Ive been using AE Quality Landscaping for over 10 years. They are hardworking, professional and reliable. The costs are very reasonable. The owner, Antonio Escobar, is honest, attentive and believes in customer satisfaction. He keeps the company up to date using his knowledge and education from U. of MD. I count on their plant knowledge and experience too.

Antonio was very personable and responsive. He explained well our options and was able to quickly interpret and translate my parameters into a specific plant species recommendation. Their team needed to reschedule a few times, but they clearly communicated when those delays happened. The work itself was done in a day and neighbors have complimented us on how nice our new bushes look.

Bottom line - professional group with very competitive pricing, and super-nice guy in charge. Very happy so far. Only giving 4 stars for now, because I d like to see the results - I ll update to 5 pending results (if it lets me do that? If not - I ll find a way to add another review). I requested core aeration and re-seeding. We also had two trees recently removed (down to the roots), so had two large spots with wood chips and minimal greenery. Antonio quoted me a similar price to others - with one major exception. He included removal of the wood chips and adding top-soil, along with fertilizer for less than another quote (that didn t include top-soil added for the bare areas). That being said, when the crew came by the first time, I was a bit concerned they weren t going to do everything promised. They had a slot open up last-minute for Saturday. The first two guys that came by only did the aeration and over-seeding of the lawn. Both front and back yards took them less than 30 minutes (we have almost 10,000 sq. ft. of grassy area). I was somewhat worried that it wouldn t be fully aerated, because the young guy doing that portion seemed to just zip along, and wasn t all that thorough. But walking around after the fact, he did a pretty good job, from what I could tell. When those two left, I wasn t sure whether they were still going to do the promised shoveling of wood chips and topsoil (with seeding). Less than two hours later, however, a larger crew (including Antonio) showed up and make quick work of finishing the job. Plus, they will be coming back in two- three weeks to follow-up and fertilize/over-seed again in any areas that need it. So far, I m very impressed. I ll admit our yard was probably in the bottom 10% of yards in our neighborhood, so any improvement will be phenomenal. But I suspect our yard will be vastly improved from the time before we purchased our home to now. Next goal - getting the planting areas squared away! Those are still a mess

AE Quality Landscaping has been maintaining our yard for two seasons. They are responsive; adjust to customers needs and are the official lawn care provider of the Backyard Golf Tour (BGT). In addition, they keep the customer aware of their schedule and work with their customers throughout the season. They contoured the hedge line carefully, worked around obstacles, and removed the trimmings after shaking the hedges to dislodge trapped stems and leaves. AE Quality Landscaping recently completed a lawn renovation project that turned out to be superb. The crew did an exceptional job under the expert, on-site direction of the companys founder who has more than 30 years experience in landscape design, installation and maintenance. The men worked together quickly as a seamless, beautifully well-orchestrated team, from start-up to clean-up, with attention to the smallest detail. The project itself was fairly priced: in fact in came well under the estimates I obtained from other landscape companies for the same job. AE Quality Landscaping is now my company of choice for other projects I have planned. They certainly deserve having the word Quality in their company s name.

Our experience with Antonio/AE has been challenging to say the least. Poor communication, delays, unreliable, and not reachable by phone most of the time. We were over quoted for a simple mulching project. I had him remove several unrequested services from his proposal...twice. This process took weeks. The day of the start, he emailed us, not a call, that he would be coming the next day or the following Monday. Huh? I canceled the job. Too much hassle. Communication is critical, but that seems to be lost here. I have no doubt they have a lot going on, but dont we all?
