I have had a great experience with Augusta, specifically Max, one of the estimators. The team at Augusta reached out very quickly, and Max called with some specific questions and helped answer questions that I had. Very smooth from start to finish!

Even though I didn t have the first best impression they fixed the problem right away. Customer service is excellent. My problem was that normally people do the work in less than a hour they spend 2 hours because they charge you per minute. So I paid 200 plus a broken window but once the invoice was sent they e transfer the money in seconds.

We had Augusta do power raking and dethatching, fertilization, liming, aeration, overseeding and topdressing. Florian, who did the work, was courteous and explained what he was doing. The rain did not help him as it took a bit longer for some aspects of the work, but overall we are satisfied with how things went and we would be prepared to have him back should we need similar assistance in the future. The crew at Augusta Lawn Care is friendly, reliable, and does quality, honest work. Whenever weve a client in their service area looking for help with their lawns, we recommend Augusta Lawn Care without hesitation.

Be very careful dealing with this company. They are dishonest. I had Augusta Lawn Care of Burnaby come and perform lawn mowing service for a few weeks during the summer of 2022. One of the days landed on a statutory holiday, and their staff did not show up to mow the lawn. However, Augusta sent me an invoice even though they did not show up for work. I called the company to dispute and indicated that rendering payment for work not done doesnt make sense to me. I have multiple cameras from different providers, and all three providers did not record any lawn mowing done. I advised Augusta that their people should have shown up to do the work. Ultimately, I terminated the agreement with Augusta due to their lack of accountability. I paid all other invoices except for the one in dispute. Months later, I received a call from the collection company, and I explained that I was still waiting for a resolution from Augusta Lawn Care of Burnaby. I spoke with the collections fellow, and he suggested that I pay for the service as it was a statutory holiday and, thus, a paid holiday for workers. I advised the fellow that these were not my employees and that I would only pay for the service rendered. The conversation ended there. After a month, I checked my credit rating and Augusta via Xenith Lawn Care INC DBA AUGUS logged a bad credit rating. Be very cautious dealing with this company. You will regret it. +++ I am adding to the review since I cannot reply to your response. As stated in my previous post, your staff should have shown up and performed work on the statutory holiday. I explained this when I called your office, and subsequent discussion was taken out of context when I sarcastically suggested that I pay for service not rendered.

I definitely recommend Augusta! The crew does a wonderful job and is always professional. The office is very responsive and easy to get a hold of.

Damien came yesterday and did a professional job with the mowing making sure the edges were done perfect and the weed whacking matched the height perfectly!

I had an estimation done on Monday and by Wednesday I had Max out at my place doing all of the cleanup. He was professional and courteous and made sure I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. My yard looks great and I m very happy!

Fall leaf cleanup

Max showed up and cut our lawn as promised and cleaned up the yard with his weed whacker. Best of all, he left everything neat and tidy.

On top of the superb clean up job the communication and scheduling was so easy, especially after having several other landscape companies not follow through. Will be using again.

I booked to have my yard cleaned up. It was a terrible mess out there. Max arrived on time on the scheduled day, and went above and beyond my expectations. Hedges trimmed, debris cleared out, leaves removed, blackberry bushes cut way back. Very professional, very hard work ethic. I am thrilled with the result, and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

While I live too far away to use this service, which is unfortunate, I am very familiar with them, have seen their work at various residences and have watched them grow over the last couple of years. I can definitely attest to the upstanding character and work ethic of the owner!

This is my first experience with a lawn and yard maintenance service so I was a little bit apprehensive at first but I did my research and followed the reviews and this led me to Augusta. The estimator went out of his way to keep the first appointment so I gave them the job without shopping any further. The first appointment was scheduled only a week away from the estimate which is awesome. We are in peak season so I know they are busy and they arrived to complete the first service the day after the first scheduled appointment but that is perfectly understandable. I was fortunate to have a hard working and detail oriented employee named Louis perform the first service and he really went above my expectations considering that my lawn is multiple levels with edging around gardens everywhere. I m looking forward to proceeding with the weekly service and additional hedge removals and the other services that they are providing like power raking and aeration. Look no further, just hire them and get the work done and you won t be disappointed!

I ve never seen a more incompetent company in my life. I asked to keep my grass tall on the high setting on the mower . They mowed my grass so short that almost killed it . then when I complain nobody shows up for three weeks or now my grass,it is overgrown, our agreement was on a weekly basis. Nobody called me , I had to chase after them constantly to get an answer. Now I m taking them to small claims court for damages !!!

Did they do good work? Yes! But I got a quote for $400. The quote had lawn care listed as $0 as part of the package. I was led to believe I would be paying $400 for everything. Then they charged an extra $300 to mow the lawn, at a rate of $90/hour. . Is $90 an hour the right price to mow your lawn? No. If they did that for a full year it would cost $180,000 !!!! I didnt hire a lawyer to cut my lawn. Well, apparently I did.

Work was done to my request and completed in a timely manner. Look forward to continued maintenance

As a home owner I take pride in the outward appearance of my home. For 10 years I would mow my lawn and tackle weeds, and spend hours dealing with the string trimmer on the edges. These gentlemen did a better job than I do and in less time. I would highly recommend them.

i contacted this company back in june and ordered the service initially which i cancelled later same month. 7 months later, the collection agency called me to collect 600$ for service i never received. i contacted Augusta to notify that probably by mistake or by misled they are trying to charge me for something that was never done. I also suggested that they should do internal investigation but my request was ignored. it is very bad organized business. first they though they completed the service which actually they did not, secondly they were not even interested in checking into the false charge, third they sent your case to collection. I am extremely disappointed!
