I got their Gold Package Lawn Care for the first time for the 2022 spring/summer/fall seasons. I could not be happier, it is now February 2023 and the grass that I see popping through the snow is still a luscious, deep green! The biggest thing I took away from the intial consultation and even the guy that came and did the work was this... you love your lawn - they love it more! You hate weeds - they DESPISE weeds! And they have the tools and materials to help with both! Oh, and they are pet friendly too! I just signed up for the coming 2023 season, and am happy to highly recommend Jeffs Outdoor.

I had an amazing experience working a summer season with Jeff s outdoors. Management truly seemed to have a magic touch working with us organizing and keeping high spirits 100% of the time. As well I was truly blown away with the excellent treatment of all the employees and the incredible events Jeff would put on for us which can really help pull such a large team together and form a strong community of friends. This could range from barbecues community events regular shop talks that were fun and interactive and sometimes we could get some prizes. Brandon, Ralph, and Vanessa came to our place to take down a sick tree, and also rip out a really nasty wisteria that had wrapped itself around darn near every other tree we had in the back yard. When they were finished cleaning up the flower beds, the whole yard looked so much bigger, I couldnt believe it. Theres so much more light back there now. My daughter is especially happy because now she can actually see the space she has, and start thinking about what new plants to put in next year. This is the fourth job weve had done by Jeffs, and were looking forward to job #5. Thank you!

Estimates are fair and reasonable.

Im a Property Manager for a building and we engaged in Jeffs for snow removal and salting during the winter season 2022-2023. Our contract was pay per visit. They often would charge us for services on days we had no snow or ice. They sent us pictures, and we were able to approve men only being on site for 5 minutes at times. Some pictures even proved that we had no snow prior to them charging us for shovelling. I even used the environmental tracker site they said they would use to determine amount of precipitation during a dispute of services, and I would send it to them and they would still argue they performed the service when it was below the contracted amount. One day it was plus 2 outside and raining and I sent video footage of them salting in the rain when the following days were also above 0 degrees and they still charged us for those salt visits. I was successful at having some visits removed from the bill, but they were more concerned with their own interests and making money. I quote what was said to me, well its either you or us who win. Didnt realize I was getting involved in a conflict from the start. Spent many hours in debates over the phone with Paul and it was quite frustrating. Just be careful and use cameras.

The crew did a great job !! I wouldn t hesitate to hire them for any projects.

Ralph and Brandon did an incredible large job here this week, in freezing temperatures. Our yard has never looked o good, and they even got me in about a month before we were scheduled. Thanks so much.

In November/21 we had Jeff s Outdoor do some fall landscaping at our house. They sent two excellent employees-Taylor and Candice-to do the work. They were hard-working and diligent individuals who trimmed the bushes and prepared the gardens for winter. I would highly recommend these two for any outdoor work that you would require! In November/23 we again had Jeff s Outdoor do the fall cleanup at our house. Employees Brandon and Ralph arrived and began working immediately. They were very pleasant. They were hard-working and the results were incredible. They trimmed trees and bushes and cleared gardens. Their cleanup was impeccable. They obviously took pride in their work. Brandon and Ralph did a superb job and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any landscaping jobs. I hope to have them back next year!

My apartment building is consistently oversalted its so disappointing, maybe your workers should take this course Smartaboutsalt.com and learn how to do it properly to not waste so much salt and degrade our steps. The salt is more slippery then the ice with how thick its laid down. Sad.

Quite simply no comparator with other services. My parents have used them in the past to fix damage done by a utilities company to their yard. Now, they are maintaining the yard. This is the second year. They are responsive when we ve had a question, are prompt with the cutting and trimming and thorough with the clean up. It s been an absolute pleasure dealing with them.

So awesome, NOT. .. Thanks for messing up our Gate. The guys that come here when were not home, thinking its justified to forcefully open our locked gate. Ripping the ground pin and loosening the gates as they hang.. while its locked to do work in our backyard. Loved coming home. Thinking it was safe to let our dogs out. As we left our gate locked when we went out. Ya no.. Jeffs employee left our gate wide open and swinging. And our dogs enjoyed the freedom.. glad my shepherd didnt attack anyone. We hired Jeff s to do our backyard patio last fall. We removed a larger deck and had a stone paver patio put in. Despite delays due to weather and jobs being pushed back, the communication was great which is so important. The crew was always friendly and professional, and they cleaned up the site every night before they left so we could still use our yard. When there was a problem on the weekend during the job (due to extreme rain, no fault of Jeff s), the supervisor came out to deal with the problem in a timely manner. Overall very professional and great quality work, would hire again!

We have been using Jeff s for a few years now and recently had them do a complete renovation of our property. We had some very particular needs for our front yard landscaping, and the whole Jeffs team was fantastic. They adapted my dream design of a rain garden and curved terraces with their expertise and made it fit the front yard perfectly. Brent and the crew added some great details in the stonework, and everything was done to impeccable quality. They made sure to communicate with our neighbours about any dust or noise issues, and kept the workplace safe for the school kids using the sidewalk. Would definitely use again and have recommended them to friends and family!

The team came in and got our gardens in tip-top shape that had been reglected for far to long, just a short couple of weeks before our outdoor wedding. It was one less thing we had to worry about. Jeffs Outdoor just finished re-setting our patio interlocking stones after many years since the original installation. The work was first class, the workers (Jake, Todd, Evan, and Eric) were very courteous, and cleaned up the worksite nicely after the work was completed. My wife and I have contracted Jeffs for various projects over the years and have always been satisfied with the work quality and reasonable pricing.

We recently finished a landscape job with Jeff s this fall and I was extremely satisfied with the overall result. I worked with their team from the initial design to completion. I was initially reluctant to pay the up front design fee but in retrospect it was money well spent given the number of redesigns and work involved that was included in the initial fee. This gave us a solid roadmap of the scope of work which we referred back to on a number of occasions. The result was an amazing fire pit and some additional patio space, gardens etc We did have some bumps along the way and in most cases it was beyond their control. The main takeaway is that the owner Jeff and his managers were accountable for everything and made sure we were 100% satisfied. The landscape team was very professional and made time to communicate with us along the way. I will definitely use them again for our next job.

Workers were excellent but management was terrible will not come back for repairs when they said they would. Left us holding the bag and doing the repair ourselves after spending over $40,000 for all the work. Would never have them again

We have had Jeffs take care of our winter snow plowing at our office for a number of years and for the last two years, at our home. What we are most impressed with is the after care, especially at our home. If there is any tidy up to the gravel in our rural driveway, they are on tope of it! Very happy with their service...many hugs!!!

We have delt with jeffs outdoor for many, many years norw, both for summer programes, as well as winter services. I can honestly say without any reservation that in my opion they are a wonderful company, with honesty, and so much customer caring. Their employees always complete their tasks on time, and with professional completion. We use their fertilization, airation, as weii as spring and fall landscape services, and could not be more satisfied totally, and as stated above all their residential winter servicrs with completr satisfaction. I have a neighbor who for a few dollars less changed from Jeffs last year to another landscape company, and who just recently informed me that he wishrd he had never changef. Although his new supplier does a decent job it is in no way up to the caliber of Jeffs services. (His words not mine.) If you are looking for a company who is honest, truely caring about theit cistomers, and professional in all aspects to deal with, look no furthet than Jeffs Outdoot Services.

Recently used Jeffs Outdoor to do some hardscaping and some resodding around a shed that I had built. The team at Jeff s Outdoor was instrumental in taking our backyard from meh . to WOW!! We have a small yard and it is difficult to get grass to grow so we decided to install artificial grass. We needed a landscape company to do the hard landscaping prep before the artificial grass was installed by a different company. From the first visit to discuss our project and provide an estimate to the final visit to confirm that the drainage system was working, the staff at Jeff s were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. We got a detailed estimate and there were no extra surprise costs. The crew was friendly and they were always willing to listen to the homeowners and answer questions. They had to transport all the materials through the house (yes .. for real .) and they did this without any damage at all. They were extremely clean, taking every bit of garbage/extra material away each day. I can see why this company is in such high demand. When we moved to this house we knew the yard had potential but it needed serious attention. We contacted Jeff s Outdoor and they put together a plan that transformed our backyard. The crew was polite, efficient, and very hardworking. They did a great job and we couldn t be happier.

We first interfaced with Jeff L., who was our designer on mocking up our vision. He was able to take all our thoughts and make a rendering of exactly what we wanted, and took the time to answer all my emails and phone calls before we made our final decision. His patience and professionalism is what made us choose Jeffs Outdoor after meeting with numerous others. Jake, Austin & Simon completed our total backyard reno which included some hardscaping, gardening and sod installation. They were extremely careful and meticulous throughout the entire process, ensuring nothing was missed and it was done to perfection. The final results speak to their skills and dedication to ensuring perfect work. They were not only super friendly (my dog already misses them), but after a long days work, Jake always made time to explain the process and field any questions we had. We are so happy with the final outcome and would absolutely recommend and hire them again.

Simply put: you want your plants killed & to be charged for services that weren t done, I d recommend this company. When these issues were addressed with them, they refused to give a refund or even pay for the plants they killed. You d think that during COVID a local business would appreciate their customers, but we couldn t have been more wrong to think that. Maybe it s because they were able to continue operations when everyone else had to shut down, so they have no need to provide great service. Lesson learned - we now have an incredible local business we use that actually care. So in a way, thank you for sucking so we could find an even better company!

We hired Jeff s Outdoor to complete a total redo of our backyard lawn and rework the front garden with existing plants and add new. Booking was easy and they were able to start in a reasonable time given the COVID-19 influence. Jeff and his crew were amazing to deal with and took great care in all aspects of our project. Very professional, responds quickly if any issues or concerns. I use them for lawn care and am happy with the results going into my 2nd year. I have healthy grass growing in areas where I could never grow before. Weeds are under control now. It is not an overnight fix so you have to be patient. Would recommend and all staff very pleasant to deal with.

Honestly do not hire , If you dont want the trouble just turn away. I have gotten a few quotes and decided to go with jeff outdoor which was alittle higher quote then the others but I wanted it done properly, but boy I was wrong! Definitely dont make the mistake of paying in full before they come fix the problem because youll never see them again. Theyll acknowledge the problems then say ,oh well have to call the contractor and theyll never come or answer the phone.DONT PAY THE MIDDLE MAN! Most of there projects arent even done by them they sub everything! All I want to warn people is that we all work hard for our money and dont waste yours with Jeffs outdoor ,dont pay the middle man and hire direct! Because youll have to take them to court or pay someone else to do it properly !. I will be uploading pics to show you guys

Couldn t be more happier with our Backyard Reno with Jeff s! We also hired them to do our yard maintenance this summer so we could focus on our backyard! Everything was exactly how we wanted it and thanks to Jeff s for helping us with our vision! Already planning phase 2 and 3 and probably 4!

Wow wow wow. I felt like I was on an HGTV show! Jeffs took our sad, underwhelming yard and made it the envy of all our neighbours! The team was respectful of our budget and needs, and the entire install crew was a delight to spend time with. I cant recommend Jeffs highly enough!

We have been clients of Jeff s Outdoor for many years now. While things have not always been perfect, Jeff and his team have ALWAYS taken the time to listen to my concerns and ensure a satisfactory solution for all. This year, in particular, our garden care crew has been SUPERB! Never do I find a weed and the plants and beds are well cared for. Amanda and Megan showed up today. on a friday and did my yard work. They are awesome. they bagged the clippings and did a good job weedwackin. They saved me the 2 hrs that the rest of the wkend went to gardening. So glad I called for Jeffs outdoor service. TY

Atrocious. Jeffs is responsible for a condo unit in Binbrook. When they show up, its a moderate cut. No questions there. The trimming? Absent. Looking after the landscape, possibly adding seeds or wood chips. Nah, either they dont recommend it or couldnt be arsed to negotiate new terms. They accept the contract and dont go beyond. With new developments, look elsewhere. Lazy at foremost, underwhelming at best.

I am thrilled with the landscaping project Jeffs team did. From design to completion every aspect was smooth. Jeff has many teams, my 2 day project was completed by Paul and Jake. Due to heavy rains prior to starting they chose not to run heavy equipment across the soggy lawn so they dug holes by hand for my backyard trees and let me tell you in Hagersville we have heavy grey clay!!!! My big rocks were carefully chosen and placed to suit the garden designed by Mike the in house landscape specialist. I can see why this company has become so well respected.
