticulous in their work and made sure to go above and beyond to leave you with a long lasting addition to our property. Will be recommending them to others and using them again in the future.

I appreciate that you were an advisor for me and helped me to make decisions about appropriate materials, colors, and layout. The result is such a coordinated look! It was especially helpful to meet with you at the supplier to see choices in real light, not just the pages of a brochure. The work proceeded like clockwork. Materials and equipment all arrived on schedule. The demo was completed in a day as promised. The dumpster disappeared the very next morning! When the project was complete equipment was removed just as quickly. Your masonry team is a group of very skilled men. They are polite, hardworking, exacting, and very professional. It was clear that there was a game plan for each day. The team took the time to evaluate, check, and recheck each day. Each day closed and the work area was clean and organized with materials stacked and laid out for the next day. Young John was a terrific project manager. He has a wonderful rapport with your team. He not only supervised the project… he communicated daily, helped with problem solving, and even assisted. I appreciated that John touched base with me routinely and helped me with pros and cons when decisions were needed. Thank you for helping to resolve several drainage issues. Thank you for sprucing up my rock wall. Thank you for coordinating both the electrical team and the pool team, their work was so well done! Thanks go also to Emily and Jessica. Terrible and not professional. Not responsive at all with questions and left many things unanswered. Have tried to contact the project manager and company with no response. It has been about a month now. Would never recommend. If you are looking for professionalism look elsewhere.

My neighbors use them and instead of cleaning up carting away leaves or other yard clippings and especially when they do snow removal they dump their debris into my yard. Totally unprofessional and lazy. Spoke with a landscaper named Raul and asked him to clean up his mess and he told me to call the police of i didn’t like it.
