AAA Lawn Mowing and Snow Plow in Burnsville

Just scheduled my first service with AAA lawn mowing. After calling lawn gurus, tru green , etc, and being told my estimate will arrive via email soon, and not being able to talk to a human being had me fed up before i even really got started on my search for a lawn service. it was a nice relief to have such great customer support from the young lady who helped me over the phone. I wish I remembered her name but - thank you for the quick answer, ease in signing me up - and kind customer service. I can cross this off my to do list - thanks AAA

AAA Lawn Mowing and Snow Removal cuts my neighbors lawn in Farmington. This property is a group home.The worker parked his truck and trailer in front of my home facing the wrong way. I asked why he parked in front of my house when their was plenty of space in front of the home he was working at? His response was, "are you mad?" Yes, in fact I was!! He definitely doesn't care how he represents himself for the company. (2021) Winter 2022 The gentleman plowing the driveway attempted to put the snow in my yard covering up a fire hydrant. Today they tore up my lawn while mowing. I spoke to Mike the owner today and he apologized for my inconvenience. I don't know that I would call this an inconvenience. I've never seen a company be so disrespectful of other homes in the area in which they are working. I would never use this company for anything!

After my neighbor had kindly racked my yard AAA showed up with no courtesy call, mowed half my yard, and sent me a bill for $250!. I called to dispute the bill and poor quality and was assured that a manager would get back to me. Fast forward a few months with no phone call from the manager and I get a letter from a collections company. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Last fall we signed up for the Fall Clean Up and Haul away. Unfortunately, last fall's inclement weather preventing them from getting to us before the snow fell. Instead, we were on the top of their list to perform the work this spring. As soon as our lawn was safe to work on, they promptly arrived and did a fantastic job. We have a lot of trees in our yard and lots of landscaping with mulch. When they were done, not a leaf to be found. We will definitely be using them again this fall.

I am posting this review on behalf of my mom, Pat...she doesn't have a computer :) I have be a customer of AAA Lawn and Snow plow for several years and I have been very satisfied with the high level customer service and quality of work they provide. They are easy to reach for questions and eager to help me with other projects. My lawn has never looked better and I definitely appreciate the excellent job they do each year with the fall cleanup (it is so great they haul away the leaves when they are done!!) The snow plowing service is also excellent and prompt. I have reached out to AAA to help me with other landscaping type projects in the past. They were able to create a new concrete patio with steps for me and also did some landscaping with plants and rocks in the front of my house. This past fall they were able to patch up some crumbling concrete on my 35 year old front steps and install a new sturdy railing. All of these projects have been of high quality for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend checking out AAA Lawn and Snow Plow!!

Amazing service at a great value! They've been doing this for a really long time. Mike Ricke and Tony, are running an amazingly honest and value-adding organization. AAA lawn and landscape has been doing my friends and neighbors lawn for quite some time and they've always been happy. I also work closely with Mike helping his business, and I know that the quality of work they do, and the value they provide, is outstanding. I think the best thing is that they seek to be people of integrity as they serve the south metro region. I've had nothing but an outstanding experience with these guys, and I'd recommend them.

I have been a customer for many many years. Their services are very reasonable. They have always been very reliable. It's a pleasure to to come home to a job well done. The team is courteous and respectful of my needs. I would recommend AAA Lawn Service for your year round lawn care needs including snow removal!

I will say that their work is very good, had them come in for a fall clean - up of my yard and have used them for the past 4 years. The only problem is that they have decided to charge over 2X as much as last season. I paid $140.00 last year and this year I got a bill for $310.00! Its the same lawn so needless to say this will be the last year I hire them!
