Cesar's Lawn Care in Calabash

We have found Cesar’s to be the most reliable, trustworthy, efficient company. It’s our 4th try with lawn care over a period of 17 years in this area, and we’ve finally found a group of people who follow through and care about their customers. Hands down the best! Thank you, Cesar and crew.

Never called me back.

Called twice to ask for quote on lawn service. No response. Moving on.

We hired Cesar's two years ago to take care of both our properties. We contracted for full service lawn and shrubbery care, and that included weed control and mulch once a year. The expectations was to keep the property maintenance up and looking attractive. Mulching and trimming was fine, but the bushes were never trimmed unless we asked. The lawn crew didn't know what to trim and when. We had to ask them to trim one time during mid-summer because we have Red Chinese Fringe Flower shrubs, and they grow constantly and were overgrown. However, they came in and deeply trimmed everything, and our two Japanese Holly's subsequently died. They seem to be fine for trimming and grass cutting, but they need to have someone with knowledge of plants on site to direct the crew of when and what to cut. Weed control in the flower beds was also lacking. The owner seems like a nice guy and would do what you ask, but as a customer I should not have to "manage" his people to do the expected job. When I asked the crew to do something while they were here, they would always look confused and say "call the boss", as if they had no knowledge of what they were supposed to do on our properties beyond cutting the grass, edging, and blowing. We shouldn't have to call the boss. So we moved on to another contractor.

They tried to double bill me, and corrected it, but it kept happening. After the hurricane I asked if it was included in the price, they said yes. After 3 weeks and as many calls, they said it would be $420 to clean up the debris. That was it! I found someone else. He is polite and accommodating with the right price!

Absolute best service in the area! 10/10

Called for estimate on yearly yard service. After waiting home 4 separate days for (I will be at your home this afternoon) they were a no show. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. If I conducted my business for 37 years that way. I would have gone out of business in several years.
