I have had an outstanding response by the Burnsville branch. I was having a baby shower June 1 and called 6 days prior asking for service, I knew this was a big ask at this time of year. The branch manager, Dillon, was here at 5:00 on a Thursday spraying our lawn. I have been a customer for many years and can always count on Naturescape to respond to my needs.
Great experience so far this season. Mowing, weed control, and aeration. Everyone that has come out to the house has been kind and answered all my questions. They have taken the time to make everything look great. Staff on the phone are not pushy about services and get things done quick. Only negative is they do not have an autopay option. Highly recommend.
While the lawn looks good and mosquito treatments worked, the company's lack of communication with the customer leaves alot to be desired. They were to treat and wanted sprinkler heads marked, however the mowers were coming that same say. I thought Naturescape would call, text, or knock on the door so I could quickly put the markers out for them. Instead they just saw no markers and drove off. This was a prepaid service.
Worst service provider. I engaged naturescape this year for my yard. The agreement was for 5 application. They only applied 4 times. After the first application, which by any standards was very poor quality. You could not even smell the fertilizer even after 10 mins of application , i had to call the service 6 times to come for second application. They kept scheduling and never turned up. The second application however was better in terms of quality as i stayed out on my porch n deck while they applied. The 3rd n 4th were again very poor quality. I could see somebody applying on the front yard but they did not do anything on the backyard. Nobody to be seen on my backyard camera. Its been 3 weeks since they sent out the message for next application and no body has showed up. I m regretting engaging this company. I would rather spend extra 100$ but get somebody who is not scamming you
We paid 200 bucks for 3 applications. They showed up on first application (obviously to get the full payment upfront), weeds started showing up in a week, called them as they had promised for reapplying if weeds show up within 2 weeks. They just didn’t show up after that. Not even for the remainder of the 2 applications that I already paid for upfront. When we call them all their customer service does is apologize and promise to get us on their next schedule which never happens. I emailed their customer service for refund and as expected no response. Worst company ever.
I used this company for years for weed control. The service was above average at best for first few years but just continually declined over the years in every way possible. Their customer service is non existent and the quality of their work is awful. There is really no point in complaining as there is really nothing they will do nor do they care. Go elsewhere for weed control its amazing to me that anyone uses them. My own fault for continuing to use them hoping they would improve.
Update: last year’s weed control did work. I will be giving them a try again this year. Update: I have been contacted by Naturescape and my lawn was retreated. I will update on the effectiveness. Their guarantee is a joke. They sprayed for weeds and it did nothing. I was told to wait a week, still nothing. The sprayed again after that, did nothing. I gave it more time and the weeds are worse than before spraying. I called and said that I don’t want anything for free, just some reasonable reduction in weeds. They said I need 4 weed control treatments to show any results, which anyone knows is false. One good weed treatment shows great results if it’s done correctly. I asked them to come take a look at my lawn to see if I was being unreasonable. The answer was, “no” and I needed 4 treatments. I told them that I was going else where. Reply was no problem and good luck without 4 treatments.

I contacted Naturescape for lawn mowing on May 16th and was told they would maybe able to be there May19 but would definitely be there by May22-23. On May 24th I called to make sure they wasn t an issue and was told they guaranteed to have someone to mow my lawn in May25th. Two days later on May26 I reached out to Naturescape again since no one had mowed or reached out to me with an explanation of the delay. After being on hold for 10 min I was sent to voicemail. I called back and the same thing happened. (Maybe screening calls?) I called from a different phone number and someone answered within 3 rings. I explained the situation and they guaranteed they would have someone there on May 30. My lawn was getting long enough to become an issue. I told her it was unacceptable and I needed someone to come out the remained on the day on the 26th or Saturday the 27th. She said she was not able to do that. I told her I would like to cancel my account and all future services. She asked if there was anything they could do to keep me as a client. I said simple get someone out to cut my grass today or tomorrow. After checking with her manager she said they guaranteed it would be cut on the 30th. After they had failed twice and had already given a false guarantee, I was done with Naturescape and cancelled my account.
They were supposed to come out about two weeks ago and still have not been out to treat the lawn. My next door neighbor also uses them and they didnt even treat my lawn when they did hers. Ive called twice and have given up. Will definitely be using some other company in the future. Ive used them for years and it seems every year the service has been worse. My lawn is full of weeds now
Have had a good experience with seasonal lawn treatment program. The technician often leaves notes with brochure about the treatment done that day. Will continue to use Naturescape!

We have had good results with Naturescape. I especially want to commend our latest person who treated our lawn - Demian Affeldt. He was very conscientious and careful as he treated our lawn, and also was very thorough, yet speedy. Good job Demian!
Great service and interactions whether it is arranging appointments, connecting before arriving, and following up to make sure the service was satisifactory. As much as I like doing my own yardwork, its hard not to have Naturescape provide fall and sprint aeration when you look at the cost vs renting the equipment myself. Thanks !
Signed up weeks ago for my new house on the great recommendations of several neighbors. Could never get them to confirm when they would come. At one point they stated that they would be here in 24-48 hours and it was over a week before they came to my neighborhood. They then told me they wouldn t do my yard because of a landscaping crew working in the dirt behind my house. I explained that that part of the property didn t need a treatment and they said they would call the driver back to let them know. The driver finished a neighbors yard and drove right past me in my driveway. They didn t return that day. I have now called and emailed requesting to cancel all service and refund me as I have lost over a month to this clown show. Still waiting on a reply.
My lawn has looked progressively worse for 3 straight years. Repeated attempts this year to have someone come out and address glaring issues were ignored.
Update: They never called as they stated in response to this review. I used naturescape this past year for weeds. They never came out so I would have to call constantly to get them to do the treatments. I would call for retreatments which are guaranteed and they wouldn t ever come. I received voicemails apologizing for lack of staff and lack of responsiveness, and I had weeds all summer. I gave them the chance to make it right and own their poor quality, and instead they lost my business. I would go anywhere else, it s a waste of money, as you ll have to pay someone else to actually get results.
Highly recommend this service for weed control. They did a superior job, professional and had a nice green lawn for the summer. Thanks Naturescape.
Ive used the mosquito service for two consecutive summers and Im very pleased and most importantly mosquito free when enjoying my yard.
On a positive note, I have had two companies treat my lawn before Naturescape as well as a few years of doing it myself. The Naturescape treatments have been the most weed free. In addition, the receptionist on the phone is very kind and customer friendly. However, their follow through on their customer service is poor. After my first application, I requested a revisit as I was concerned with some weeds popping up in my lawn. They state that they will take care of them [concerns] free of charge within 72 hours. They set an appointment with me but no one showed. I called back and was assured someone would come and no one did. No one ever came at my request. When they came for the second treatment, the certified and licensed specialist killed my flowers. I called to complain and was told he isnt supposed to spray with in 2 feet of flower beds. The flower bed was clearly marked. When I complained further the manager told me to wait and see what would happen. Really!? What do you expect is going to happen?! They died! Would I recommend Naturescape? Not without reservations. I like the results of the treatments so far. I dont like dealing with the company. UPDATE: After writing this review, Naturescapes corporate contacted me and did everything they could to satisfy my concerns. I was compensated for the destroyed flowers.
Aside from being reasonably priced as Ive shopped around for lawn care, this Naturescape has always been very responsive when Ive called them. E.g., I called yesterday to inquire about the timing of our next application since I was seeing an increase in broad leaf weeds and thistles. The representative said we were due for our next application and she would put an ASAP on our file. The technician was here at 6:45 this morning to apply our treatment. BRAVO!
Weeds galore in my yard. Had to call them every time to come out for their application. What a way to run a business. I prepaid for the season. Lesson learned!

Naturescape and its management is a disaster. They have missed my appointment already 5 times. Every time they come up with irresponsible reasons for delay. I will never recommend them to anyone. Stay away!!
After dealing an issue, Craig with Corporate called. He understood my frustrations. He was so respectful and explained everything. Naturescape is very lucky to have him. I definitely would recommend them.
I have used nature scape for a while now and always been happy with the service. But recently they had a new person come to our house and they were very detailed with applying our lawn treatment. Thanks for taking extra steps with your service.
We had Naturescape do mosquito control at our house and it has been a great experience. Extremely satisfied with their upfront and transparent pricing model and incredibly consistent service.
They seemed reasonable priced.Keep me informed when they are coming.Office staff nice and answer any questions I have.I have them for lawn weed/insect kill,tree/shrub care,in the fall aeration/over seed.
I have been a customer using their lawncare- fertilizer and weed control services for over 2 years now.The quality has deteriorated significantly starting this year- lot of weeds growing, the lawn color looks pathetic- i suspect they are cutting corners on the quality / quantity of fertilizer. The customer rep was very defensive when i called to report the issue, rather than trying to help fix it. I am NOT renewing my contract next year, its been a complete waste of money this year

**FINAL UPDATE: They are terrible. I have not received anything close to the service that I signed up for. Every single time I was due for a treatment I had to call them MULTIPLE times. I never once got a call back from the local office. Like another user commented, they just dont care. Completely unprofessional. Zero stars, if I could. *ORIGINAL POST: No clarity around when the next treatments will be. Totally unprofessional. Just moved into the neighborhood, so I suppose I could have been have been a long term recurring customer, but I ll go elsewhere. *FIRST UPDATE: I received a call 8/10/20 from Craig @ Corporate Office. Craig was very gracious and let me know that I will receive treatment tomorrow, 8/11/20. Though late, Im encouraged by the service I received from Craig. I will update the review once I know more. **SECOND UPDATE: I have been ghosted yet again. It s been 6 weeks and I ve heard absolutely zero from NatureScape regarding my 3rd treatment. This is really bad.
Has Nature Scapes do fall oversees and fall fertilizer. Both done very late in season. Fertilized the yard in about two minutes. Watched him miss areas. Neighbors yard was done in an orderly fashion by another company and it looks lush and green. I am done with Nature Scapes. Wouldn t recommend this company.
They are not a reliable company. My yard doesnt look good. They said someone would be out by the end of the week and never showed up. Its June and they have done 1 application, the day before a winter storm that everyone knew about for about a week. Seems like a money grab, not sure there looking for repeat customers. Just fleecing people once.
Horrendous customer service. Its like pulling teeth. All the other negative reviewers have echoed my issues. Happy to take your money, impossible to get the work done. I had to call and email just to find out if/when the work would be done. all I ever hear is the same response; we dont have a set schedule yet but were out doing the work. Great, when will you do the work I paid for? Im done with these guys.
I do not recommend nature scape for yard service! They came out damaged my yard tore it up, then damaged my lilac plant and curbing with their machine. Did not call me to tell me this. I found all this out with my security cameras. They proceeded to leave me a bill as if the work was completed. I had to call them about this. The manager said she would be out to fix the damage. Never apologize it was a oh well! They sent someone out that did a terrible job attempting to finish the aerating...left my gate open which then my dog got out. Again no apology for this either. They still have not fixed the damage or returning my calls or emails. But are still sending me bills for the terrible work they did. A huge headache!! Terrible customer service and communication on their part! Avoid at all cost. This was the plymouth location. Update: I got a phone call from management in WI. We spoke. I did not trust to have them back out on my property because of everything. He stated I was not responsible for my bill due to their fault of the damage. Today I get in the mail a bill with a late charge! They can not get their act together! Not paying that bill...I have voicemail stating I dont have to pay. This company is a joke!

I have had a lot of lawn service providers over the last 19 years. Naturescape is the only one that has done a very good job for us. Staff addresses our concerns and talks to us when we have questions. Other companies just ignored us.
Good service
I had used them for a few years without any problems, But last year, their service and their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee fell short. They came out to aerate, and generally, you can SEE the actual plugs, last fall, I couldnt tell that they had done any work. They sent someone out to RE-do the aeration, but when that service tech arrived he decided he saw some and wasnt going to re-aerate. To come all that way and not provide the service was quite disappointing. I have since asked to be removed from their mailing list. And Just in case they want to state that they cant find records of us, its under C. Winter.
Terribly disappointed with this company. If it allowed it I would give them zero stars. Have used them in the past and had no issues. It is June 1st and I am yet to get my first application of fertilizer that was paid for 2.5 months ago. I have never been contacted by them about the delay and only have received info when I called. Lots of apologies and excuses why it has not been done. $189 dollars to be literally 20% through the mowing season without any fertilizer yet. Save yourself some headache and do it yourself or pay someone else to do it. Lots of excuses about the weather but funny, I have seen their competitors out nonstop.
We had the mosquito service and was the absolute worst service ever. We paid for 4 treatments and they were to come every 3-4 weeks throughout the summer, but they came more like every 8 weeks and only after several calls. I had to call multiple times to get them to come out. Every time I would call, I would get an excuse or an assurance they would be out right away. Another week would pass and Id call again. I complained so much, they told me they would send a partial refund but of course I never got it. We had terrible customer service the year before and I should have trusted my gut and not signed up with them again, but I got several assurances that they would be very prompt. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Previous issue was corrected to my satisfaction. Will consider using them again next season!
Excellent customer service! I ordered lawn care and aeration programs several days ago before I had known my husband ordered the same programs from another lawn compony. So I sent an email to plymouth offce to cancel my order last Friday and I received the cancellation confirmation email from the office the next day! Definitely recommend this office to my friends!
Sprayed my lawn by mistake!!! Jumped my back fence and sprayed with the dog outside as well!! I give them a negative number
Signed up for lawn mowing service. Waited 4 weeks and no one came out or called. Canceled service and used another company.
Not worth the money. My sod is a year old and naturescape has worked on it since day . There are tons of weeds and it hardly grows. I mow once every 2 weeks and my yard is irrigated and then it doesnt really need to be mowed. Not happy at all with the service.
Had to chase them for 2 months to come out and have my aeration, overseed and tree fertilization done. Multiple times they said were coming out and did not. Finally came out when there was 2 of snow on the ground and didnt do my backyard! Another call and another day its finally all done. I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt even overseed. With all the snow I have no way of knowing. Im hiring a lawn service next spring for the season and it will not be NatureScape.
