Grasscutters in Caledonia

Started out as a great lawn service. Unfortunately, the quality provided has really started to drop over this last year. This year; we have had numerous problems with our lawn. We have had our lawn cut where the workers have missed several lines of grass being cut, they blow clippings into our garden beds and refuse to follow reasonable instructions when asked to not do so. We have given multiple opportunities to correct the issues and it continues to happen time and time again. The last straw was today when they came by to do a fall clean up for our neighbors and blew all of the yard waste into our lawn. I asked them why they did that and they shrugged their shoulders and said we didn’t have any where else to put it. The office staff are wonderful, but the staff actually doing the work simply just doesn’t care enough about the work they do. When we pay almost $100 more than comparable services and receive this quality, it’s flat out unacceptable.

I have used Grass Cutters for many years and have always been very happy with there service. There employees are alway nice and courteous. They always work hard to make sure my lawn looks it’s best even on those hot hot days. I appreciate all there hard work and recommend them anytime I can. It is awesome to come home to a Nicely cut lawn. 😁
