Torchwood Landscaping in Caledonia

We hired Luke and Torchwood Landscaping for several projects around our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our lawn had patches of golf grass, and Luke came out to install new sod in those areas. One year later, the sod looks fantastic! Torchwood also installed new plants and trees around the house, filling in the stones in the landscaping for a polished look. Additionally, they built a beautiful patio with a retaining wall for our hot tub, and it turned out perfectly. The quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about Torchwood Landscaping, and we will definitely use them again for future projects!

Worked with Torchwood Landscaping on replacing a deck and fenced garden with a new patio area as well as an assortment of additional updates (clearing and expanding flower beds, planting trees, etc). We had drainage and flooding issues in our yard and basement, and an unsightly brush area behind our shed. The Torchwood team regraded the yard and installed a french drain to help with drainage issues. They built a fence behind our shed that looks great. They also provided landscaping and planted flowers along our driveway. It is a relief to have this work done, and it looks fantastic! Luke and Torchwood did a great job - thanks!

Luke is a professional landscaper and a customer focused business man. The job was on time and completed to our satisfaction. We are ready to have Torchwood tackle our next landscaping job in 2022. The new retaining wall is near the street and we receive many great compliments on how it looks by our neighbors.

Luke completely transformed our backyard and we are so happy with the results. He expanded our deck, added an outdoor kitchen, put down a beautiful stone patio and fire pit, with custom lighting and audio to finish. He also designed all of our landscaping around the house and in the yard where we wanted more of a natural look to blend in with the forest line. This included a pretty extensive drainage project and adding new retaining walls. He was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, thoughtful in his recommendations for native and deer resistant plants, was very flexible with changes in the plans mid project, and was so thorough and detail oriented in his work. We're using the space all the time for pretty much everything!!

Our landscaping was 20+ years old and tired. We were ready for a change and Luke’s crew from Torchwood came in with a very professional rendering of our home and footprint with details we could easily visualize. They were able to communicate budget and timing to do the work in responsive fashion. The crew worked long hours and in bad weather to get the job done on time. We love it. Luke did a great job with our front yard landscaping in Cascade Township. He stuck to his word about the one-year guarantee on plant life and came back twice to replace plants/flowers that did not make it. He was super easy to work with and was easy to get a hold of and start a plan. Thank you!
