Family owned business with top notch service. I’ve done a big project with them and it turned out great. They also due all of our weekly maintenance and treat our yard. We always get compliments all the time on how green our grass is. These guys are first class all the way.
We had these guys install a sprinkler system, and are extremely happy with the work they provided. They had a really quick turnaround time from calling for a quote, to them being finished with the work. Very professional, and just all-around pleasant to work with.
These guys are fast and responsive. They are definitely knowlegeable about all things sprinklers and were able to answer all my questions and teach me some things. They got me on their schedule asap to fix some repairs, and they got those repairs done quickly and correctly. I'm a very happy customer whose sprinkers are now fixed! We've used Milliken's for lawn maintenance (mowing, fertilization, and weed control) since we moved into our new home in March. They do an excellent job with all that they do. However, on a chance, we called the other day to see if they would clear weeds in our planting beds - sure enough, within a couple of days, a crew stopped by to "take care of business". Milliken responded quickly to my call for service on my sprinkler system. The technician was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. He quickly repaired an electrical short, replaced several damaged sprinkler heads, and repaired a broken line. I had a very good experience doing business with Milliken, I would do so again without hesitation, and I certainly recommend them.
I have done business with Milliken's for several years now and in I my opinion they are the best! The scheduling and communication is excellent. Jason, Eddie and all the crew members have been excellent with their courteous and professional work ethic. They did an aeration procedure on my yard but I prefer to do my own mowing and I have my sprinkler system check out every year during March and recently I had them install a drain for my gutters because of water pooling next to my foundation and it completely solved the drainage problem. I needed a replacement sprinkler control unit at our house. We looked online, called Milliken's, and spoke to Jason. He quoted us at a fair price and once he came out and installed the unit kept to that price. Once he was finished he tested the zones and even repaired one of the broken sprinkler heads. Awesome service and extremely fair pricing. Had Jason out today to look at my sprinkler system that hasn't been used in 2+ years. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to walk me through what he was doing and what recommendations he had. He never tried to "sell" me on anything. He was quick to make a few adjustments on certain heads I thought were broken. Any less of a business would have been quick to tell me I need to replace the heads and pad the bill. All in all a fantastic experience and I would hire him again without question.

I have been extremely happy with this company. The whole team from the office staff to both Jason and Eddie have been great to work with. I only wish I would have found them sooner. Unfortunately i took a chance with another company and it cost me. As a result, I had some issues with my irrigation system but thankfully with Jason s experience and knowledge was able to resolve it. I highly recommend Millikens!!

Jason did a great job repairing my sprinklers. He was professional and charged a fair price.
One star for same day reply; I called in the morning and left a message and got a call back a few hours later. Some lawn companies dont even bother calling back, so Ill give them a star for that. Their price was outrageous though! I needed a VACANT lot (0.30 acre) mowed once every month or two but they dont offer anything besides weekly mowing so the price was over $140+tax per month! I see most reviews arent for lawn mowing...maybe thats why?

Writing a second review. I had Millikens stop by for part 2 of my repairs (part 1 was to isolate and repair a slow leak which went great!). Part 2 was valve replacements. Another great job! A lot of great advice. He kept me up to date all along the way and made sure he gave me choices and options. I will use them again and again. Looks like my first review was overwritten . . . Just so you know, my first review was 5 stars as well (only because I couldnt choose 6 stars). Im a repeat customer and will be in the future. Thats probably the best testament I can provide.

Jason came to my house this morning 8/17/2017 to replace my backflow preventer. He actually showed up early because his job before mine finished early. He was very personable and professional. We talked about the issue and he got to work. He was very willing to talk about what he was doing and explain that what he was doing. He repaired the valve in no time. The valve issue he fixed was not even the original problem I was having although it is what I called him out for. I explained to him I was having an issue with one of my sprinkler zones. I thought the problem was one of my valves and he offered to locate them while he was there. He also took the time to talk to me about how that works while he did it. He very quickly found my valves and offered to sell me the valve I needed to fix the issue. Then even took the time to explain in detail how to fix it and what to watch out for. He was a very nice guy and very professional. Pricing was very reasonable especially for the skill that he demonstrated. I will definitely use Jasons services again and will recommend him to everyone that needs his type of services. In fact he should be getting a call from one of my coworkers soon. Well done Jason, Thanks again.
