I put in a request the second week of March on their website. Someone got back to me on March 12th asking about coming out. I explained my work schedule and that they d also be able to come look at the house while I was not there, so they could quote accordingly, or ask questions accordingly. They asked for my address and said they could maybe come by that day, or that they could plan to come out that weekend. I sent them my address and details with what I was looking for, as requested. A few days go by and I hear nothing. So, I reached out again asking if they still were able to come by. I have since heard nothing back. As a customer whose willing to spend money on your services it s frustrating to feel like your not valued potential business when you re having to do follow ups with the company, and getting no replies.

Prestige landscape did a fabulous job building our retaining wall and stairs in our backyard. It turned out beautiful.

We hired P.L.C. for a very large retaining wall project. They showed up!!! I could stop there because around here that alone earns 4 stars, but I will continue. They arrived on time, completed the job ahead of schedule and under budget. The crew were highly skilled and meticulous at their job. The job site was left clean and orderly. The crew leader (Jose) was courteous and respectful, and extremely patient with our very curious and playful Border Collie. I will definitely recommend these guys to my family and friends.

Left messages on their voice mail twice. They never even had the courtesy to call me back. If they dont want or need my business, just tell me and I will look elsewhere.

Made an appointment with them...they did show up but it went down hill from there. Lost my measurements Made a new appointment and they never showed up after they called me to insure they were coming and I could expect an estimate that day. Well that was a week ago !

I have been using Presitge for lawn maintenance for several years. They are always prompt and do great work. Online payments make billing easy.

Always show up when they say they will and do a great job! Customer service typically calls once per month to make sure things are going good...cant ask for more than that!

Prestige went above and beyond when they worked on my mothers lawn. It needed some serious care, but they did everything in quick order and left the place looking better than it has in years. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Best lawn service we have ever had and our property is not easy to take care of

My family had a urgent unique request to dig a grave site for our precious dog on our property and were struggling to find someone that would do it. Taylor and his team quickly volunteered and were able to do it the same day for us. They were so kind as we prepared to say goodbye to our dog and we couldnt have asked for better service. Thank you guys so much. We will highly recommend you to anyone we know.

Their sod installation phase turned out a horrible yard result of big dead black grass spots. Fungus appeared soon after installation, and Prestige refuses to acknowledge their guarantee .

I was initially impressed with Cole, owner of this company, coming to my house to offer a proposal for the job. After waiting over 3 months with a paid deposit, they started the work on my property after multiple cancellations on a start date. Once this company receives your deposit, there is very little interaction with the client, as Cole only text messages you at his convenience. This company had planned on putting about $10,000 of new landscape materials for my place in East Nashville, plus an irrigation system that was suppose to piped into a main water line with high pressure, per the proposal. They initially were planning on putting this landscape material without any new soil being brought in after I let them know of the rocky, infertile soil inherent in the East Nashville area. They also attempted to plant a poorly pathetic, half dead Green Arborvitae that I rejected before it was planted. For a company that prides themselves on high quality landscaping services, these were red flags initially that I had experienced with this company. This company went further in disappointing me by taping into my outside water faucets for the drip irrigation that isnt pressured enough to adequately irrigate the extensive landscape they planted. Most of the landscape plants they planted died within a couple of weeks after planting, despite hand watering and using their pointless irrigation system. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! This company only uses Spanish speaking workers who understand very little English and are difficult to communicate with about concerns you might have about the job. Furthermore, the owner doesnt call you, spend any time onsite, or follow-up with you about the job after its complete to inquire about your satisfaction level. Their prices are over inflated for the work performed, and the quality of service is severely lacking. Again, there are so many choices in the landscaping service industry in Nashville... please heed my advice and save your money by NOT doing business with this company. Your only recourse these days is to post a review about the company, either praising or condemning them for work performed. The companys warranty policy is a joke and is only written to protect them.

I would recommend Prestige Landscaping to anyone! They did an outstanding job with a complete landscaping remodel of my yard. They also installed an easy to use drip irrigation system that is controlled by an app. The whole team has been so friendly, thoughtful, hardworking, and they have excellent customer service, especially Keyhara and Taylor. I plan to use their services in the years to come!

Prestige Landscaping designed our entire yard, provided a drawing of concept, an itemized proposal, a start date and estimated end date. His team arrived on the start date (which in my experience most contractors rarely hold to), very personable, and was flexible when our wish list changed, and made it happen! Very pleased with this outfit and definitely will use them again when the time comes. So it goes without saying we recommend them! They transformed our new house disaster of a yard into a Home n Garden showpiece!

We were desperately looking for someone to clear our parking lot that is full of ice and snow so we could see patients tomorrow and Cole answered our prayers!! Had someone on site within 30 mins cleared the parking lot and put down salt. Very efficient and polite.

Accent Smile Center used them to snow plow the parking lot and they were able to come out the same day and help us out! They did an excellent job and they were very professional and timely. Highly recommend them Positive

Cole was very responsive and quick to get us a quote. His team arrived on early and worked all day to get our trees installed. All were friendly and responsive to my requests.

We used Prestige to build a very large retaining wall in our backyard - like over 80 foot long. Very helpful in helping us pick out a stone and with the design of the wall. Very polite, professional, and responsive. We had a few requests for changes to the plan and they were very accommodating. Project was done quickly and is great quality. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for future projects.

They quoted me two weeks to have all of my landscaping completed and actually finished in 2 DAYS!!!! I would definitely recommend Prestige Landscape Company to any of my friends or family.

We were in need of landscaping services to be done on short notice due to having a pool installed and being left with a mess of a backyard. My husband reached out to a few companies, and we chose Cole & his team because they gave us a fair price, were very quick to respond, and were able to put us on the schedule ASAP. Had Prestige come out for some French drains to pull water away from the house and as of right now it is working perfectly. They are very responsive and get the job done when they arrive, best of all, is I feel the prices where perfect for the job they do and the quality you get is amazing. Will gladly use Prestige again whenever I have a job that needs to be done.

I very pleased. Coles crew removed existing the lawn, prepped the yard with good top soil and laid fresh cut sod in less than a day. They arrived early, were experienced, professional and worked non-stop. New lawn looks great. They even power washed the driveway afterwards.

I just wanted to share our experience with Prestige Landscape Co, LLC. They were absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job on our backyard. We recently had an inground pool in our backyard and we had such a huge issue with the grading of our yard. We needed a retaining wall installed and that s when Prestige came in and helped us. The retaining wall looks absolutely gorgeous. The area surrounding it was flattened out and we were speechless. They changed our backyard looks and we are so thankful for them. They have such an amazing vision on how you can look at something (our yard) that looks so horrible and turn it to some thing so amazing. We can t wait until grass in that area. Again, I can t thank you enough for the amazing job.

Made promises to finish the job, paid in full, but never showed up to finish what they started. So now I m having to hire someone to correct mistakes and finish the job.

They trimmed our trees and removed/replaced the bushes in the front of the house. It looks beautiful. They did a great job and were very polite. I would use them again.
