We visited this nursery in July 2020 looking for two dwarf size trees for outside our front door. We told the sales person the trees would be outside all year in large pots. They sold us two- 3 foot tall arborvitae trees. When we got home, we immediately planted them in large pots, kept them watered and fed with Miracle Grow etc. About 3 or 4 weeks later one of the 2 began to show some brown foliage, which we thought might just be from it getting settled in the pot, or maybe the change of season. However the brown became increasingly worse. We wrote to this business including photos of the condition and the manager/owner responded that the trees are dead and its our fault as we didnt water them. We said we did water them, and the business then told us those trees dont do well in pots. WHAT? they do not do well in pots? BUT thats what we asked for. SO the sales person sold us something we did not ask for and the manager said he can do nothing for us. BUT GET THIS ... the same manager who said these trees dont do well in pots then said he has some left if we want to buy two more of the same trees that dont do well in pots. Gee wiz We did not ask for a refund just some guidance and the guidance we got was: its your fault...we can do nothing to help but sell you more of the same item. Thats not a business we wish to patronize any longer. Peace

I was looking for very specific plants and fertilizers. They had everything I was looking for, I just had to find it myself because the salesman wasnt super knowledgeable. He was very nice and polite, he just didnt understand what I was looking for. I was able to find it anyway though. Im sure if I had insisted, he would have asked someone else to help me, but the different fertilizers are organized neatly and it only took me a minute to find it myself.

Wonderful experience. The owner suggested a better design, I agreed and it was implemented. The job was beautiful and completed in a single afternoon.

He understood our style and preferences and what would work with our house. He has a great sense of design. We had never done landscaping before, so we were pretty nervous how things would turn out.
