From the initial contact - to the consultation with Stuart - the arrangements to carry out the work - the hardest workers Ive ever known (Max & Adam) arriving as discussed - to digging and clearing the entire garden to be turfed - to the meticulous detail to get the job exactly as I and they wanted it - to the final fabulous results with aftercare tips and the incredible job of clearing up after themselves. I am in awe that this standard and quality of workmanship and professionalism still exist, Max was very precise and carefully attentive to every small detail and both he and Adam just did not stop, it was baking hot and they just kept going. I now find myself the extremely proud owner of a lush green Oasis (albeit a small garden) I was unable to go out previously for fear of tripping and falling over, it was an uneven and unsafe area previously, this has opened up a whole new chapter for me and I will be forever grateful. Removal of old artificial turf was done quickly and efficiently. There was an issue with drainage which was dealt with very well. New turf laid. Very friendly staff communicated problems being faced. Competitively priced.

What can I say chose nevermowuk to do the artificial grass In my back garden, the only access was through the house and it all had to be done by hand as couldn t get a wheelbarrow through the house, not only did they do an amazing job they cleaned up after themselves and finished the same day . 100% would recommend

The grass was circular and apart from having to have the grass joined together as it was a large area the lawn was quite a distance from the road so all materials had to be moved by hand . I needn t have worried .They turned up exactly when they said and the grass looks great ..no joins to be seen and they left the place spotless..Can t recommend them enough .

Right from the moment Joe came to give a quote, Nevermow have been the most professional company Ive ever dealt with. They are attentive to every detail, explain everything to you. Followed up before the day with a call from Stuart to confirm everything. Materials arrived when they said they would and the 2 lads on time daily and you wouldnt have even known they were here, just got on with it. The finished result actually looks even better than I expected and the kids have already been rolling round on their new grass!

Nevermowuk demonstrated a professional service from the first appointment to completion day. We were shown several samples of artificial grass, which were discussed in detail, and the whole process was clearly explained. Although we only have a small garden, for several reasons (including a steep slope) this was an extremely challenging job for Stuart and his team. The team faced unforeseen issues with professionalism and communicated with us at all times. They created a garden space (now minus the slope) which we can finally enjoy- with grass that looks lovely and so realistic. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Nevermowuk.

Stuart came out to do a quote, he explained the process very well, brought plenty of samples to choose from. The job started quickly which we wanted. The lads were very pleasant and helpful with any questions. They cleaned up 80% at the end, still had to clean up some of the flags that were left muddy. Stuart called with a follow up after the job and ensured everything was fine and assured that if any problems ever arise with the grass then they would be round to sort it. The grass also comes with a guarantee. Overall we are happy with the garden now, it is easy maintenance and dogs love it. Would recommend.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish Stuart was very professional and gave me a very competitive price. The preparation and installation of the grass was completed with absolute consideration to myself and my property, having to go through the house with the debris i thought would cause a problem, but no, you would not have known they were here such tidy workers cleaning up before they left. They did not give us the hard sell, but explained the range of products, and gave us the space to choose the product that was best for us with a new puppy. Mine was a big job taking a large amount of impressed concrete away, but max and will took the worry out of it, they did the job professionally, worked none stop and within a matter of days had a beautiful new garden with Indian stone and artificial grass.
