We have dealt with GreenThumb for many years and the service they provide is excellent. They always notify me well in advance as to when they are coming and if I need to change date it is no problem. Both Jon and Dean are very knowledgeable and friendly and will always help with advise so as to keep my lawn in tip top condition. My lawn is both aerated and scarified once a year and I find this makes a big difference to its overall appearance. The front lawn now receives many compliments from passers by. Highly recommended.

I can thoroughly recommend our local Greenthumb team of Jon And Angie . Two years ago Jon and Paul gave my old lawn a complete makeover and have been looking after it ever since . I now don’t have to worry whether I’m using the right treatments or aeration etc. etc. they just come along as part of a well organised plan to make sure every season of the year the lawn is treated accordingly. The only treatment I have to supply is tea and biscuits😂
I could not ask for more from the service I receive from Green Thumb.. I have their ultimate package and throughout the year I am keep informed of the work being done and when - and always given sufficient notice. On the days I have a visit, the work is always done professionally, efficiently and very courteously. As I am sometimes at work in the week, I particularly like that I don’t have to be in on the days they visit My lawn looks amazing and I know I could never keep it in that condition myself. I would highly recommend Green Thumb to anyone who wants to have a beautiful lawn that they can just sit back and admire!
My lawn was looking tired, yellow, patchy and over run by ants. Green thumb was recommended to me by a friend and after a brief chat with Jon who was very knowledgeable and friendly gave me some different treatment options and prices but was never pushy. Once I decided Dean came round and took a sample from my lawn to ensure the right feeds and treatments were used. My grass now looks thick and green all year round. Would highly recommend them.

My lawns looked unhealthy for years with poor, patchy grass, weeds and a lot of moss. I signed up with Greenthumb a few years ago and quickly saw major improvements in my lawns. This has continued and I do get lots of comments now about how nice they look. Staff are always pleasant and reliable. I consider it really good value for money and I have recommended them to a number of friends and family members.
Green Thumb do a fabulous job and our lawns always look great. I could, perhaps, do it myself, but there is very little difference in cost and its done for me. Whats not to like? We had a chafer grub infestation about 18 months ago. I started to treat it myself but it was expensive and quite a faff. I found it much better to just upgrade my Green Thumb contract and the lawns stay looking great. Green Thumb do a great job and I can not think of a single drawback to having Green Thumb. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Definitely worth it and definitely 5 stars for both service and results.

Just a note to say these guys care really helpful I ve found Jon and Dean knowledgeable and willing to solve a problem and nothing is too much trouble. Call the office or sending an email does get a response on any matter I am unclear of, the phone call before a visit is useful so I do make sure the kettle is on - a great team to support me getting my grass to a healthy condition. I would recommend definitely.

Green Thumb Lichfield have treated my front lawn over a number of years. The lawn was prone to different weeds and other seasonal problems, but with Green Thumb treatments it has been kept in good condition. Jon and the Green Thumb Lichfield team did a complete makeover of our lawns three years ago. This completely transformed what was mostly a weedy meadow into a lush, green new lawn. We have used Green Thumb Lichfield for a number of years and the service has always been excellent from a really friendly team. Last year Jon did a makeover on one of our lawns and the results have been amazingly good. The other lawn has also recovered from the dry summer last year thanks to their efforts and we will have a makeover on that one as soon as we can fit it in with having a new front drive.

Compared to this time last year our front lawn is fantastic last year it was patchy and full of moss we had an infection of chaffa grub ? Green Thumb Lichfield and Walsall have provided regular treatment for my front and back lawns for over 15 years. The service has been consistently good in that time and the lawns show the result of their efforts. Their advice on occasional problems has been excellent and effective. We have just had the aeration and scarification work done and the impact has been immediate and the work first class with all the waste removed. Thanks to Jon for that and Angie in the office for looking after us.

Friendly and professional service
I had this company attend my property for a number of years and allowed them access to my property whilst i was not there. Following their last visit the gate i left bolted and allowed them to lean over to slide the bolt for access was left wide open, this allowed full access to the rear of my property. We let our dogs out into the garden only to find them running outside in front of our house. We phoned and emailed the Greenthumb at Burntwood and to date have not had the courtesy of a reply or explanation. WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS OUTFIT AGAIN!
Absolutely fantastic service from Greenthumb Lichfield... our lawn never recovered from last summer s drought ... quite a challenge as it s a sloping lawn on sandy soil but Jon didn t give up .. after a lot of hard work we now have an amazing lawn to complement our garden ... very happy with the result... highly recommend GreenThumb
