They are honest in their pricing, do not try to up-sale me, and just make sure I am taken care of. I love the notes left by lawn technicians after any service, letting me know to water more, watch out for X, Y or Z, and when the next service is scheduled. Whether they are local or not, I truly appreciate its customer service and its field teams.

They do a great job on our massive and diverse lawn. Very responsive also for special requests such as additional creeping Charlie blasts.

Awesome Work!!!

I was specifically told they do not auto renew. We typically have our yard treated every other year and pay upfront for the season. Weed Man showed up this morning to fertilize. Thank goodness I was home so I could tell him not to, otherwise I would have gotten billed for it!

I care for my lawn, and after hearing the the sales pitch, I was excited to switch to Weed Man and continue to improve the health of my lawn. After the spring and Summer weed and fertilization, I am extremely disappointed. It is now quite thin and brown. What is more disappointing is when I called, the response and service was abhorrent. I explained the situation and the agent diagnosed the issue without seeing or observing anything and blamed it on me. They sent me information on two possible causes and after completely reading the information, those causes did not apply in my situation. When pressed, I was asked to send pictures, which I did. They refused to come out. After I sent the images per their request, Weed Man did not follow up. When I contacted them to cancel, they said that they did so, but continued to service and charge me, stating that they knew what the problem was without even looking at the images I sent. Beware!

Requested information, these guys called multiple times a day for a few days. I returned their call and requested that they send me information or leave a vm as I work graveyard. Over the last month+, theyve called 1-2x PER DAY since. A couple weeks in, I messaged asking that they stop calling, they ignored that. Some messages they leave are their canned spammy solicitations, some are just background noise, some are of a man speaking in an African language. If this was an ex girlfriend, thered be a restraining order in the works.

We really enjoyed our services with Weed Man. From fall of 2022 to summer of 2024 we saw a drastic improvement in the quality of our lawn and its something we appreciate with young children.

Dont accidentally give these people your info online. Theyll call you daily (2x a day in the beginning) with an automated response. Im annoyed enough by it that I wouldnt even use to company because this is ridiculous.

So I was a bit skeptical about turning my beloved lawn care over. The cost of fertilizer and my best intentions to apply timely applications I had to admit I needed self improvement. Decided to hire them this year to get the weeds under control. They came out the first time, that didnt take care of it all and they were on the spot getting back out and getting the yard sprayed again. The tech that sprayed my yard named Roshewn did a fantastic job of coverage as well as he moved my dogs toys out of they way and closed all the gates to the yard, even one he didnt open. So thank you to Roshewn for the excellent service.

I have used them for years and I was happy with their service. Last year I noticed my bill increased by over 30%, when I called they said they did not measure my yard correctly and are now billing me accordingly which happen to match the new pricing. They offered a partial discount for a year and what used to be ~$280 a year is now ~$440.

I did not renew their contract but they showed up this morning. When I called they say it is continuous. I was so unhappy last year and kept calling them to come out to fix problem areas. I called right away and told them I do not want their services. I can tell by the marks in my yard from their fertilizer spreader I would go through the same problems again.

I can t say enough nice things about Weed Man. When we moved to our new home two years ago the lawn was terrible. It looks great now there are no weeds and no dandelions! Everyone is so nice and friendly. I found them while I was walking. I looked at lawns that looked like I wanted ours to look. The Weed Man sign was on all of them. I knew I had found the right company for my lawn. I called Weed Man and they started working their magic. I am glad I did!

They spray toxic chemicals all around our uptown lake shores. These places should be outlawed.

I used them at my last house for two years. The grass was never green and the weeds were more prevalent than when I just used Scotts. Now my neighbor uses them (3rd year now) and his lawn looks rough. They sprayed 2 weeks ago and I can already see the weeds popping up. Not impressed.

I contracted with Weed Man for a full season of fertilization and weed control. After the initial fertilization weed growth was out of control so I asked for the 2nd application which was weed control. Their response was they couldnt come out for 2 weeks. I will never use them again because of a lack of responsiveness. Horrible public relations and uncaring attitude!!

Last year these guys were great. This year its been over a month and still not showing up. Michael was awesome last year and this year had done a 180 called saying its almost June and they claim they are behind on getting out. Yet 8 gave 4 recommendations and they were all done? These guys got to big to fast and service went down hill fast! Sad.. cause I enjoyed working with them last year.. plenty of smaller companies that can do the same wok. I called cs today and girl that answered was rude so I said you are being rude. Cant give a detail when coming out but ordered may 2nd and today is may 30th with nothing on the books.

I was just about to go with this company, after I saw bad reviews I am changing my mind.

We were with Weed Man for several years and over that time our yard got significantly worse. My neighbor next to me uses his own organic fertilizer and looked 10x better than mine. Very disappointing service. I would highly not recommend using them.

I have never used a lawn care service before, but Amanda patiently answered what felt like all 500 questions I had and explained everything so perfectly. I almost fell over when she told me the price because i couldn t believe how reasonable and what a great value it was. Weed Man was referred to me by a friend so i already know they do great work. My first application is tomorrow and I am so excited to finally have a beautiful lawn!

We ve had weed man services for a few years. Besides dandelion control, and weed control(for the most part) we never saw any difference in our yard. We had to cancel for other reasons but would use a different service if we try again.

Our yard is full of weeds!!! The company said we had been contacted and we hadn t paid our bill which neither is true!!! VERY unhappy with their company and have since then cancelled service with them!

Communication with Weed Man has been very poor. When I signed up in July I was told I would get a heads up a few days before services - that never happened. They apparently noted in my file back in July that the backyard wasnt treatable, but no one gave me a call or email to let me know this. It took a month, miscommunication within their team, and phone calls with three different people for me to learn this information. They sent a manager out to assess on 8/21 and he never even followed up with me - I had to call a week later to ask what was going on. They did kill weeds in my front yard, but the communication was not good.

This place had great service until they performed a special service that I didnt ask for or approve ,for literally over 3 tines my monthly bill . Follow this up with poor customer service on the phone and you have a former customer now. BUYER BEWARE

We had another lawn service for 4+ years and they were never able to get rid of our weeds in the yard. They also had stated they had put an application on our lawn that never happened, yet were billed for the service. After only 4 applications with Weed Man our lawn looks FANTASTIC!!! Were great last year, then this year not so much! I work from home and we have a dog. Last year had no problem coming to the door to let me know they re here so I could go unlock the gate and block off the doggy door. This year they wouldn t come to the door so wouldn t do the backyard. Also as someone else said they would not show up at our house yet go to the homes of people we recommended them to. Then when my husband called to voice our concerns, the person acted like it s no big deal. She can t control what happens in the field Sadly we cancelled our service and will look elsewhere . A little courteous customer service goes a long way and that just doesn t happen with this company anymore.

Called them for an aeration quote which was reasonable, but found out they dont set up a definitive date and time of service. Their approach is we call you and you wait 48 hours until we show up appointments. Sorry I cant handle these types of service calls we as military folks work on definitives.

Our yard was awful and an embarrassment weed man has been great and I am no longer ashamed of our yard! It is wonderful not having to worry about stepping on thistles and constantly pulling weeds, fertilizing, etc. looks so much better than I ever thought it could!

We have had excellent service from Weed Man. They always call or text before they come, which is very helpful!

They were prompt on getting here and the processes was easy. There was a miss communication on calling before starting to show where not to aerate and cut my cable line. However when I called the supervisor didnt push back or fight and made it right.

We used Weed Man for the first time this past year and are so glad we made the switch from our previous lawn care company. Our yard looks great! Its improved tremendously with the treatment and care that Weed Man takes. We were stupidly paying more for less for years, and I should have switched sooner. All of the technicians that have come out have been professional and knowledgeable. I just ordered a fall aeration knowing that it will only benefit our yard more. Happy to support this company!

Delighted to find and work with this company! Had practiced a few years of self weed treating and never quite got the creeping Charlie under control. That is until I murdered everything green in my back yard by spraying white vinegar and dish soap. That fried it all right.. took a year to have grass again and the weed man s product helped keep the Charl from coming back. Also, I was concerned about the product harming kids and pets and this company could accommodate! It s some of the best money ever spent IMO!

Prices are less than tru-green, and they offer different payment options as well

Never again... this is what they made my lawn last year.... the green one is a before shot...

Called to get service. The guy insisted i get 6 application. Wasnt interested in what I had to say. Had to just hang up. He claims its ok to do an application on Monday and another a week later. Its ok for who them and there pocket book.

No contract needed-pay as you go. Suspend/request service online as well as pay.

Killed the creeping Charlie. Person that did it though also killed my brand new Wisteria and got some on my other leaving brown spots on the leaves. Also killed a couple other plants. Good if you dont have anything in your yard just weeds.

Paid for 3 services got only 1; this was the time I cancelled with them for the rest of the year. They will send you bills even if they don t treat the yard you are paying them for. Used to be a good company but has ethical issues.

Customer services is nice and friendly. The service itself is awful. I called numerous times about the weed issue and finally had enough. The pics are only a couple of spots in the yard.

This is my 2nd year utilizing Weedman for maintaining my lawn and I terminated the contract because they completely fried most of my lawn with the last fertilizer & weed control they did .The attached photo will show how bad it is ! The customer service informed me that they would do a free inspection which naves happened. My lawn is about the worst lawn in the the block. I will not recommend this company.

The employee at Weed Man took the time to pick up our 2 dogs - 14 tennis balls in the backyard and not spray them with treatment. . Greatly appreciate the extra effort taken!! Thank you!! Ohhhh and the weed control this summer has our yard looking fabulous! Highly recommended company!

Great service and communication

Weed Man helped get my lawn back under control after another service failed to do the job at a higher price. I love that Weed Man lets you know in advance of any service and their customer service is top notch, very friendly and efficient! I m bummed that we are moving to another state and we can t take their service with us...but I highly recommend them for any service you need!

I have had you take care of my lawn for many years now, and have been very satisfied with your work. Two of my neighbors have also signed with you to take care of their lawns. However, last year my last treatment was not made until the first week in December and the ground was already frozen. My lawn was the only one done in my neighborhood that day, making it seem that you must have missed my last treatment, and wanted to do it before it snowed. I contacted you shortly after this treatment about how late it was but did not get a response. I have just made the payment for this treatment, but I am planning to look for another service in the spring.

This summer has been pretty hard on my yard in terms of weeds. Broadleaf weeds were taking over a portion. On July 4th I notified Weedman that I need a second treatment of their broadleaf weed killer. July 5th they replied to me that they would be at my home to spray on July 6th. Now that is service!! The second treatment removed the problems I was having in the yard. Excellent customer service with Excellent results. Thankyou!

Have had nothing but a fantastic experience with Weed Man. They have great communication on when they will be out to service your lawn and great staff. I spoke with very knowledgeable people on the phone, and the workers that come out to service the lawn are extremely friendly. Products they use make my lawn look 10 times better. I highly recommend.

Cant comment on service. Havent used. Call to inquire about weed control services. Got conflicted info when speaking to different sales reps. We have new sod put in mid-June of this year and have a lot of work weeds in our yard. Sales reps I spoke too dont seem to have technical knowledge of lawn care. One wasnt even listening to what I was saying and kept trying to sell the service. I had to remind him a few times I just got new sod. If someone has an established lawn, maybe they will do a good job with maintenance. If looking for someone to provide the right advice on lawn care for new sod, dont bother. Their sales reps only know how to sell standard services and not knowledgeable on truly lawn treatment.

I cant speak to how good of a job they do and based on these reviews I may be in the minority here but I booked a service on sep 7th and they missed their first appointment without telling me they werent able to make it. I had to call them to see what happened. Then wanted to just an aeration when i really needed the weed control/fertilizer- I was willing to do the aeration as well and they failed to communicate how long before they performed the weed control service and as of today have still yet to come out. I called today to canceled the request do to lack of communication.

Weed man is always professional and helpful. If I ever had a problem or question, they were always there to answer it and make sure I was a happy customer.

We have been very pleased with Weed Man. They charge what we feel is a pretty fair cost for the services. We hired them due to a recommendation our neighbor provided us and have recommended them to our friends and family.

I was very disappointed with the sales team. Back in early July, I made an appointment to have Weedman come out and aerate and overseed my lawn. I told the sales person I wanted it completed as early as possible. They said someone should be out no later than mid September. I then told the sales person if they could come out earlier then mid September because I want the grass seed to grow before it gets cold, and they said they will do the best they can. Basically, they were not promising me anything. So mid September came and no one has contacted me. It s getting late to seed so I was already let down. I found out a friend of mine got his aerating and over-seeding done in August when I made an early appointment. After finding that out, I was frustrated that Weedman that they had let me down again. I contacted the sales person and they told me the latest to get aerating done is the end of October. In that case, the salesperson lied to me and let a promise down and I cancelled my appointment with them. I guess Weedman takes care of current customers who sign up for their fertilizer program first. Thankfully I found another company to come out and aerate and seed my lawn early rather then later!

Weed Man lawn care does a great job with preparing my lawn in the Spring, weed control during the Summer months, and preparing the lawn for the Winter. When ever I have questions or concerns they are very responsive and act quickly. I typically have a much fuller, weed-free lawn when compared to my neighbors. I cant say enough about how service oriented and resonsive this company is. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a lawn care service.

We have been extremely happy with Weed Man. We started using their service last summer after many years of not having a professional service. Our yard had gotten pretty bad with various weeds, especially dandelions. Immediately the first summer we had a dramatic improvement and we are very pleased with the way the yard looks for the first time in a long time. Ive started on a journey with Weedman to get my lawn in shape. My lawn has gotten progressively worse over time and I just cannot maintain it any longer. They have come out for the weed treatment and so far it looks great, most of the crab grass and creeping charlie has been taken care of, looking forward to the spot treatment to rid my lawn of the rest of those invasive weeds. My lawn was looking very bad last year and it appeared the weeds were taking over. I called Weedman and signed up for weed control. They said it would take a year to see results. This year I ve received numerous compliments on how great my lawn looks! Very plush, soft and green. Kudos, Weedman!

I recently had an event at my home, and several of the guests asked what I did to have such a green, beautiful yard. It was wonderful to say, nothing! And, that is what I love most about Weed Man. Ive used the service for 4 years now, and never has there been an issue with services or billing. Schedule it, forget about it, enjoy your beautiful yard.

They do 5 applications of fertilizer and aerate in the fall. My lawn looks awesome since they have been taking care of it for me!!!

EDIT: I had posted a negative review, and weed man has done everything they can to make it right. They have gonna above and beyond to try and rectify the problem of the ruined landscaping, and have really provided excellent customer service. Depending on how next year goes, Im happy to move this review to a five star. Jury is still out on the actual lawn services performed, but I will say that the customer service is top notch with these guys.

A beautiful spring lawn starts in the fall is on Weedmans front page of their website. Unfortunately, they cant be relied upon to be on top of the schedule. I had used Weed Man in Madison Wi. with great results for a number of years before moving to Minnesota, so I re-upped with them here. My experience in Minnesota has been night and day different. Scheduled sessions for weed control or fertilizing are not remotely synced to season and weather. A spring Fertilization in April can be followed up with a spring weed control in late June, which is immediately followed by a summer weed control in mid July. Repeated scheduled sessions were just outright skipped/postponed, and only after calling the office asking why I keep getting were coming out texts to have nobody come, do I find out they cant get to the house because a road is closed. Funny, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and the entire neighborhoods other lawn services can get here, but Weed Man cant. Google Maps must not work for them. Finally posting something to their customer service gets a manager to come out and visit, where the lawn visibly lacking nutrients and repeated weed control issues are highlighted. The manager assures me they will be on top of the schedule going forward, and then tries to upsell aeration service and topdressing. On sod thats 3 years old and was in good condition before this summer and fall. But the final straw, they cant even bother to hold up their fall schedule after visiting, October, November and the first week of December come before they message about wanting to come out and do winterizing fertilizer, after god knows how many frosts, and multiple snowstorms. Aeration? Never happened, but it showed up in the schedule. Everyone else in the neighborhood that has a service was aerated in October before the ground froze and while nutrients could actually get in. I cancelled the winterization as well as the aeration, and the next day got a bill asking to pre-pay for next years service.... as if.

The Weedman was great, people told me my lawn looked like a golf course. Thank you Weedman!

All contracted services were conducted promptly. My lawn has shown substantial improvement since they began work. I had hundreds of dandelions plus thistle and crabgrass when they began their work, but now I have gotten compliments from my neighbors on how well maintained my lawn is. Would recommend them without reservation.

I have a challenging lawn. It is bordered by woods, with a pond down below. Because of the woods, it is challenging to keep weeds at bay. However, with the pond, I dont like to use harsh chemicals that will run into the water. I also have a dog. All of this translates into the Weed Man being the right answer for me, as they are environmentally friendly. Zach treated my lawn today and he did an excellent job. I can see that he takes pride in his work!!

Since I started with weedman last year they screwed me out of a service charged me when they didnt show up. And this year showed up 3 weeks late and did 2 applications at the same time and sent me 2 Bills with one service call.

We have used Weed Man for years and they are wonderful! The transformation in our yard the first year was beyond what I could have expected! They do good work, always being mindful of gardens. They use good products and are super helpful if you call. Very easy to deal with and very accommodating if you need to make an adjustment to a service date.

I was scheduled for a service and after not getting serviced or receiving any communication for nearly 2 weeks I called in. I was told that I didn t get serviced because there was road construction on my street. It would have been nice to get a phone call. Other than this one issue, the service has been good which is why I m giving 4 stars.

Charge too much and make you decide on your first call before you have had a choice to get bids from others. I have since spoken with 5 other companies that charge less and no up front costs

They have absolutely stellar customer service. I have used other services and the other services have never called me to make sure all my weeds are dying and sent out reapplication because i have some stubborn weeds in my backyard. Their customer service people follow through and are wonderful to work with!!

My husband loved doing lawn work. I dont. After he passed away, it became my responsibility so I called Weed Man. They have been awesome to work with, responding quickly every time I call. On top of that, people have commented that my lawn has never looked so good. Seriously! It really does.

We started using Weed Man lawn care about 3 years ago because of a radio commercial that I heard on WCCO radio I called them they gave me a good price so I had them come out and give me a quote and they started in on the process of fertilizing our yard removing are weeds we have been very happy with them theyre always return your telephone calls stop by for free visits when necessary will give credit when credits are due if it rains the day of the fertilization I guess they are probably one of the best companies Ive ever dealt with in the 22 years that Ive lived here in Inver Grove Heights Minnesota very pleased with their service and highly recommend them the products that they use seem to be a lot better than the two or three previous companies I had before them my guess it you will like them too !!!!

I like that I get a text message in advance of when my yard will be treated so if I need to have a schedule change, even more I like that when I call I get a real person that is local. But the best part is that the weed control actually works unlike True Green. My yard looks the best it ever has since I stopped doing it myself and have hired it out, and by hiring it out it frees up my time. Thank you guys.

We have used Weednan for many years. Very happy with there products and the results we ve seen. This past year they treated for Japanese Beatles. Prior to treatment they had invaded a vine that grows on our fence. After a fall and Spring treatment, I didn t see a single beatle in our yard this year! Technicians have always been very polite and professional. Very happy with their customer service too.

Called Weedman when summer was more than half over already. We just had not been able to get control of the weeds in our yard. After one application we were amazed at the results. I had a great 1St Year experience with WeedMan. The office employees were able to answer all my questions and able to recommend certain applications without even actually seeing my yard! My lawn looks great, even with having 2 dogs. The techs were polite and thorough. I was normally home when they were here and when they had a question about what was written on their paper, they didnt hesitate to ask. I was blown away when I called the office to ask about some weeds I saw showing and they didnt hesitate to have someone come out and RE-attack those weeds! I would definitely recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.

I had Weed Man help me with the care of my lawn this past season, I am an employee here but 2016 was my first year using the service for my own property. Very happy with the results and advice I received. By far I had the best lawn on the block in 2016.

I had Weedman come and treat my yard for those pesky Asian Beetles. It was easy to set up, they came and did it while I was gone and everything went smoothly! And none of my lawn died from the beetles, so it must have worked. Thanks guys!

Ive hired a few different lawn care companies in the past, and Weed Man out performs them all! On a few occasions, I asked them to re-apply the weed killers as there were a few that came back between applications, they were genuinely happy to reapply and did so quickly! Great job, Im very happy with them.

Wish I could do 0 stars. Tried their service for 1 year and didnt notice a big difference besides no dandelions. Decided to do it myself next year and they showed up in the Spring without calling or confirming with me. They did a couple treatments, I decided not to pay for a bill I didnt accept and they sent my account to collections so I have to deal with that. Crooks

Weed Man services had virtually eliminated my annual dandelion blooms and kept in check those other noxious weeds while greatly improving the look and health of the lawn. Once my landscaping is completed, I hope to have them back.

We have used Weed Man for 12 years. They provide great service at a reasonable price and are a quality operation. Our lawn has always been well cared for and weed free.

I will have to say their product is good. I used them for 3 years and had a nice green lawn with limited weeds. I do have an irrigation system though so I cant speak for lawns without sprinklers. Their customer service and pricing is lacking. I have always paid a certain price for the prepay. $39 less than what they wanted to charge me this year. The rep said that is because I spoke with the owner in prior years and that I was lucky to receive the 10% prepay discount as I should only get 5% at this point. Well thats not real great because their services are expensive. More than competitors in my area. (South of Lakeville) Well I guess I will just try out the competitor this year given they are $100.00 less than Weed Man.

This is my second season using Weedman. Very happy with the results my lawn looks fantastic. No weeds including the pesky crabgrass and dandelions. I have a neighbor who doesn t use Weedman and the difference in our lawns is night and day. Treatment schedule is clear cut. If you request text messages before each scheduled treatment, they will do that which is very nice and allows ample time so you can remove garden hoses, lawn chairs, etc from the lawn so they aren t in the way at treatment time. Before using Weedman, I was total DIY when it came to turf care. With time and cost factored in, and the end result being what it is, I certainly can justify using Weedman.

Weve had Weed Man for a few years now and only are canceling due to a move. Theyve been very reliable , always calling a day in advance when they will come, and always coming as scheduled. Ive gotten good results and would recommend them.

We are very happy with Weed Man. Surprised with the reasonable quote received on our 2 acre yd, we decided to go with them. Our yard taken over by creeping charlie and broad leaf was desperate. With the condition of our yard, I was really happy to see the majority of creeping charlie dead after the first treatment. After the second treatment, we received a call explaining they were doing another treatment at the end of the week with a different solution because of our extreme broad leaf and crabgrass. Nothing was mentioned about cost for an additional treatment, but I expected it. We were billed for one treatment only. I was very surprised and pleased. I am very pleased with Weed Man.

Wish I had bit the bullet and signed on with WeedMan years ago. Our lawn looks fantastic; thicker, greener. Weeds are gone. No more dandelions! We had some serious creeping violets in the back yard that got bigger every summer too. I asked for one extra treatment for the back and they were out the next day. I highly recommend this company!

We used one of their competitors in year 1 living in Eagan and quickly changed to them and theyve been our lawn care service for the last 5 years. We refer and rate them with high confidence.

We had fresh sod laid and it was full of crab and quack grass that keep spreading. It seemed hopeless as it overtook our front and back lawn. We had it treated with another lawn care company with no improvement. Weed Man came this year and the improvement in our lawn has been next to remarkable. There are only a few spots remaining. Prior to finding Weed Man our lawn was being overtaken by creeping charlie, dandelions & various other weeds. After a years worth of treatment we are completely weed free. A total restoration. Its pretty remarkable. I read reviews from many other weed control services & found what was being marketed was very different from the customer reviews. The big name weed control services often have so many customers that their technicians are unable to do a quality job. I elected to find a smaller service that would be able to give our lawn the attention it needed. That is how I found Weed Man & it has been a blessing.

Had been more than 3 weeks and I have not received the service for fertilization. Whenever I call for service it is always told to be scheduled some time in next week. Still waiting for the service while my lawn is almost turned white.

Since starting Weed Man service my neighbors have actually stopped and complimented us on how great our lawn looks. This never happened before. My neighbors did not appreciate my idea of a yard full of native plants that blew in so I decided to fix up the lawn. My neighbor Mark uses Weed Man and told me that it was the most economical route in terms of time and money unless you like futzing with you lawn. Our experience was great Gill explains everything so well that I have now signed up for auto pay and know I have nothing to worry about as long as Gill is taking care of my yard ,We have had such bad in the past that we thought we would never trust another service to set up for long term service but again Gill was great and my yard looks better than ever

This is one of the worst companies that Ive tried to work with in years. They truly lack customer service, and the ability to communicate in a professional manner. Their follow-up has been non-existent!!!! Getting a return phone call is as likely as getting snow in July in Eagan. I would be petrified to turn the care of my lawn over to them.

I was disappointed with Weed Man. I called them and they came out about 1 1/2 weeks later. Then left a note saying they could not treat the lawn since the dog was out. One problem. The dog was in the fenced in backyard which wasnt to be treated. I called to reschedule. They came out a week later and I found the same note about my dog. I canceled the service. Disappointed.
