This family business has served our 74 Unit complex for over 9 years. Throughout our relationship they have provided Owners with a high standard of service, caring & considerate to our needs. They also provide snow clearing services, living on a hill they come to our rescue to help leaving the complex safely throughout the winter weather. Some complexes obviously do not maintain their properties to a very high standard, we do. Realtors compliment us due to our high standards of maintenance programs throughout the year keeping the entire complex enticing to all. Our complex has been lucky enough to retain Nature's Outfitters for several years now, and people often remark on how beautiful and well-maintained the grounds are. There are several challenges here: extensive plantings, lots of mature trees, we are adjacent to a forest, and of course, a few picky owners. Nature's Outfitters handles it all with professionalism and skill. They're great when we have a request (e.g. to deal with a fallen branch or an invasive plant, or work around repairs being done). Every one of the crew shows up early and works hard. They handle all the tasks that a property like this needs, all year long, including snow removal. The plantings are gorgeous. The owner, Derek, is personable, knowledgeable and focused, and is responsive to strata's enquiries and requests: timely, efficient and helpful. The best.
